The Flatwoods Monster Hails From West Virginia
The Flatwoods Monster, also known as the Braxton County Monster or the Green Monster, has become a staple of West Virginia folklore, inspiring books, movies, and TV shows. It is often described as an extraterrestrial or interdimensional being, but its origins and true nature remain a mystery.
The Flatwoods Monster has been reported to have a distinct, acrid odor, and its appearance has been described as a cross between a humanoid and a reptilian creature. Its body is said to be elongated and covered in a metallic green or black armor, with long, thin arms ending in claw-like hands. Its head is heart-shaped, with large, glowing eyes that emit a bright red or green light. Witnesses have reported feeling intense fear and unease in its presence.
The 1952 sighting in Flatwoods is not the only encounter with the creature, with reports dating back to the early 1900s. Some sightings have also been reported in neighboring states, including Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Numerous theories have been proposed to explain the Flatwoods Monster, ranging from extraterrestrial visitors to government experiments gone wrong. Skeptics have suggested that the creature may have been a misidentified animal, such as a barn owl or a great horned owl.
Despite the lack of concrete evidence, the legend of the Flatwoods Monster continues to captivate the imaginations of cryptid enthusiasts and UFO believers around the world. The town of Flatwoods has embraced its notoriety, hosting an annual festival and dedicating a museum to the creature's legacy.

Sly Stone and Muhammad Ali on The Mike Douglas Show (1974)
Mike’s co-host is Family man Sly Stone, who talks about his music, his incredible costumes and his 138 Mercedes, a gift from Doris Day.
His friend, Muhammad Ali joins them, but he's in a fighting mood. And he says exactly what he thinks: Talk shows are phony, karate boxers are better than prizefighters, and, in his upcoming match with George Forman in South Africa, he'll take the title back--no problem. Ali also talks about his children; three daughters and a son, who he hopes will never get into the ring.
Actor/singer Theodore Bikel performs music from his hit Fiddler On The Roof.
Congressman Wayne Hays makes an appearance to discuss the evils of campaign spending. Ali then gets into a heated discussion with him about racial politics that Sly tries in vain to break up.
Then Sly lightens things up with a song that gets the audience on their feet.” - video box description.

-Leon Asker's scar on his face was real. He was struck by an SS officer. Robert Cleary who played LeBeau was also in a concentration camp and had tattooed numbers on his arm. I find it amazing that these people could overcome so much and bring such humor to this show as amazing actors.
-50 years later, and there are generations who know, love and will quote Sgt Schultz. Legendary character, legendary acting. The show was genius.
-My ex-wife’s grandfather was a German soldier in WW2. He was captured right before the battle of the bulge. He was in a pow camp I believe in Maine. He told his family the Americans treated him fabulously while his own commanders routinely beat, berated, and withheld rations. Until he died, he absolutely loved Americans. He passed before I got to meet him unfortunately.
-My uncle was in the Royal Welch Fusiliers. He was still 3 miles from the beach at Dunkirk and was captured in May 1940. He was a POW in Germany and occupied Poland until April 1945. He hated the Nazis but not all Germans. He later had numerous German friends and visited them every few years, as well as hosting them. He loved watching "Hogan's Heroes" and recognised it for what it was: a comedy.

Physicists believe that they may be seeing some new undiscovered physics
come into play. But what exactly is going on?
Scientists at CERN may have stumbled upon a newly discovered natural force, shrouded in mystery. The Large Hadron Collider, the world's largest and most powerful particle accelerator located near Geneva, Switzerland, has been in operation for over a decade. Its purpose is to study the fundamental properties of matter and the forces that hold them together.
While the LHC has made groundbreaking discoveries, such as confirming the existence of the Higgs boson particle responsible for providing other particles with mass, it has also faced controversies and conspiracy theories, including fears that it could create a black hole and destroy the planet.
However, these concerns were unfounded, and the LHC has operated safely without incident. Recently, CERN scientists accidentally revealed a potential new force that could lead to exciting discoveries in the field of physics.

Analyzing Evil
I have always been a fan of Hannibal, but I found the television series to be even more compelling than the books and movies. The dynamic between Hannibal and Will Graham is particularly fascinating, as it is unclear how much of Will's behavior is driven by empathy and how much is influenced by psychopathy. Although Will can relate to the mindset of a psychopath, it is intriguing that he never suspects Hannibal of being the Chesapeake Ripper.
I agree with the observation that Hannibal's ability to empathize is a key weapon in his arsenal, and it sets him apart from other clinical psychopaths who lack this quality. In "Red Dragon," Chilton expresses confusion about how to categorize Hannibal, describing him as sharing traits with a sociopath but not fitting neatly into that category. This ambiguity makes Hannibal a fascinating and complex character. Despite his own enigmatic nature, he seems to effortlessly read and manipulate those around him. Hannibal is truly a master of psychological warfare.
While it is true that Hannibal Lecter is a psychopath who engages in cannibalism, I think it is a bit reductive to equate him with other crazed killers who are sleeping in cardboard boxes. Hannibal is a highly intelligent and sophisticated individual who possesses a level of refinement and culture that sets him apart from your typical serial killer. That being said, his primal nature and tendency towards violence is never far from the surface, as evidenced by the feral assault on the nurse that you mentioned. Hannibal is a complex and intriguing character precisely because he exists in this space between high culture and primal violence. His struggle to reconcile these two aspects of his personality is what makes him such a compelling figure.
Hannibal Lecter - Man Who Ate It All - Explored - Artistic Cannibal - Origin Explained
The story of Hannibal Lecter is a tale that contains all the emotions of life, but they are experienced in such extreme ways that they become incomprehensible to most normal humans. It begins with a young boy born to wealthy parents in a war-torn country, where the horrors of war haunt him forever. Hannibal loses his parents at a tender age, but the worst is yet to come. A group of soldiers find him and his baby sister, Mischa. They proceed to cook and eat her in front of Hannibal and force-feed him her flesh, an act of cannibalism that leaves a permanent scar on his personality.
Years later, Hannibal transforms into a fine gentleman, but he also possesses a bleak, murderous side. The memory of Mischa's gruesome death stays with him until he exacts his revenge, but the scar it leaves behind in his mind never fully heals. In this video, we will explore the psychology and actions of Hannibal Lecter, as portrayed in Thomas Harris' books Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, and Hannibal. We will also examine the character depictions of Lecter in his various cinematic adaptations based on the books.

How 10 Days Disappeared from History
How and Why did Human History Lose 10 Whole Days?
The Gregorian calendar is the calendar system that is currently used as the standard civil calendar in most countries around the world. It was introduced by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582 as a reform of the Julian calendar, which had been in use since 45 BC.
The main purpose of the Gregorian calendar was to more accurately align the calendar year with the astronomical year, which is the time it takes for the Earth to complete one orbit around the sun. This is achieved by the introduction of leap years, which occur every four years except for years that are divisible by 100 but not by 400.
This rule ensures that the calendar year is 365.2425 days long, which is very close to the actual length of the astronomical year.
The Gregorian calendar was gradually adopted by different countries over the course of several centuries, and it is now used as the standard calendar in most of the world. However, some countries and religions still use other calendar systems, such as the Islamic calendar or the Chinese calendar, for religious or cultural reasons.

Lionsgate's MICHAEL Trailer 2 (2024) Michael Jackson Biopic Film Starring Jaafar Jackson
(Fan Made)
The story of the most successful entertainer of all time Michael Jackson comes to the big screen for the first time!
The success of the first Michael trailer prompted me to make trailer 2 despite its challenge. This is one of the most difficult projects I’ve ever made. Because there are no cast details about the upcoming film, and to make the trailer good we need to hear MJ’s music, everything is not the typical nature of dream trailers I have to improvise.
What made trailer 1 great like showing fresh clips from MJ tribute shows showing large crowd I brought to the trailer. To give this a real movie feel we need real famous actors, so I made Samuel L Jackson play Joe Jackson Michael’s father. Then Chris Tucker’s presence is a must because him and Michael are best friends in real life, so I used clips from SILVER LINING PLAYBOOK.

Human Cyborg
| Documentary | Transhumanism | Neuroscience
Human Cyborg - We’ve all seen Cyborgs in Hollywood blockbusters. But it turns out these fictional beings aren’t so far-fetched.
In fact, this episode features a true-to-life cyborg, who at four months of age, was the youngest American to be outfitted with a myoelectric hand. And at one ground-breaking engineering facility, engineers are developing biotechnologies that can even further enhance high-tech like this by giving mechanical prosthetics something incredible: the physical sensation of touch!
Other engineering firms are gearing up powerful exoskeletons that both rehabilitate and enhance the power of the human body… improving the lives of those with paralysis and transforming the work force.
But the real pivot is getting machines inside the body. An out-of-the-box ‘transhumanist’ featured in the episode installs a chip inside a person’s hand. It works as a key that unlocks doors, literally and figuratively.
However, brain-machine integration poses the biggest challenges, and the biggest rewards. Cutting-edge neuroscientists and technologists reveal how computer chips can directly interface with the human brain in ways that not only rehabilitate, but which can also ‘read thoughts’ in real-time.
Remarkably, a breakthrough technology called ‘Computer Assisted Telepathy’ is achieving the impossible. Through a test subject’s mind only, she’s able to control another person’s body. Technologies like these will pave the way toward the Cyborg Revolution.

-I had a guy on my team that would help himself to peoples' lunches. A couple of times he ate something from my bag and really pissed me off, so I found out exactly what was his favorite sandwich and I made sure to include that in my lunch on Monday. I made two of them. One had thinly sliced, canned dog food with extra ham. For your audience, empty a can of food (the kind that keeps the shape of the can) on a plate and freeze for about an hour and a half. You don’t want it solid, but frozen enough to slice! He enjoyed that sandwich, and I made sure to witness him eating it and after about four bites, I said, “how’s that sandwich taste?” The MF never did it again!!!
-We had a nice kitchen in our shop break room. When someone started helping their selves to our food, I carefully opened a box of tasty cakes and injected very hot sauce into them. Dave Chappelle Explained: Why Smart People Smoke
-I feel like the ratio of smart smokers to dumb smokers is probably the same as smart people to dumb people
-I smoked for 20 years and one day I was telling my 8-year-old son that I never wanted to see him smoking as I was smoking right in front of him. I then realized how hypocritical I was being and quit the next day. 22 years ago, almost to the day and it was incredibly hard at first but not one puff of a smoke since.......
-I was 3 packs a day smoker since I was 13 years old and stopped smoking at the age of 50 with the help of e cigs. The thing I missed the most was the intelligent conversations of my fellow workers during smoke breaks compared to the nonsmokers that had nothing at all worth saying.

-The limitless pill is very real. Including the dangerous side effects. The main drug in the pill was widely distributed in bath salts cocktails and is a schedule 1 narcotic now. It's called MDPV, and I've done a fair amount of it, and it will for sure increase memory skills to insane levels, but the side effects are intense. It's really hard on the cardiovascular system and can cause heart attacks and is a really strong stimulant so it decreases appetite and makes it difficult to sleep, and being starved and sleep deprived quickly makes you go crazy.
-You can literally hallucinate objects and beings into existence because what's happening is you're tapping into that pure abstract creative potential of mind. That's exactly what you want. Of course, it can be kind of freaky, but a psychedelic is that times a thousand.
See so again the point is not to achieve some blissful state or to see some cool colors or to travel to some new dimension you can do all those things. That's nice, that's fun. The point is the lessons the insights you get and the meta understanding of how this entire process works because as you're exploring all your different domains you're learning about your own mind. How the mind of God is generating reality and why it's generating it.

-My mom was an elevator operator at May Company in Cleveland in the late 50’s, and I can certainly tell you that they didn’t have to be “highly skilled”.
-We may have come far with automation and technology, but we seem to have left humanity behind in doing so. A person used to be proud of having the skills to get a job done right. Just for example, blacksmiths used to be the backbone of any village or town. If a place had a good blacksmith, it could flourish. People got to know one another and depended on each other because everyone had a skill to share. Have we lost more than we have gained? I suspect so.

Grandpa Uber Driver KILLS Rap God at 120% Speed!!!
This video was fun to make, but DAMN that mask gets uncomfortable lol. You could see how happy I was to take it off at the end of the video.
In a world of constant noise and influence, what does it mean to live intentionally?
What does it mean to be successful? In this video, we explore the importance of simplicity and the philosophy
of Henry David Thoreau in an attempt to answer these questions.
Be a Loser - The Philosophy of Henry David Thoreau
-At the age of 20 I moved to an eight-foot trailer in the woods with no electricity or running water. Cellphones, computers and the internet did not yet exist. For two years I lived simply, washing in the creek and cooking my food over a fire. I read lots of books. I read Thoreau's Walden. To say I related and connected to Thoreau's words would be an understatement. His writing would shape who I would become. While living in that trailer, I decided to build a small cabin in the woods, and then I decided to go to college. My Early American literature professor asked me to teach the unit on Transcendentalism.
I became an English teacher and then an administrator, and a county commissioner. Life became busy, and challenging, and rewarding. Now, 40 years from when I left the trailer in the woods, I'm back in the woods, living alone in a shop on the side of a mountain. My hair and beard now white. The stars and sky are my true ceiling. The trees my friends and neighbors. I am content in my life's journey, in all the things I acquired and lost along the way. Life can be amazing, if we let it be amazing. -Graybeard YouTube commentor
FIRST TIME LISTEN: "Wait in the Truck" Controversy EXPLAINED
Knowles Comments -
-You can see by the look on Michael's face that this song just awakened his inner YEEHAW
-The other unusual thing about this song is that it's two separate stories. They aren't singing to each other, just telling their part of the story.
-For anyone who might be curious: My girlfriend couldn't figure out the line in the chorus "come from a judge underneath his seat". The firearm you see the gentleman use in the video is called "The Judge". Made by Taurus firearms and features a unique (and terrifying) ability to fire both 45 caliber long Colt ammunition AND 410 shotgun ammunition.
-The critics are just intimidated by this song because it's a man, in his role, doing exactly what a man was designed to do. Provide and protect!
Messin' W/Sasquatch, The Movie
This was the best commercial series in my opinion. They were funny and unique to the brand. Every time I see the product in the store, I could not help but to smile. I truly enjoyed this compilation of ads. More please!
Actors Who Wore Fat Suits and Completely Transformed
As Oscar season nears, more and more people have begun talking about Brendan Fraser’s performance in The Whale. He’s garnering a lot of awards buzz, as well as a lot of talk about the fact that he wore a fat suit to play a 600-pound man.
The Future Of The 1920s
"Futurism" is what people believed the future would be like at a given time. Similarly, "retrofuturism" is futurism of the past. Most people think of Victorian futurism (steampunk) and 1950s/1960s futurism (atompunk). 1920s futurism sits right in the middle, mostly forgotten. Technically, it's grouped in with "diesel-punk," which extends into the WWII period, but I think the aesthetic of the 1920s is a bit different. For example, in the 1920s version of the future, zeppelins and airships are all over the place, though by WWII, zeppelins were a thing of the past. In this video, I'll explain a little bit about the 1920s conception of the future, then show a lot of examples from a 1920s science and technology magazine called "Science and Invention."
THEY TOLD ME NOT TO TALK ABOUT THIS
This is not strange at all; it is exactly what it appears to be. What is strange however, is where this leads once you accept and understand what it is going on here, so if you decide to go down the rabbit hole, buckle up and hold on, it’s going to be a very bumpy ride!
Tattoo Ink Sacks
-The first time I got my tattoo this happened. I actually got really freaked out. I thought I had a bad infection of some sort. I thought that my tattoo would be ruined and it would be scarred forever. Nope.the tattoo still looks great to this day. It’s been 5 years since I’ve got it.
-I got my whole chest done and my artist put this on my chest, told me to leave it for 3 days and it will heal on its own. My saniderm was so full of plasma and blood that when I woke up the next day, I was covered in my own blood all over my torso. Looked like a murder scene. These are good for only small and medium tattoos.

-3-hour video from Bright Side…awesome
-6:20 Some people here call the color "Brandgul". It's Swedish and literally means "Fire yellow". Ever only heard it in the area where I live so I suppose it's a dialect thing. It's also the only dialect to have both guttural and rolling R's. If the first letter in a word is R, then it's guttural. If it's anywhere else it's a rolling R. We also call lingon (Lingonberries) "kröser" and potatis/potatisar (Potato/potatoes) is "potät"/"potäter".
-So how is so much Megaledon information derived from just the teeth? Body shape, what they ate, etc. I wonder—what if we found only a giant saber-toothed tiger fang…would we derive a giant cat from that? Just wondering.
-Talk about the colors that cauliflower comes in and show Broccoli, so which is it?
Octopus attacks live-streamer as she tries to eat it alive in China
A live-streamer was attacked by an octopus as she tried eating it alive in China, sparking widespread condemnation from commenters.
So yeah. This girl must think she is Queen Savage, top of the food chain and fierce enough to take on an Octopus, eating alive. I remember drinking down a raw egg. I was bet 20 bucks that I couldnt do it. Which makes me wonder... Did this girl even get PAID for doing what she did?
I know that she racked up revenue through her live stream video replays. I guess if we want success, we must all be willing to do whatever it takes... Right?
I think I'll stick with raw eggs.
