Those Who Did Not follow The Advice to Get Ja**ed Jan & May 2023 Are

Among the 5% Who Did Not Pass Away Like Those of the 90% Who Did.

A recent report released by the UK Government indicates that the COVID-19 vaccines have shown limited effectiveness. According to the report, the unvaccinated population in England has accounted for only 5% of COVID-19 deaths since the start of 2023. In contrast, the 3- and 4-times vaccinated population has accounted for 95% of COVID-19 deaths among the vaccinated, with the majority of these deaths occurring in those who have received the vaccine 4 times.

After the shocking revelation, the UK Government attempted to conceal the data on Covid-19 deaths by vaccination status from the public. They excluded this information from the UK Health Agency’s (UKHSA) weekly Vaccine Surveillance Reports in April 2022, claiming that the data was no longer necessary due to the discontinuation of free universal Covid-19 testing.

This significant discrepancy raises doubts about the claimed 95% effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine. However, the UK Government underestimated the public's ability to access this data, as it is available in reports published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), albeit through a laborious process of collation and calculation.

The most recent dataset, covering deaths by vaccination status from April 1, 2021, to May 31, 2023, can be found on the ONS website or downloaded here. Despite previously examining data up to the end of 2022, we decided to analyze Covid-19 deaths by vaccination status from the beginning of 2023.

HOW COLD IS IT IN CHINA?

COLDER THAN ANTARCTICA, BLIZZARDS HIT CHINA, SNOT FREEZES INTO TESLA, EYEBROWS INTO TOFU DREG

China has been experiencing a succession of cold waves since the beginning of winter this year. On December 16, the country was struck by an exceptionally severe cold wave that affected 80% of its territory, causing temperatures to plummet. In Heilongjiang Province, located in Northeast China, a record-breaking low temperature of minus 48.4°C was recorded. These extreme weather conditions, characterized by low temperatures, cold waves, heavy snowfall, and freezing rain, have been impacting both the northern and southern regions of China, resulting in what is considered the coldest week since the start of winter.

Junk Science Alert: Met Office Set to Ditch Actual Temperature Data in Favour of Model Predictions

The alternative climate reality that the U.K. Met Office seeks to occupy has moved a step nearer with news that a group of its top scientists has proposed adopting a radical new method of calculating climate change. The scientific method of calculating temperature trends over at least 30 years should be ditched and replaced with 10 years of actual data merged with model projections for the next decade. The Met Office undoubtedly hopes that it can point to the passing of the 1.5°C ‘guard-rail’ in short order. This is junk science-on-stilts and is undoubtedly driven by the desire to push the Net Zero collectivist agenda.

Monsanto ordered to pay $857 million to 7 people who got sick from PCB exposure in a Washington school.

👀click to read👀

Monsanto, the agrochemical company that is now owned by German pharmaceutical company Bayer, was ordered by a jury in Washington State to pay $857 million to seven individuals connected to a Seattle area school who became ill due to exposure to chemicals known as PCBs that leaked from light fixtures.

The jury determined that the company should be held liable for selling the chemicals that were used at the school because they were unsafe and did not come with sufficient warnings. The amount of the verdict includes $784 million in punitive damages as well as $73 million of compensatory damages to the victims. Each victim will receive a various amount of compensation and $112 million in punitive damages.

The lawsuit was related to exposure at the Sky Valley Education Center in Monroe, Washington. Two parent volunteers and five former students say that they developed health concerns related to their neurological and endocrine systems as a result of the exposure.

PCBs, or polychlorinated biphenyls, were used in the past for insulating electrical equipment. They were also used in common products such as paint, floor finish, carbon copy paper and caulking. After they were linked to cancer, the U.S. government banned them in 1979.

However, the chemicals remain present in the environment and are known as "forever chemicals" because they break down extremely slowly. They also accumulate in the environment and have been found in meat and fish used for human consumption. They are especially harmful to children, which is why their use in schools is so concerning. Roughly 55,000 schools were constructed in the peak decades of the production of this chemical, and Monsanto was its only commercial manufacturer.

Henry Jones, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, told CBS News: "No one who heard this evidence would ever change places with any of these people in exchange for all the money the jury awarded."

Another attorney for the plaintiffs, Felix Luna, told the jury that Monsanto had been covering up what it knew about the dangers of PCBs for years.

“Monsanto... never warned anyone that (PCBs) would outlast whatever they're put in," he said during his closing argument. "They never warned anyone that when it gets in the body that they're metabolites for life, that they're neurotoxic... a hazard, or PCBs could lead to systemic poisoning."

Monsanto said that it believes the award is “constitutionally excessive," and they plan to appeal the verdict.

Monsanto is losing numerous trials and billions of dollars over its toxic products.

The result of this case is just one of numerous trial losses for Monsanto, who is facing $870 million in verdicts related to PCB exposure. They are also facing thousands of lawsuits related to their toxic weed killer Roundup; they were ordered to pay $332 million last month to a man whose exposure to Roundup led him to develop cancer.

A Missouri jury ordered the company to pay four plaintiffs who developed cancer as a result of exposure to Roundup a sum of $1.56 billion after finding that the company was liable for claims of design defects, failing to warn about the dangers of the chemical and negligence. Each of the four victims was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma after using Roundup on family property.

Roughly 165,000 claims have been made against Monsanto for personal injuries connected to Roundup, whose main ingredient is glyphosate. The company's current owner, Bayer, settled most of the Roundup cases that were pending after they acquired the company for around $11 billion. However, regulatory filings show that around 50,000 claims are still pending.

Study: Foods CONTAMINATED with toxic substances cause more than 13,000 CANCER cases each year in the U.S.

👀click to read👀

A new study has revealed the potential link between contaminated common foods and cancer cases in the United States.

The study by researchers at Michigan State University (MSU) found that rice, wheat, leafy green vegetables, baby foods and dark chocolates with high heavy metal concentrations are connected to the thousands of cancer cases each year. Foods contaminated with metals such as lead and cadmium were linked to cases of bladder and lung cancer. Meanwhile, arsenic was linked to 7,000 cases of skin cancer.

Cadmium – a toxic metal found in nuts, potatoes, seeds, cereal grains, spinach and dark chocolates – was linked to 6,000 cases of bladder and lung cancer and 64,000 new cases of pancreatic cancer this year. Besides these three deadly cancers, this toxic metal is also linked to prostate, renal, breast and endometrial cancers.

Meanwhile, the American Cancer Society (ACS) found that foods like beets, chocolate and baby food tainted with lead increase the risk of brain, bladder, breast and stomach cancers. It noted that foods contaminated with lead are mostly linked to kidney cancer – which usually affects 81,800 Americans between the ages of 65 and 74 and kills 14,890 in the same cohort every year.

The MSU researchers also found that arsenic – a toxic chemical present in baby food, seafood, rice and mushrooms – increases the risk of developing skin and bladder cancer. Additionally, arsenic contributes to heart disease and has connections to neurodevelopmental disorders, increasing the risk of infant mortality.

"Results from these studies have important implications for food safety regulations, public health policies, and consumer awareness," stated lead study author and MSU food scientist Felicia Wu.

Baby foods still contain toxic chemicals despite FDA guidance.

The MSU researchers also analyzed data from different studies on humans and animals conducted between 2000 and 2023 on the effects of these toxic chemicals on heart disease, kidney failure, live toxicity and developmental delays.

For instance, the study warned that young kids exposed to lead may experience hampered brain and nervous system development, echoing guidance by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) also warned the public about high lead levels in WanaBana fruit puree pouches earlier this year after four children in North Carolina showed 'extremely high' concentrations in their blood.

About 2.5 percent of children under five may have been exposed to unsafe levels of lead, leading to slowed growth, learning difficulties, behavioral issues and problems with hearing and speech.

As a response, the researchers have called upon the FDA to enforce stricter limits on metals in food and for the food industry to adopt safer practices. In turn, the FDA has set limits for lead, arsenic and cadmium levels in different food categories. The FDA has set a limit of 10 parts per billion (ppb) for lead in certain fruits, vegetables and yogurt; and 20 ppb in root vegetables, including carrots, beets and potatoes.

However, Consumer Reports found that three out of 14 products are highly packed with lead, arsenic and cadmium even though the FDA has already set a recommended limit on these toxic metals.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signs law allowing police to ARREST illegals.

👀click to read👀

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has signed a bill that allows law enforcement officers in the Lone Star State to apprehend illegal aliens entering the country unlawfully.

Abbott signed the new bill on Dec. 18, the same day as U.S. Customs and Border Protection temporarily shut down railroad border crossings in Texas. The closure sought to shift officers from field duty to assist in migrant processing. But, according to rail operators, the closures at Eagle Pass and El Paso would hamper trade ahead of Christmas.

Under the new law, any Texas law enforcement officer can arrest people suspected of entering the country illegally. Once in custody, they could either agree to a Texas judge's order to leave the U.S. or be prosecuted on charges of illegal entry, a misdemeanor. Migrants who refuse to comply could be arrested again, this time under more serious felony charges.

According to POLITICO, "immigration enforcement is a federal responsibility." But the Biden administration appears to be shirking from its duty, instead turning a blind eye to the ongoing migrant crisis. Thus, Texas has assumed this duty – busing more than 65,000 migrants to so-called "sanctuary cities" across the U.S. and installing razor wire along the banks of the Rio Grande.

"Opponents have called the measure the most dramatic attempt by a state to police immigration since a 2010 Arizona law … that was largely struck down by the Supreme Court," the outlet added. "Texas' law is also likely to face swift legal challenges."

State Rep. David Spiller, a Republican, pushed back against concerns that the law would be used as a dragnet to arrest immigrants across the state during debates at the Texas House of Representatives. "This is not 'Round up everyone who is here illegally and ship them back to Mexico,'" he said.

Spiller also clarified that the new law's enforcement would mostly take place in border counties. He also shot down efforts by Democrats to narrow down the law's scope, including a proposed carve-out for police on college campuses.

New law widely criticized.

However, the new law signed by Abbott received much criticism. Legal experts dubbed the law a violation of the government's purview over immigration enforcement. A group of 30 former U.S. immigration judges who served under both Republican and Democratic administrations signed a letter denouncing the law as unconstitutional.

Priscilla Olivarez, an attorney and strategist for the San Antonio-based Immigrant Legal Resource Center, denounced the law as "sanctioned racial profiling." She continued: "All Texans must stand up and demand this measure, which will no doubt cause massive family separations, be struck down."

Under the newly signed Texas law, migrants ordered to leave would be sent to ports of entry along the border with Mexico even if they aren't Mexican citizens. However, Mexico is required to accept deportations of its own citizens under bilateral and international agreements – but not other nationals.

"The Mexican government categorically rejects any measure that would allow local or state authorities to detain or deport Mexicans or other nationalities to Mexican soil," the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Affairs wrote in a statement.

'That’s Not a Real Democracy': RFK Jr. Says Voters Should Choose Trump’s Fate, Not Courts

In Washington, independent US presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stated on Tuesday that voters, not the court system, should decide former US President Donald Trump's political destiny.

A court decision has barred Trump from the 2024 Republican primary ballot due to his involvement in the January 6 US Capitol riot, citing the Fourteenth Amendment of the US Constitution. This amendment prohibits individuals "engaged in insurrection" from holding public office.

"Trump blocked from the ballot in Colorado. When a court in another country disqualifies an opposition candidate from running, we say, 'That’s not a real democracy.' Now it’s happening here," Kennedy said on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Kennedy said that although he is competing with Trump for the presidency, he wants to beat him "in a fair election, not because he was kicked off the ballot." Depriving a candidate of their right to run also deprives voters of their right to choose, Kennedy said.

Kennedy stated that if Trump is barred from office through the court system instead of the electoral process, his supporters will not recognize the results of the 2024 election. Kennedy expressed his hope for the court to reverse its decision.

Additionally, presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy vowed to withdraw from the Colorado primary ballot unless Trump is permitted to run in the state. Ramaswamy also called on other Republican candidates to take the same stance.

Kamala Harris faced criticism for her responses during an interview on MSNBC after she criticized President Trump. Some questioned whether the intelligence of America would improve if Joe Biden were impeached and removed from office, citing Harris's performance as a reminder of the challenges. During the interview on "The Last Word" with Lawrence O’Donnell, Harris condemned Trump for his comments on violent illegal immigrants, likening them to the language of Adolf Hitler. However, her subsequent answers were criticized as unclear and lacking coherence, especially when asked about the significance of the 2024 election.

Harris: You know, every election cycle we talk about, this is the most election of our lifetime.

Lawrence, this one is, this one is.

We are literally talking about people who are attempting to divide our country in the most crude, frankly, and profound way. We are talking about those who are intent and purposeful to to attack fundamental freedoms.

The freedom to be free from fear of violence and hate … the freedom to just … be. The freedom to just be.

APPETIZER

Democrat Lt. Governor Urges Secretary Of State To Explore Legal Options To Remove Trump From State’s 2024 Presidential Ballot

California’s Lieutenant Governor, Eleni Kounalakis, has called on the state’s Secretary of State, Dr. Shirley N. Weber, to explore legal avenues to prevent former President Donald Trump from appearing on California's 2024 presidential primary ballot.

In a letter to Secretary Weber, Lieutenant Governor Kounalakis cited the recent Colorado Supreme Court ruling in Anderson v. Griswold, which declared former President Trump ineligible for Colorado's ballot due to his alleged involvement in inciting the January 6, 2021, events at the U.S. Capitol, referred to as an "insurrection."

It's important to note that Trump has not been charged with inciting insurrection or rebellion against the United States. He instructed his supporters to remain peaceful.

In her letter, Kounalakis emphasized that the Colorado ruling should serve as a precedent for California to follow. The Colorado Supreme Court, known for its left-leaning stance, based its decision on the Fourteenth Amendment, asserting that Trump's actions during the Capitol events disqualified him from running for president again. The court's decision, referencing Justice Neil Gorsuch's opinion in Hassan, underscored a state's right to exclude constitutionally ineligible candidates from the ballot.

Kounalakis urged California to align with this precedent, urging the state to assess Trump's eligibility based on the Anderson case. She emphasized the need for California to "stand on the right side of history" in making this determination.

The letter concluded by stating that the U.S. Constitution requires a presidential candidate to be at least 35 years old, not an "insurrectionist," contradicting the claim made in the letter.

Read the full letter:

Based on the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling in Anderson v. Griswold (2023 CO 63), I urge you to explore every legal option to remove former President Donald Trump from California’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.

I am prompted by the Colorado Supreme Court’s recent ruling that former President Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the state’s ballot as a Presidential Candidate due to his role in inciting an insurrection in the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. This decision is about honoring the rule of law in our country and protecting the fundamental pillars of our democracy.

Specifically, the Colorado Supreme Court held in Anderson v. Griswold (2023 CO 63) that Trump’s insurrection disqualifies him under section three of the Fourteenth Amendment to stand for presidential re-election. Because the candidate is ineligible, the court ruled, it would be a

“wrongful act” for the Colorado Secretary of State to list him as a candidate on that state’s presidential primary ballot. Furthermore, Colorado’s Supreme Court cites conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch to make their case, saying the following, “As then-Judge Gorsuch recognized in Hassan, it is ‘a state’s legitimate interest in protecting the integrity and practical functioning of the political process’ that ‘permits it to exclude from the ballot candidates who are constitutionally prohibited from assuming office.

California must stand on the right side of history. California is obligated to determine if Trump is ineligible for the California ballot for the same reasons described in Anderson. The Colorado decision can be the basis for a similar decision here in our state. The constitution is clear: you must be 40 years old and not be an insurrectionist.

There will be the inevitable political punditry about a decision to remove Trump from the ballot. but this is not a matter of political gamesmanship. This is a dire matter that puts at stake the sanctity of our constitution and our democracy.

Time is of the essence as your announcement of the certified list of candidates for the March 5, 2024, primary election is coming up next weck, on December 28, 2023.

Thank you for all your work to make our state’s elections a shining example across the country and world and for your time and consideration on this urgent matter.

The Main Course

On Wednesday, Joe Biden traveled to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to speak at the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce. During his arrival at the airport, a reporter asked Biden about the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to prevent Trump from appearing on the 2024 ballot.

This legal challenge, based on the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, which addresses disqualification from public office for officials who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion, was brought to the state's supreme court earlier in the month.

Despite not being formally charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States, Joe Biden stated on Wednesday that there is "no question" that Trump supported an insurrection. Biden remarked to reporters that while they would let the court make the decision on whether the 14th Amendment applies, he is certain that Trump supported an insurrection. Biden also added that Trump appears to be doubling down on many things.

Canadian Oil Companies Delay Emission Cuts, Eyeing Looming PM Trudeau Defeat in 2025 Elections.

👀READ👀

Canadian climate alarmist policies have lost so much support that Oil Producers are betting they will be scrapped.

Two closely associated phenomena are happening in Canada right now: to begin with, Globalist poster boy and Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is sinking in the polls.

At the same time, the public support for Trudeau ‘flagship’ policies of a climate alarmist nature – such as the dreaded ‘Carbon Tax’ – tanked to such an extreme degree that companies and provincial governments are starting to fiercely fight back.

This being the case, it is not surprising when Reuters reports that “Some Canadian oil and gas producers say they will not rush to accelerate emissions cuts until they see if unpopular Prime Minister Justin Trudeau survives long enough to implement his proposed oil and gas emissions cap.”

New rules released this month demand oil companies in Canada ‘cut carbon emissions by up to 38% by 2030 from 2019 levels.'

Opposition Conservatives led by Pierre Poilievre oppose the cap. Since they hold a commanding lead over Trudeau’s Liberals before an expected 2025 election, plans for the cap will likely be abandoned.

“Some small- and medium-sized oil companies are openly asking if the Liberals losing in the 2025 election would avert the need to accelerate emissions cuts. Canada is the world’s fourth-biggest crude producer, and the oil and gas industry is the country’s highest-polluting sector, accounting for more than a quarter of all emissions.”

Reuters heard that Yangarra Resources – producing 12,500 barrels of oil per day – will continue cutting emissions only insofar as it makes money and improves efficiency.

CEO Jim Evaskevich“‘If we get to where we’re having to spend a lot of money to become way more draconian with our reductions, then we’re going to look at the federal election and go, ‘yeah no we’re not spending that money, no way.’ Because our fervent hope is (Trudeau) is gone’, Evaskevich said.”

The resistance from oil producers reflects the struggle between the Liberal government’s climate policies – some of which have been rejected by the courts – and a sector critically important to Canada’s economy.

Oil Price reported:

“’At a time when the country’s citizens are experiencing a substantial affordability crisis, coincident with record budget deficits, the federal government risks curtailing the energy Canadians rely on, along with jobs and government revenues the energy sector contributes to Canada’, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) said.

[…] Alberta Premier Danielle Smith and Environment and Protected Areas Minister Rebecca Schulz said in a joint statement: ‘With their pronouncement singling out the oil and gas sector alone for punitive federal treatment, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his eco-extremist Minister of the Environment and Climate Change Steven Guilbeault are risking hundreds of billions of dollars of investments in Alberta’s and Canada’s economies and core social programs, are devaluing the retirement investments of millions of Canadians, and are threatening the jobs of hundreds of thousands of Albertans’.”

John Kirby Denies Biden Regime Left U.S. Weapons in Afghanistan, Calls Accusations a ‘Fallacy’ and ‘Farce’

National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby strongly refuted accusations that the U.S. intentionally abandoned weapons in Afghanistan during the troubled withdrawal of American troops, dismissing such assertions as "misleading" and "false."

Kirby argued that the U.S. government, with the approval of Congress, had been providing weapons and gear to the Afghan National Security Forces over a span of 20 years. He pointed out that when the Taliban made advances, numerous Afghan forces opted not to engage in combat and left their equipment behind. Kirby emphasized that these weapons were the property of the Afghan forces and were not deliberately left by the U.S.

Brock Michael, a recently retired U.S. Army soldier from the 82nd Airborne Division who served four years of active duty, offered a different perspective. In a now-deleted video during his gear turn-in, he expressed frustration at being charged $3,561 for equipment that was supposed to be left behind during the withdrawal.

The outspoken U.S. economist warned people of an historic market failure that he believes will happen next year. While most people are readying to ring in a celebration of the New Year, he hopes that the economic bubble bursts.

From Fox Business:
“I’m the guy that’s praying for a crash while everybody else is not,” Harry Dent told Fox News Digital. “We need to get back down to normal, and we need to send a message to central banks. I think 2024 is going to be the biggest single crash year we’ll see in our lifetimes.”

Will the Deep State Actually Assassinate Donald Trump?

The inevitability of another Trump nomination — and possible electoral victory next November — is something Beltway elites are coming to grips with. Robert Kagan, the neo-con husband of liberal zionist Victoria Nuland, said as much in a recent column for CIA mouthpiece The Washington Post. Nuland is a bureaucratic parasite (what the media calls a “diplomat”) who currently serves in the Biden regime. Her primary job right now is to ensure yours and my tax dollars are funneled to Volodymyr Zelensky’s ever-widening pockets.

Kagan’s article is several thousand words long. It is Exhibit A of why he belongs in an insane asylum. It is an unhinged rant about how Trump will usher in a “dictatorship” if he ever gets re-elected, which, Kagan admits, is looking very possible. Kagan theorizes that if Trump wins the presidency he will “immediately become the most powerful person ever to hold that office.”

Kagan then ominously asks his audience — most of whom are probably intelligence agents — what they are going to do to prevent this from happening.

“If we thought there was a 50 percent chance of an asteroid crashing into North America a year from now, would we be content to hope that it wouldn’t?” he wonders. “Or would we be taking every conceivable measure to try to stop it, including many things that might not work but that, given the magnitude of the crisis, must be tried anyway?”

Vivek Ramaswamy Dunks on Dan Crenshaw After Neocon RINO Mocks Him for His Vow to Withdraw from Colorado Primary Until President Trump is Reinstated.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, President Trump was disqualified from the ballot in Colorado by the state’s far-left Supreme Court in an unprecedented assault on American democracy.

All seven Colorado Supreme Court justices were appointed by Democrats – three of the justices dissented from Tuesday’s ruling. Below are the four radicals who decided to legislate from the bench and spit on the American people.

As Jim Hoft reported, Vivek Ramaswamy responded to this travesty of justice by boldly vowing to withdraw his name from the Colorado primary ballot. He also called on others to follow in his footsteps.

Ramaswamy’s move won widespread praise from the conservative movement. But at the same time, it also triggered the political establishment, which would prefer that he fade away.

One can count Rep. Dan Crenshaw (RINO-TX) chief among the millennial candidate’s haters. He responded to Ramaswamy’s based and unselfish move by mocking him.

Crenshaw snidely suggested that Ramaswamy should go ahead and withdraw from the other states as well if he is going to drop off the Colorado ballot.

Maybe he should just withdraw from all the other states too https://t.co/XEawrQ4Uxj

Ramaswamy responded by dunking on Crenshaw by bringing up his sordid past, profiting from his trade of stocks. Back in 2021, Crenshaw’s trading netted the fifth-highest rate of return among members of Congress, edging out then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Maybe Congressmen shouldn’t be allowed to trade individual stocks. https://t.co/FFcBDOO51v

Last year that Crenshaw was slapped with a 42K fine last year for illegally fundraising during the 2020 election cycle.

The swamp has wholly drained the former war hero like the late Senator John McCain decades ago, and Ramaswamy gave him a brutal reminder.

Former White House Lawyer and Trump Critic, Ty Cobb, Explains Why Supreme Court Will Unanimously Overturn Colorados Unconstitutional Ruling (VIDEO)

In a recent appearance on CNN with Erin Burnett, former White House lawyer under President Donald Trump, Ty Cobb, provided his legal perspective on a controversial ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court.

Ty Cobb was the former high-powered Washington attorney who represented the White House as dirty cop Robert Mueller expanded his unconstitutional witch hunt into Trump-Russia collusion, “ an American hero.”

During the interview, Cobb expressed his belief that when the case is brought to the attention of the U.S. Supreme Court, the justices will reach a unanimous verdict to overturn the Colorado court’s decision, with an emphasis on the definition of “officer of the United States” in constitutional terms.

“I was struck by the majority opinion and the amount of verbiage devoted to the sort of ‘straw men arguments.’ The real key issue in this case is, ‘Is Trump an officer of the United States in the context in which that term is used in Article III of the 14th Amendment?'” Cobb said.

New York Lawmakers Want Rest Stop Chick-Fil-A Locations Open on Sundays

New York lawmakers are proposing a bill requiring Chick-fil-A rest stop locations to be open on Sundays, despite the location never being open on the sabbath since initially opening in 1946.

The state lawmakers proposed legislation that would mandate restaurants, namely Chick-fil-A, to be open 7 days a week to accommodate travelers on the state highways, Spectrum News 1 reported Monday. Chick-fil-A recently opened new locations at 10 of the 27 remodeled rest stops in New York as well as the Port Authority of New Jersey, according to the outlet.

A spokesperson for the Thruway Authority told the outlet that a 24/7 food option contractually must provide service for travelers at the rest stops, which are managed by Applegreen travel plazas.

“As part of the new 33-year contract to manage these facilities, Applegreen is required to have at least one hot and cold food option available 24 hours a day at all locations,” the state spokesperson said. “Chick-fil-A’s Sunday closure is a brand requirement which Applegreen factored into their tenant plan.”

Dozens of people have ended up in the hospital with possible cases of E. coli. The CDC announced another E. coli outbreak is impacting Romaine lettuce. People reported getting sick, being hospitalized for liver dysfunction, and even having their gallbladders removed in some cases. Ninety-eight people from 22 different states make this the biggest multi-state E. coli outbreak in at least 12 years. The affected region is Yuma, Arizona. Cut fruit, cut cantaloupe, strawberries, caramel apples, tomatoes, and onions are likely contaminated.

The speaker expresses concerns about the global food system's import and export dynamics, highlighting the challenges of controlling bacterial risks in fresh produce. They mention a study on inorganic strawberries that found high pesticide levels, emphasizing the potential risks of consuming such produce.

The speaker then discusses their personal diet, which consists mainly of red meat, eggs, occasional chicken, pork, and seafood. They claim to have not developed any vitamin or nutrient deficiencies and feel better now than in their early 30s.

They argue that meat and organs contain more nutrients than vegetables and criticize the prevailing belief in the nutritional benefits of vegetables. They express skepticism about the health benefits of vegetables and suggest that the notion of vegetables being healthy might be a lie.

The speaker questions the traditional view of vegetables as healthy and discusses the historical perception of vegetables in diets. They suggest that vegetables may not be as healthy as commonly believed and may contain toxins that deter animals from eating them.

The speaker concludes by challenging the widely held belief that vegetables are an essential part of a healthy diet, suggesting that vegetables may not be as beneficial as commonly believed.

“The Fed is an apolitical institution that has no

interest in influencing elections or popular culture.”

Two things challenge this idea.

First, in August 2019, Former New York Fed President Bill Dudley wrote an opinion column for Bloomberg (www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2019-08-27/the-fed-shouldn-t-enable-donald-trump) where he insisted that the Fed allow the economy to suffer to prevent then-President Trump from getting re-elected in the 2020 election.

To follow up with this, President Nixon also sought to develop a “different relationship” with then-Fed chair Burns, noted in How Richard Nixon Pressured Arthur Burns: Evidence from the Nixon Tapes (pubs.aeaweb.org/doi/pdfplus/10.1257/jep.20.4.177) (p. 185).

Hochul signs legislation to create slavery reparations commission.

👀READ👀

NEW YORK -- Gov. Kathy Hochul signed historic racial justice legislation on Tuesday, creating a committee to consider reparations for slavery.

The new law authorizes the creation of a community commission that will study the history of slavery in New York state and what reparations could look like.

"You can see the unreckoned-with impacts of slavery in things such as Black poverty, Black maternal mortality," said Nicole Carty, executive director of the group Get Free.

Activists like Carty said the new law was a long time coming. She helped advocate for the bill, which was sponsored by Assemblywoman Michaelle Solages, after the racially motivated Buffalo mass shooting.

"We saw that monster come into the community and kill 12 Black New Yorkers," Solages said.

READ MORENew York lawmakers OK bill to consider reparations for slavery: "Historic"

The signing took place at the New York Historical Society on the Upper West Side, just down the hall from the Frederick Douglass exhibit.

Slavery was abolished in New York in 1827 and officially across the us in 1863, but it was followed by racial segregation practices like Jim Crow and redlining -- denying loans to people based on race and neighborhoods, impacting generations.

"I'm from Long Island. There is the first suburb of Levittown, one of the greatest housing programs that we could have in this country and Black New Yorkers were excluded from that," Solages said.

"Look at today, where we still see Blacks making 70 cents to every dollar whites make," the Rev. Al Sharpton said.

Leaders like Sharpton say the commission comes at a challenging time in America.

A 2021 Pew Research survey showed 77% of Black Americans support reparations, compared with only 18% of white Americans.

Advocates say prior to the Revolutionary War there were more enslaved Africans in New York City than in other city, except for Charleston, South Carolina. The population of enslaved Africans accounted for 20% of New York's population.

"Let's be clear about what reparations means. It doesn't mean fixing the past, undoing what happened. We can't do that. No one can. But it does mean more than giving people a simple apology 150 years later. This bill makes it possible to have a conversation, a reasoned debate about what we want the future to look like. And I can think of nothing more democratic than that," Hochul said.

"We do have a governor who is honest enough to say out loud that this is hard, honest enough to say she knows there will be pushback," state Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins said.

The committee will be made up of nine members who will be appointed over the next six months. They'll have a year to draft the report before presenting it to the public.

"Our generation desires leaders who are willing to confront our true history," student advocate J.J. Brisco said.

The next generation is hopeful this groundbreaking moment will shed some light on a dark past.

New York is the second state in the country to study reparations after California.

FBI Secretly Recorded Joe Biden’s Brother As Part Of Bribery Probe: REPORT

👀READ👀

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) secretly recorded conversations featuring President Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, as part of a bribery probe into a Mississippi attorney who once paid $100,000 to James Biden’s consulting firm, according to a new report.

The FBI taped James Biden during a bribery investigation of Mississippi trial attorney Richard Scruggs who paid James Biden’s Lion Hall group $100,000 in 1998 to help obtain his brother’s support for tobacco-related legislation under consideration by Congress, the Washington Post first reported Saturday.

“Jim was never untoward about his influence,” Scruggs added. “He didn’t brag about it or talk about it. He didn’t have to. He was the man’s brother.”

“Jim Biden’s consulting work has never involved speaking with or providing access to his brother for this or any other client,” James Biden’s lawyer Paul Fishman told the Washington Post. The White House did not respond to the outlet’s request for comment.

Scruggs’ payment to James Biden came during a push to have tobacco companies pay roughly $368 billion in a lawsuit alleging the tobacco companies withheld information about the addictiveness of their products. Congress had to waive antitrust provisions as part of the deal and then-Sen. Joe Biden ended up being a key supporter of the bill.

The legislation failed to pass and Biden blamed a lobbying campaign by the tobacco industry for persuading Republicans to oppose the bill.

Scruggs’ downfall came in 2008 because of a bribery scheme involving a plan by Scruggs and his associates to pay $40,000 to a local judge, the Washington Post reported. Neither Joe nor James Biden were implicated in the bribery scheme.

“Jim and Sara were not aware of or involved in any unethical or illegal behavior,” Fishman told the outlet. He clarified that James Biden and his wife, Sara Biden, were discussing the creation of a consulting firm with Scruggs and his associates.

The FBI recordings include James Biden’s conversations about the creation of the consulting firm. He planned to have his wife Sara Biden and Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden involved with the firm.

Other tapes show James Biden discussing business deals such as working with the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians on a casino application. Fishman told the Washington Post his client “was discussing a potential opportunity to sell insurance to the Choctaw tribe, but he never pursued that business.”

James Biden and Sara Biden’s Lion Hall Group business account is in the crosshairs of House Republicans as part of the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

House Oversight Committee lawmakers subpoenaed James and Sara Biden’s personal and corporate bank records in September to gather more information about the Biden family’s business dealings.

In October, the House Oversight Committee revealed a $200,000 check James Biden sent to his brother in March 2018 on the same day he received the money from distressed healthcare firm Americore. Bankruptcy court documents show James Biden promised Americore his name could “open doors” and vowed to bring in a substantial investment from the Middle East.

The Oversight Committee followed up by releasing bank records on Nov. 1 tracking how a $40,000 check Sara Biden wrote to Joe Biden in September 2017 originated from Chinese funds sent to Hudson West III, a joint venture between Hunter Biden and Chinese business associates with CEFC, a Chinese infrastructure firm.

Colorado Supreme Court rules Trump is disqualified from presidency for Jan. 6 riot | coverage

"This is a very sad day to our country."

DENVER (AP) — A divided Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday declared former President Donald Trump ineligible for the White House under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause and removed him from the state’s presidential primary ballot, setting up a likely showdown in the nation’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race.

 Top Donors from America's Wealthiest

Zip Codes Rally Behind Biden

President Joe Biden's primary fundraising channels have garnered significant support from the wealthiest zip codes in the nation, as per a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of Federal Election Commission (FEC) data.

Despite comprising just 0.02% of the population in 2020, the top 10 most affluent zip codes, based on median home value, contributed 7.6% of the total donations received by the Biden campaign and the Biden Victory Fund, the president's primary fundraising committees. This group of approximately 81,000 residents collectively donated 311 times more to Biden than would be proportionate to their population share.

In 2021, residents of these affluent zip codes donated a combined $7,519,474 to Biden's campaign, averaging around $930 per person. This trend reflects a significant concentration of support for Biden within these wealthy enclaves.

According to Bryan Griffin, press secretary for Ron DeSantis' campaign, there is a perceived establishment backing for Biden's reelection bid. Griffin asserts that DeSantis, as a champion of the American people against the elite, is striving to secure the nomination.

In contrast, political commentator Mayer suggests that Trump may be attracting more support from small donors due to his ability to evoke strong emotions compared to Biden.

Biden's backing from affluent counties becomes more pronounced when focusing on a select few zip codes that serve as Democratic fundraising strongholds.

Just 10 of these high-income zip codes were responsible for 11.7% of the total donations to Biden's reelection effort in 2021.

These influential zip codes span affluent areas such as Beverly Hills, Atherton, Los Altos, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica, San Francisco, and Palo Alto in California, along with locations in New York City and Chevy Chase, Maryland.

THE BRUTAL TRUTH

Legal Analyst Says Smith Rushing to Convict Trump Before Election Could Backfire

CNN’s senior legal analyst explained over the weekend why he believes special counsel Jack Smith is rushing to get former President Donald Trump to trial before next year’s election.

“I think any fair-minded observer has to agree” that Smith wants to convict the former president beforehand, Elie Honig said when he was asked whether Smith and U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan were attempting to expedite Trump’s so-called ‘election interference’ case.

“Just look at Jack Smith’s conduct in this case. The motivating principle behind every procedural request he’s made has been speed has been getting this trial in before the election,” Honig went on to say before giving some examples.

“The average federal conspiracy and fraud trial takes about a year and a half to two years between indictment and trial. In this case, we have dozens, hundreds of January 6th rioters caught on video, straightforward cases,” he continued. “They, too, were given about a year and a half to two years between indictment and trial. Jack Smith originally requested a trial date for Donald Trump, a far more complex case, five months out.”

Yes, Hunter Is Now In Contempt Of Congress

Congress is often a theater of the absurd, from Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) pulling a fire alarm before a major vote to former Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) being, well, a member of Congress at all. However, none of that compares to what unfolded on Wednesday as Hunter Biden stood outside Congress and defied a subpoena as being “beyond the absurd.” What happens next could be even more bizarre.

Hunter was under a subpoena from the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability to appear for testimony. As I previously wrote, he had two choices: He could appear and either testify or invoke his right to remain silent. The only thing that he could not do is what he did — just refuse to go into the hearing room. Yet, there he was, with counsel Abbe Lowell by his side, holding forth with a public press conference while refusing to appear in the closed-door deposition being held in the building behind him.

By staying on the Senate side of the Capitol, Hunter guaranteed that the House sergeant at arms did not pull him into the hearing room. Ironically, that would have been a better option than his blowing a raspberry at the committee and then speeding away.

Trump Attorneys Ask Fulton County

Judge To Dismiss Indictment

Former President Trump's Georgia attorneys submitted a court filing on Dec. 18 arguing that the former president's comments were political speech protected under the Constitution's First Amendment in the aftermath of the 2020 election.

"Every single alleged overt act listed, and count charged against President Trump seeks to criminalize content-based, core political speech and expressive conduct," President Trump's team wrote.

The former president and more than a dozen other people were indicted in Fulton County, Georgia, by District Attorney Fani Willis, who accused them of conspiring to overturn the election in the state.

DEVELOPING: The $1 Million Hunter Bidens Chinese Business Partner Patrick Ho Wired Him in 2017 Subject of Separate Bribery Investigation

The $1 million Hunter Biden’s Chinese business partner Patrick Ho wired him in 2017 is the subject of a separate bribery investigation.

Recall that in 2017 the the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage who was a business partner with Hunter and Joe Biden’s slimy brother Jim Biden.

Patrick Ho was later put on trial and found guilty of bribing government officials around the world to advance the interests of the Chinese Communist Party.

The crooked Department of Justice hid Hunter Biden’s connections with Patrick Ho during his trial and even redacted Hunter Biden’s name from the evidence documents.

Central Banks Brought Excessive Inflation; Now They Bring Stagnation...

Although the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank’s message regarding interest rate cuts seems clear, reiterating their commitment to reducing inflation, the market is expecting between five and six interest rate cuts, between 125 and 150 basis points, in the next twelve months.

This shows us the bubble bias of many investors. We live in a world where two generations of market participants have only seen rate cuts and massive liquidity injections. Central banks have created huge perverse incentives in markets that should have been prevented if they truly followed their mandate of stable prices. On top of it, the ECB faces another risk. It must avoid following the siren calls of interventionists if it wants the euro project to survive.

The euro is the biggest monetary success of the last 100 years, and the ECB’s excessively loose policy may destroy its position as a world reserve currency. The interventionist hordes of European socialism want the central bank to become an instrument in the hands of governments to nationalize the economy and destroy the currency’s purchasing power.

Don’t be mistaken; for those who come up with soft words demanding “expansive-looking monetary policy,” what they are looking for is exactly what they have supported in Argentina, Venezuela, and Cuba: the expropriation of wealth through the dissolution of the purchasing power of the currency.

Trump Lawyer Blasts Jack Smiths Latest Move: Its Un-American

Alina Habba, an attorney representing former President Donald Trump’s Save America PAC, is slamming Special Counsel Jack Smith for moving quickly to have the U.S. Supreme Court consider the federal criminal case involving the 2020 election and Trump’s immunity defense.

The indictment accuses Trump of participating in criminal conspiracies to alter the outcomes of the 2020 presidential election. Trump has sought to dismiss the charges by claiming that he has presidential immunity.

Smith has raised the matter with the nation’s top court, stating that it should be addressed before the D.C. Circuit’s decision and referencing the upcoming March 4 trial date for Trump. With the Supreme Court’s approval, Trump is now required to reply by December 20. After that, they will determine whether or not to accept the case.

“There is some sort of real sense of urgency,” Habba said in an interview. “The only urgency that I can see is that there is an election in November 2024, and they can’t beat him.”

Habba said “everyone can see” what Smith is doing and said it “is election interference at its finest.”

Retracted NZ Study Proved HPV Vaccine "Reduced Preterm Births" - By INVERTING THE DATA

study by New Zealand’s Beverley Lawton et al. “proved” that receipt of the HPV vaccine reduced preterm births.

However, when statistical sleuths questioned the data, the study was retracted, as it turned out that the findings were inverted. The story of the retraction is quite scandalous and is worth exploring!

https://web.archive.org/web/20200930050420/https://retractionwatch.com/2020/09/23/a-wholly-frustrating-and-embarrassing-process-authors-retract-paper-on-hpv-vaccine-and-preterm-birth/

The study purported to provide “findings” of reductions in preterm births among HPV-vaccinated mothers.

Supposedly, vaccination “reduced” very preterm births (under 31 weeks) by 23% (77% odds ratio circled in the picture below).

However, in the retraction notice, the authors were forced to admit that the “findings were inverted,” and the data showed the opposite!

In other words, the data showed that the HPV vaccine increased the chances of very preterm births!

Trump Leading Biden In Seven Swing States Heading Into 24

Former President Donald Trump started his week with some more good news in the form of polling as 2023 winds down and the 2024 campaign cycle begins to ramp up with first-in-the-nation primaries less than a month away.

According to a new Morning Consult/Bloomberg News poll, Trump is beating Biden 47 to 42 percent across seven swing states.

“Trump leads by three percent in Arizona, by seven points in Georgia, by four points in Michigan, by five points in Nevada, by 11 points in North Carolina, by a single point in Pennsylvania, and by six points in Wisconsin,” the UK’s Independent reported, citing the survey.

It comes as Trump continues to pull ahead of the remaining GOP field in Iowa, where the first-in-the-nation primary takes place next month.

Georgia Judge Grants Mark Meadows,

Other Defendants Pretrial Delays

The judge overseeing Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis’ cases against former President Donald Trump and more than a dozen other defendants has granted a pretrial delay to his former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, and a few others.

Meadows is attempting to have his case moved to a federal court, where he believes a jury pool will be more favorable to him than in Democrat-heavy Atlanta, which falls within Fulton County. Trump at first considered a similar move but has since decided to leave the case where it is.

Four defendants have taken plea deals, and the rest, including Trump, are scheduled for trial in August 2024.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee announced in an order last week that Meadows and the others could delay their pretrial motions from Jan. 8 to Feb. 5, the Washington Examiner reported.

The order applies to Meadows, former Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark, and former Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party David Shafer.

Robert F Kennedy Jr Names 2nd Shooter Who Killed His Father with Sirhan Sirhan

“Sirhan was a distractor, and the real shooter was behind my father. He was a man called Eugene Thane Cesar,” claimed RFJ Jr. strongly. Cesar was reportedly a CIA operative and an alleged “enemy” of the Kennedy family. After briefly introducing Cesar and explaining his motive to kill the late Attorney General, RFK Jr. went on to allege that it was the very same man who staged the ordeal using Sirhan as a scapegoat. RFK Jr. concluded by making a painfully final statement on the matter. “He was holding my father’s arm. He drew his gun, and my father was shot four times from behind.”

Israeli bulldozers crushed and ‘buried alive’ dozens

as they rolled over tents at Gaza hospital.

Israeli bulldozers have demolished tents of displaced Palestinians outside a hospital in the Gaza Strip, “burying people alive” inside them, according to a report.

Video footage from Al Jazeera showed mangled tents and belongings of Palestinians at the courtyard of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, north of Gaza, on Saturday. The report said at least 20 bodies now lie in the yard.

“Dozens of displaced, sick, and wounded people were buried alive. The occupation [Israeli] bulldozers trampled the tents of the displaced people in the hospital yard and brutally crushed them,” Palestinian journalist Anas al-Sharif reported.

“A terrifying massacre and unspeakable scenes. What the Israeli occupation did inside Kamal Adwan Hospital is a horrific crime against citizens and medical staff,” Sharif said in a post on X.

“The hospital is completely destroyed, and the Israeli occupation forces are targeting anything that moves in its vicinity,” said Al-Jazeera correspondent Imad Zaqout.

Migrants took 17 billion more out of the Dutch welfare state than they contributed on average, every year, for a quarter of a century.

Can you imagine all that welfare money going to people to start businesses so they could create jobs and pay taxes? They would be swimming in tax revenue, and everybody paying less and the country would have no national debt.

Israel plans to invade Lebanon – media.

👀READ👀

The Israeli Defense Force says it wants to drive the Hezbollah militant group out of the southern part of the country.

The Israeli military has developed plans to invade neighboring Lebanon with the intent to push back the Shiite militant group Hezbollah, which has been launching cross-border attacks on Israel in recent weeks, The Times and Newsweek reported on Monday, citing Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Jonathan Conricus.

Israel and Hezbollah have seen increasing exchanges of fire since the outbreak of the latest Israeli-Palestinian conflict in October when Hamas fighters in Gaza launched a surprise assault on Israeli territories. That attack left some 1,200 people dead and saw the kidnapping of over 200 hostages. Israel’s ruthless bombing campaign in Gaza since then has killed more than 18,700 people, according to local health officials.

The Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has come out in support of Hamas. However, the group’s leader, Hassan Nasrallah, has said they will not launch a major offensive against Israel unless it was provoked, or Hamas was on the verge of defeat.

Nevertheless, the IDF has decided that it cannot accept the looming threat posed by Hezbollah and has developed a plan to invade southern Lebanon to push the militant group up north to the Litani River, according to The Times.

Israel is concerned that Hezbollah could potentially launch an October 7-style attack in the north of Israel, according to a senior IDF officer who spoke with The Times. The Israeli doctrine is, therefore, to “take the war to the other side,” he said.

The IDF “has approved plans and defined schedules for readiness,” Conricus said, according to the paper.

Newsweek similarly reported that Cornicus told journalists that while there is “a window of opportunity for peace,” Israeli forces are “prepared” to keep Israeli citizens safe.

“Just as we are now dismantling Hamas in Gaza and going about making sure that there won't be a military threat against Israelis living in southern Israel, we will do the same thing if needed against Hezbollah," he reportedly said.

Speaking to RT in an exclusive interview last week, Hezbollah spokesman Haji Mohammad Afif said it plans to “maintain the current pace of the war,” which it described as one of “support and solidarity with the Palestinian people.”

The Israeli government has not yet publicly commented on the possibility of launching a military offensive. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned that Beirut would be turned “into Gaza” if Hezbollah started an all-out war against the IDF.

Despite Bloated Budget, US Entering 2024 With Tiniest Military Since 1941.

👀READ👀

Congress passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2024 on Thursday, with the annual defense bill ballooning to a record $886 billion. But record outlays have not translated to capabilities, with a recent ranking listing Russia, which reportedly plans to spend about $140 billion on defense in 2024, as the world’s strongest military.

The United States will ring in the new year with its smallest active-duty footprint since 1941 – the year Washington abandoned its non-interventionist foreign policy and joined the Second World War.

That’s according to military strength levels outlined by the NDAA, which showed a drop in active-duty personnel to 1,284,500 service members, from 1.39 million in the previous year, as recruiters face growing difficulty enticing young people to join.

Observers blame a variety of factors for falling recruitment numbers, from declining confidence in the US military (from 70 percent in 2018 to about 46 percent now), to growing incidence of health problems among young people, to concerns among conservatives about the military’s increasingly “woke” culture, to falling morale in the wake of decades of illegal wars abroad.

DoD acting undersecretary for personnel and readiness Ashish Vazirani told lawmakers this week that the military had recruited about 41,000 troops less than planned over the course of 2023. “That number understates [sic] the challenge before us as the services lowered end-strength goals in recent years, in part because of the difficult recruiting environment,” Vazirani said.

Citing “low trust in institutions” being a key problem among young people – specifically people from Generation Z born between 1997 and 2012, Vazirani stressed that America’s all-volunteer armed forces are presently facing “one of the greatest challenges since inception” in 1973 and the end of the draft.

Some officials have proposed novel solutions for resolving the drought in recruits, with Democratic Senator Dick Durban telling his Senate colleagues earlier this month that illegal immigrants flooding into the country could be conscripted to fight in the wars Americans don’t want to.

“Yes, we need order at the border. Yes, we need to have changes in the laws that reflect the reality of the overwhelming numbers from all over the world who are coming to our shores and our border. But there’s also an incredible demand for legal immigration into this country even now. The presiding officer, my colleague from the state of Illinois has legislation which addresses one aspect of that. Her bill…says that if you are an undocumented person in this country, and you can pass the physical and the required background tests, you can serve in our military and if you do it honorably, we will make you citizens of the United States,” Durban said on the Senate floor during a debate on immigration and border security.

Vazirani assured that “while the current recruiting environment is acutely difficult, the Defense Department and the military services are working together to resolve issues, improve processes, and expand awareness of the many opportunities military service offers. We must reach today’s youth where they are with a message that resonates with them and motivates them to act,” he said, calling on leaders and lawmakers alike to make a “national call to service.”

Shocking new evidence points to Israel using uranium and neutron bombs in Gaza

This is according to the research of Christopher Busby, a top nuclear physicist in Europe and longtime researcher of the biochemical damage caused by the long-range dispersal of depleted uranium weapons. Busby, who was a member of the UK Ministry of Defense’s Depleted Uranium Oversight Board, publishes his findings through the consultancy Green Audit.

His newest research paper, "Evidence for the use by Israel of a neutron uranium warhead in Palestine and Lebanon", makes for very compelling reading. It explains how different measurements using a variety of techniques have found enriched uranium in samples taken from air, soil, bomb craters and other sources in Gaza.

Most of Israels October 7 claims about Hamas brutalism are fabrications, evidence shows

The Israeli media outlet Haaretz published an exposé recently that highlights the many lies of Israel concerning the nature of the October 7 Hamas false flag attack.

Early on, Israel was spreading myths about "40 beheaded babies" and "babies burned in ovens," hearkening back to World War II propaganda in an attempt to make it seem like another Holocaust had taken place. It turns out that most of these extremely gruesome tales are just that: tales.

The Biggest Spike in Homelessness Ever Recorded Is a Sign That the U.S. Economy Is Plunging into An Abyss of Pain and Suffering

At least things are still good for those at the very top of the food chain.  But for everyone else, economic conditions have already become very painful.  Today, the vast majority of Americans have less money than they did prior to the pandemic, and thanks to raging inflation our standard of living is steadily going down.

Man, Allegedly Hits, Kills Pedestrian with Car, drives 38 Miles with Victim’s Body

in Passenger Seat, Police Say

Police arrested a man Saturday night in Texas after he allegedly hit and killed a pedestrian before driving nearly 40 miles with the body in his passenger seat.

Officers responded to a welfare check at a Jack in the Box restaurant parking lot around 11:15 p.m., according to the White Settlement Police Department. The caller reported a car with damage to the hood, windshield, and front end, with the driver hunched over the steering wheel.

“The officer arrived and noticed what appeared to be a human body with no signs of life in the front passenger seat,” according to the news release. “The officer immediately had the driver step out of the vehicle and detained him for further investigation.”

“Detectives believe the impact was so severe, that the pedestrian was thrown inside the vehicle and came to rest on the passenger seat,” according to the release.

Medical personnel and the local fire department determined the passenger was deceased at the scene, according to the release. Evidence at the scene led police to believe the pedestrian was struck somewhere between Arlington and White Settlement.

The driver, identified as 31-year-old Nestor Joel Lujan Flores, told police he thought he hit an animal in Dallas and continued to drive to the parking lot in White Settlement, about 38 miles from Dallas. He did not notify the police about the incident, the release stated.

Police said Sunday that human remains were found near a roadway on Interstate Highway 30 in Dallas that might possibly match the victim whose body was recovered in the fast-food chain parking lot.

Flores is in custody pending a charge of intoxication manslaughter, according to police. He was arrested in 2020 for driving while intoxicated by the Plano Police Department and convicted for the same charge in 2021.

‘If I Can’t Have Them, Neither Can You’: Man in Chicago Pleads Guilty to Drowning 3 Children

A man in Chicago pleaded guilty to drowning his three young children, Associated Press (AP) reported.

36-year-old Jason Karels entered a guilty but mentally ill plea to three charges of first-degree murder, according to AP. Karels admitted to drowning his children, 5-year-old Bryant, 3-year-old Cassidy, and 2-year-old Gideon, on June 13, 2022. He will face a life sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections without any chance of parole, as announced by Lake County State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart.

The crime was discovered when officers checked on the children’s welfare, according to the AP. They discovered a note at Karels’ residence, intended for his estranged wife. “If I can’t have them neither can you,” the note stated.

“This case has devastated the community,” Rinehart said, AP reported. “We hope that today’s resolution provides some measure of closure, and we will continue to provide support to the family.”

Karels’ apprehension followed a police chase, culminating in a crash, the AP added. He was briefly hospitalized post-crash, where he confessed to the first responders about his responsibility for his children’s deaths and his subsequent attempt at self-harm.

At the time of incident, Karels and his estranged wife were sharing custody of their children, living separately, the AP reported. In preparation for his sentencing, scheduled for Feb. 16, 2024, a pre-sentence investigation has been ordered for Karels.

UAE, Jordan, Saudis, & Bahrain Create Alternate Shipping Route to Israel, Bypassing Red Sea Shut Down.

Breaking News: Israel's Allies (including the Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan) have established a fresh route for delivering goods to Israel, superseding the Red Sea.

👀READ👀

"The initial cargo of fresh food supplies has been successfully transported from Dubai to Israel via the newly established land passage, offering an alternative route to the Red Sea. This journey, spanning a length of two thousand kilometers, involves transit through Dubai ports, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, taking approximately two days to complete."

The Eisenhower aircraft carrier is enroute to the Red Sea.

Despite numerous countries declining the US request to deploy their warships for Israel, the US may deploy the Eisenhower aircraft carrier to potentially dissuade the Houthis. However, it's questionable if the Yemenis will be affected by additional American ships approaching.

CMA CGM Shipping has instructed all its ships currently in the Red Sea or scheduled to traverse it soon to halt their journeys and redirect to safer waters until further instructions are provided.

In a significant development, Israeli logistics firm Trucknet has completed the successful transport of ten trucks through a novel 2,550-kilometer overland route originating from Dubai's port in the United Arab Emirates, passing through Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and reaching Israel. This milestone was unveiled on Saturday.

According to the Israeli news outlet Walla, this pilot initiative was facilitated through a collaboration between Emirati shipping company Puretrans FZCO and Dubai's port operating entity DP WORLD. The deal aims to facilitate the transportation of goods between Dubai and Israel's port of Haifa.

The fresh overland passage might present itself as a substitute for the customary shipping route via the Red Sea and the Bab-el-Mandeb strait. Currently, this area faces recurrent missile assaults by Houthi rebel forces in Yemen, backed by Iran, posing a threat to international shipping.

US floats possible plan for postwar Gaza, who could govern after Israel eliminates Hamas

The United States is currently debating what the Gaza Strip might look like after a war, including who would rule the territory should Israel succeed in its military objective of eliminating Hamas.

The White House may consider reactivating Palestinian security forces to rule the Gaza Strip, according to a senior US official. Palestinian security forces previously ruled Gaza but were ousted by Hamas as it came to power and eventually took over the territory.

The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem accused the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) of killing two Christian women Saturday inside a church compound within Gaza, according to a press release.

The press release from the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, described as a “particular” jurisdiction of the Catholic Church overseeing Cyprus, Jordan, Israel and Palestine, stated that the majority of Christian families had taken refuge in the Holy Family Parish compound in Gaza since the start of the Israel-Gaza conflict.

The Patriarchate claimed that the two victims, identified as Nahida and her daughter, Samara, were walking to the Sister’s Convent around noon before they were reportedly shot by an IDF sniper. “Seven more people” had also been shot and wounded, highlighting that there was “no warning” given from the IDF, the press release continued.

“Nahida and her daughter Samar were shot and killed as they walked to the Sister’s Convent. One was killed as she tried to carry the other to safety. Seven more people were shot and wounded as they tried to protect others inside the church compound,” the press release stated.

“No warning was given; no notification was provided. They were shot in cold blood inside the premises of the Parish, where there are no belligerents.”

The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem also accused the IDF of firing a rocket at the Convent of the sisters of Mother Theresa (the Missionaries of Charity), also located within the Holy Family Parish compound. Nuns from inside the convent reported earlier that the Israeli army had taken the church under siege late November, according to CathNews

Reportedly home to 54 disabled people, the press release claimed that the convent had its “only source of electricity” and “fuel resources” destroyed by the rocket firing, which resulted in an explosion and massive fire. Due to the destruction, the 54 disabled people are now reportedly “displaced,” according to the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

“The building’s generator (the only source of electricity) and the fuel resources were destroyed. The house was damaged by the resulting explosion and massive fire,” the press release stated. “Two more rockets, fired by an IDF tank, targeted the same Convent and rendered the home uninhabitable. The 54 disabled persons are currently displaced and without access to the respirators that some of them need to survive.”

The church claimed that other necessities such as solar panels and water tanks were destroyed Friday night, stating that there were “indispensable for the survival of the community.” The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem asked for prayers from the Christian community, expressing their condolences to the families affected.

The United States government reportedly told CBS that they had “heard concerns” regarding the incident from a non-government organization which “has people on the ground” within Gaza, CBS Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Margaret Brennnan tweeted Saturday.

AZ Attorney General Kris Mayes Pledges to Never Prosecute Abortionists

Attorney General Kris Mayes reaffirmed her pledge to never prosecute abortionists, regardless of state law.

Mayes made the remarks during a press conference following the Arizona Supreme Court oral arguments in Planned Parenthood v. Mayes on Tuesday. The attorney general said that other issues were more important to her, like prosecuting drug dealers giving fentanyl to minors.

“We will not be doing abortion prosecutions in Arizona while I’m attorney general, ever,” said Mayes. “We have much more important issues to decide and work on in this state.”

Earlier this summer, Gov. Katie Hobbs issued an executive order that took away all prosecutorial power from the 15 county attorneys concerning abortion law and gave it to Mayes. That move effectively nullified the possibility for prosecutions of abortionists.

Mayes opted to not dispute the court of appeals ruling in Planned Parenthood v. Mayes from last year, which determined that the 2022 law restricting abortions to 15 weeks’ gestation was to be implemented, and not the near-total abortion ban dating back to Arizona’s territorial days.

Instead, Mayes has backed efforts to expand

abortion access in Arizona and other states.

On Wednesday, Mayes joined 10 other attorneys general to issue a statement of condemnation to the Texas Supreme Court. That court overturned an injunction on the state’s abortion ban awarded to a Texas woman seeking to abort her daughter. Mayes claimed that the health and life of the Texas woman, Kate Cox, were at risk due to the Trisomy 18 diagnosis of her unborn child. Texas abortion law enables abortions in pregnancies that are considered life-threatening or presenting a risk of substantial impairment of a major bodily function. Per Texas law, medical professionals determine which pregnancies qualify for that exception. “No one should be forced to fight in court and leave their home state just to receive the health care they need,” read the statement. “As this case shows, abortion bans pose dangerous health and safety threats wherever they are enacted. Decisions about abortion care should be made between patients and their doctors, not politicians.”

There's been significant

shifts in the car market landscape:

...The demand for new cars has taken a surprising turn, resulting in sluggish sales and an overflow of inventories. This unexpected phenomenon marks a departure from the traditional dynamics of the automotive industry, where the allure of brand-new models typically garners substantial consumer interest and drives sales.

Several factors have contributed to this reversal. One notable aspect is the evolving consumer behavior and preferences influenced by various economic and societal changes. The ongoing global supply chain disruptions and semiconductor shortages have constrained the production of new vehicles, leading to limited availability and delayed deliveries. Additionally, the shift in priorities among consumers, with a greater emphasis on sustainability and economic prudence, has steered some away from immediate purchases of new cars.

This shift in the car market dynamics has left dealerships grappling with surplus inventories, facing the challenge of managing excessive stocks and optimizing their sales strategies in response to the changing landscape. As industry stakeholders navigate this unexpected trend, it prompts a reevaluation of traditional marketing approaches and inventory management practices to adapt to the current market conditions.

Why do we celebrate Christmas on 25 December?

Ah, Christmas: According to Andy Williams and basically every retailer in the Western world, the most amazing time of the year. However, as we get lost in the beauty of twinkling lights, sparkling ribbons and pointed eggs, it can be easy to forget the origins of Christmas. Of course, we all know about the birth of Jesus, but where have our Christmas traditions come from, and why do we celebrate it every year on 25 December? We do not even know when Maria Carrie was born. How are we so confident about Jesus?

Your guide to an impeachment inquiry: Breaking down the GOPs pursuit of Biden.

House Republicans are entering a new phase in the potential impeachment of President Joe Biden — a phase that raises a lot of questions about what happens next.

The GOP investigation, which focuses on the business dealings of Hunter Biden and other family members, has so far found no clear connection between Joe Biden's actions as president or vice president and his family's finances. Despite this, every House Republican on Wednesday supported a formal investigation in an attempt to uncover the smoking gun.

Does a formal investigation mean we'll see public hearings?

Not necessarily. And in this case, it's possible they'll skip the dramatic public hearing before drafting articles of impeachment.

Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), who are leading the investigation, have not ruled out more hearings — and they have even said they would like Hunter Biden Are willing to have a hearing with him if he first sits for in-camera testimony.

The inquiry resolution passed this week also outlines what those hearings will look like.

Even before this, the President has been impeached without a vote to give green signal to an investigation. For example, articles in the second impeachment of former President Donald Trump were introduced five days after the January 6 attack on the Capitol.

On the other side was the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton, when House Republicans not only voted to open an investigation, but months later voted again to expand the scope of the investigation beyond the initial resolution.

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) ultimately followed that formal model for Trump's first impeachment in 2019. After months of informal investigations into Trump, they officially opened the investigation into Trump in a House vote following pushback from the White House.

 WHAT COULD GO WRONG?

California’s latest insane gender policy takes effect next month.

Parts of California are so downtrodden that people need to consult “poop-maps” to avoid human feces while walking outside, homelessness is rampant in major cities, and the cost of living is out of control. But California’s state government thinks now is the time to … regulate Toys “R” Us.

A law passed by the state legislature and signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) in 2021 is set to take effect in the new year, mandating “gender-neutral” toy sections in large toy retail stores. As the Washington Examiner reported after Newsom signed the bill, “Retail stores that fail to comply with the mandate risk being penalized with $250 fines for initial violations and $500 fines for all subsequent violations.”

Hey, remember last year, when the Orwellian Newsom tried to gaslight potential voters that California was “the freedom state?”

Israel's previously considered plan to flood Gaza's underground tunnel network, aiming to flush out and neutralize Hamas operatives, is now in motion.

According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, Israel has begun pumping seawater from the nearby Mediterranean Sea into the extensive tunnel complex in Gaza. This strategic move is part of a comprehensive effort to dismantle the underground infrastructure that has supported Hamas' activities.

MY THOUGHTS:

I have shared that I feel like this is an all-in moment in history…

The Deep State has committed great crimes, and they can’t go back now; they’ve long passed the point of no return. They’ve committed too many crimes against humanity and our country.

It’s evident that we are being pre-conditioned to believe that 2024 will be wild. Really wild….

There is definitely a tension building up of tectonic proportions… and it’s going to shake the world I believe.

Ready for anything.

Witness Tucker Carlson React to

Javier Milei's Unconventional Views

It's crucial to remain attentive to all ongoing developments. The media often labels him as far-right, yet he stands as the first genuine libertarian leader ever elected globally.

"He understands that the state doesn't create wealth; it destroys it."

It's imperative to safeguard this individual. He's a rare figure challenging major falsehoods and offering coherent reasoning.

Despite facing significant challenges, there are still Argentinians advocating for socialism. It seems nonsensical. Many are taught that securing a good job leads to wealth, but billionaires operate on an entirely different paradigm, largely unknown to most.

Kudos to Mr. Milei for his tireless efforts and especially his courage in the face of opposition from those in power. The Statists will go to great lengths to maintain their control, evident in their treatment of President Trump.

Contrary to portrayals in US news outlets, Milei appears thoughtful and articulates his position and advice quite sensibly.

Indictments bolster Trump's popularity, exposing widespread distrust in the justice system and DOJ.

Recent polls indicate a surprising trend: the more Trump faces indictments, the higher he rises in popularity. While correlation doesn't necessarily imply causation, this phenomenon sheds light on a deep-seated distrust in the justice system and the Department of Justice (DOJ) among Americans.

This Was What Every Popular Fast-Food Restaurant

Looked Like the Day They Opened

When you travel the busy streets of any major American city, you can't miss the countless signs of fast-food joints decorating the skyline.

But before drive-thrus became a common sight at every highway stop, these fast-food places started out just like your local pizza place – with humble beginnings. In fact, the first fast-food spots looked quite different from what you see today.

Teacher to remain in prison over gender pronouns row.

👀READ👀

A schoolteacher in Ireland who argued that referring to a transgender student as ‘they’ instead of ‘he’ was against his Christian beliefs will spend the Christmas period in prison, a court has ruled.

Enoch Burke, formerly a history and German teacher at Wilson’s Hospital School in Co. Westmeath, was imprisoned for a second time in September. The teacher, who comes from an evangelical Christian background, had repeatedly failed to heed a court order barring him from entering the grounds of the school, from which he was fired last year.

Burke, who has been told by the court that he will be released from custody if he verbally agrees to comply with the order, said at a hearing in Dublin’s High Court on Tuesday that doing so would be “giving up” his religious beliefs and an endorsement of “transgenderism.”

Presiding over the court, Mr Justice Mark Sanfey said it had become clear that Burke had no intention of complying with the court order, and that that there was no justifiable reason to release him until he did so. The next review will be on February 27, Sanfey said, adding that Burke can secure his release at any point before then by saying he will abide by the order.

Last year, Burke was accused by Wilson’s Hospital School of gross misconduct after he objected to an email sent by school officials requesting that a transitioning student be referred to by a gender-neutral pronoun. It was claimed by school authorities that Burke had unprofessionally confronted the headmaster about the request.

Despite being suspended with full pay in May 2022 pending an investigation into his alleged misconduct, Burke continued to arrive at the school each day. He was fired the following August, and in May 2023, the Irish High Court found that the school had acted lawfully in its initial suspension of Burke – who it said had been “trespassing” on its grounds.

At a hearing last year, Burke told the court: “I am a teacher, and I don’t want to go to prison. I want to be in my classroom today, that’s where I was this morning when I was arrested.”

He added: “I love my school, with its motto Res Non Verba, actions not words, but I am here today because I said I would not call a boy a girl.” However, the court has said that Burke is not being persecuted for his religious beliefs, but specifically for refusing to stop trespassing on school property.

Meanwhile, Burke has accused the courts of failing to recognize his constitutional right to religious freedom, and says that these rights were breached when he was asked to refer to a student by they/them pronouns.

A Hydrogen On-Demand Conversion Kit: Transform Any Car into a Hybrid at a Low Cost

Back in 2010, I answered an ad while living in San Antonio, TX. I will never forget this experience for as long as I live. I went to this interview for a guy who was rebuilding computers and recycling all different kinds of motors and parts for other equipment. He was looking for someone with telemarketing experience to sell the idea of equipping 18-wheel delivery trucks with the Hydrogen Fuel injector. It was at a warehouse where he actually had a truck running on the system.

I had seen the technology only in video and schematics. It was the first time I actually saw it running and was very excited to see that it WORKED. I had a return appointment the following week to talk with him again and familiarize myself with the task at hand. But when I went back to see him, everything was gone. The warehouse was emptied, not a car or truck in sight. Needless to say, it scared me. I looked around the area in paranoia, and then hit the road. I tried several times to call the man, but the phone rang and rang, and no one ever answered. After a time, it was disconnected. I never forgot the ideas behind this invention and still believe it to be the BEST SOLUTION FOR NON-POLLUTANT FUEL.

Dated March 11, 2011

Presently, various designs offer DIY hydrogen on-demand conversion kits for all vehicle types. Irrespective of a vehicle's age, make, model, or fuel source, this small contraption operates using the available power from the vehicle to generate hydroxy gas, also recognized as Brown's gas in honor of one of its original inventors. This hydrogen/oxygen blend (not steam) integrates with the air/fuel manifold, altering the most common gasoline octane in a manner that resembles...

Even for those unfamiliar with basic chemistry, it's apparent that introducing MORE hydrogen and oxygen into your air intake results in a more robust and environmentally cleaner combustion process. Essentially, this leads to a more forceful explosion, thereby increasing power output, while also facilitating a cleaner burn and reduced emissions. These combined effects result in substantial improvements in fuel efficiency, with average MPG enhancements ranging from 25% to as much as 110%, depending on the affordability of the equipment.

"Oil And Water": America Only Has 178 Flagged Cargo Carriers Vs. China's 7,362

Today will be all about US inflation, as the market continues to give itself this year’s and next year’s generous Xmas presents in advance of its projected retreat. However, I am still focusing less on gift-wrapped data, and more on the lumps of coal that point to upside risks to 2024 inflation.

COP28’s watered down draft text criticized for omitting fossil fuel ‘phase out’’, screams one headline. “Phase out” was phased out as the COP28 draft text suggests “reducing” use of fossil fuels instead after heavy Middle East oil-producer lobbying, making it COP-OUT28 in the eyes of some. It remains to be seen what this means in terms of the outlook for energy prices.

Meanwhile, in the Middle East, it’s oil and water which matter. Especially as Yemen’s Houthis have officially announced they will attack Israeli vessels and any ships carrying cargo to or from Israel via the Red Sea or Arabian Gulf. Welcome to how the world used to work before British, then US, naval supremacy. This is what a multipolar world is going to look like, if we see one.

California Has A $68 Billion Budget Deficit with Only $30 Billion In Reserves

As California’s state budget morphs from a $97.5 billion surplus to a multi-billion-dollar deficit, it’s another reminder about the volatility of the state’s revenue system.

Gov. Gavin Newsom’s penchant for braggadocio was in full flower eight months ago when he declared that California had a $97.5 billion budget surplus and boasted that “no other state in American history has ever experienced a surplus as large as this.”

A more subdued Newsom acknowledged that the projected surplus had morphed into a $22.5 billion shortfall. He proposed a $297 billion 2023-24 budget that throttles back some of the additional spending and indirectly borrows billions of dollars to close the gap.

INSTANT POVERTY FOR ALL: Supreme Court decision could impose taxes on PAPER GAINS for all assets.

👀READ👀

Let's move on to the financial news today, because there is a massive US Supreme Court case looming here that's called Moore versus the United States. If the Supreme Court sides with the federal government on this, it will allow the federal government to essentially confiscate virtually all assets of the American people, including your stocks, your home, your land, your gold, everything, almost everything. So, this case is challenging the constitutionality of a tax law which was part of a law enacted in 2017, under Trump. This law required a one-time repatriation on unrealized profits that are held overseas. So, if you were an investor in an overseas company, and then that company never paid you profits, but if it reinvested its own dividends, and you maintain your ownership of that company, you were supposed to pay taxes on these unrealized gains, even though you never got paid.

So, this couple Charles and Kathy Moore, they sue the government after they were billed $14,700 or so as a tax obligation. It's gone to the Supreme Court; the oral arguments have already taken place. That was about a week ago. And the Supreme Court is set to rule on this... many people believe by June 2024.

Now, importantly, if the Supreme Court rules that the federal government can tax unrealized gains, that is paper profits, on investments that American citizens hold, then that would be absolutely catastrophic for the American people for their savings, for their assets, for their retirement funds, everything. And here's a quote from Peter Schiff. He tweeted this out, and I think it encapsulates the potential crisis facing us all if the supreme court rules in favor of the federal government, he says:

If the supreme court rules in favor of the government and allows it to redefine the income to include any unrealized appreciation in any asset, that it will grant the federal government a new power to nationalize the entire asset stock of the nation. In hyperinflation, the only refuge people have is the ability to hold real assets and never sell them. But if the federal government can claim unrealized inflationary gains as being taxable income, then almost all Americans will be forced to sell their assets just to pay their tax liabilities.

You understand what he's saying here. Essentially, if you're holding house or land, or gold or stocks, and the paper value goes up, the government would force you to pay the gains on the paper value in dollars, even though you haven't sold those assets, and you have no cash flow to even pay the gains. So, in order to pay the gains, you'd probably have to sell at least part of the assets, and then pay that money to the government.

But of course, it's a giant scam, because the government prints money causing inflation, or devaluation of the dollar, but inflation in terms of the prices of assets, and the IRS would consider that inflation to be a gain, even though it's not a real gain. Your gold for example, may have gone up in terms of dollars per ounce, but the gold itself may not purchase anything more than what it purchased five years earlier. You have no gain in purchasing power. It's just risen in dollar denominations because the dollars are losing value, resulting in inflationary pricing of all other assets. Well, the IRS would expect you to pay them their cut for paper gains.

Anyway, Peter Schiff continues:

...but with all assets up for sale at once, the most likely buyer will be the federal government itself, which will pay in near worthless paper. In one decision, the Supreme Court would have rendered the Constitution meaningless, effectively eliminated private property rights, and provided the federal government with the legal mechanism to pull off a communist revolution without having to fire a single shot.

This is how you will own nothing and be enslaved by the regime.

Think about that, folks. If the IRS can tax your unrealized gains, your paper gains on assets you hold, then they can force you to sell them. And they can take over essentially all the assets that the American people hold merely by the federal government printing trillions of dollars, causing all those asset prices to go up in dollars, creating taxable events.

So, they're ripping you off twice, they're ripping you off by looting your dollars by printing dollars, effectively stealing the purchasing power of the dollars you hold. And then they will be looting you a second time by forcing you to sell your other assets because they're going up in dollars. Imagine that. Like okay, we steal from you. We loot your bank account, we take a percentage of all your money every month, because the dollar is losing purchasing power every month. And then also, every year, you got to pay us another 30% 40% of the gain and you're like what gain? It didn't even gain any value. Oh, well, it gained in dollars.

That kind of makes you want to hold onto more gold and silver and privacy crypto, doesn't it? Right? Remember, the government can really only effectively confiscate things that are held in electronic records. Typically, the IRS orders your bank to just hand over your bank account. Or they garnish your wages, or they seize your IRA or whatever. But they can't do that with things that are not recorded electronically in some centralized database somewhere. They can't seize your Monero privacy crypto, for example, because they can't break encryption. They can't seize your gold and silver unless you have it stored somewhere that they know about. In which case they can but otherwise, if you just have it in your own custody, or maybe you've already lost it, and you don't even have it anymore, who knows. But they can't seize something that they can't get digitally.

Liberals want governments to force everyone into extreme poverty in the name of "equality."

Now, the liberals are freaking out over the possibility that the Supreme Court might rule against the federal government. That is a possibility. And the reason liberals are freaking out is because they want to impose wealth taxes on everybody and everything in order to fund their continued expansion of government welfare programs and government spending and war spending and everything else. Remember, Democrats are the pro war party now. So, they need more money to fund the wars. And if the government can't confiscate more money from you, then they cry and sob about rising deficits. And they claim that's irresponsible. To have rising deficits. It's irresponsible to let people keep more of their own money.

The responsible action, they argue, is to confiscate more money from more people, of course. But of course, they claim they're only targeting the wealthy. But as inflation gets worse and worse, everybody who works will be considered wealthy, because you'll be moving into higher and higher tax brackets just because of inflation and the devaluation of the dollar. So, if you're not on welfare, you'll be considered wealthy, and they'll want to confiscate more of your money. And there's nothing you can do about it if the Supreme Court rules on this. This is why it's crucial to maintain self-custody... assets that are in your hands and that are under your control are assets that can't be seized. Or even if it's not self-custody. If you vault gold or silver, for example, with a third-party vaulting company that is not tied into the federal regulatory banking system controls, then that's much safer than just having your money sitting in a bank, because every bank deposit can simply be confiscated by the federal government at any time.

SCOTUS decision could collapse the housing market.

Can you imagine what this decision would do to the housing market nationwide, it would crush it, or what it would do to the stock market. It would collapse. People would sell and pull out just to pay the taxes on their paper gains. And it really gets to the whole idea of what is income. If you haven't sold something, then you haven't realized any income.

Now think about what this would do to farmers. You plant seeds in the field, and they have a certain value on day one. But then 120 days later, you might have a full field of corn, let's say that corn has value even though you haven't harvested the corn that has value, you're going to have to pay the IRS taxes on the corn that you haven't even harvested or sold yet because the corn has gained value on paper, see?

Or imagine if you're a homebuilder. You build homes for profit, you invest a bunch of money, you hire a bunch of contractors, occasionally they show up and do what they say they're going to do. Mostly they don't. But eventually, you get the house built. And you haven't sold it yet. But you've already dumped all this cash into the system. You're barely scraping by because of the cashflow demands of your business as a home builder, right? Well, what if the IRS comes along and says hey, that's a nice home you got there that's worth a lot of money. Thanks for building it. You got to pay us all the gain on that house even before you sell it. If you're a homebuilder, you're already at perhaps minus $500,000 cash flow, just for building the thing. And now the IRS wants you to come up with another, you know, $200k or something to pay them. How are you going to do that? Well, you can't. It's impossible. You'll go bankrupt. The entire US economy will collapse if the supreme court rules in favor of this.

But understand this is exactly what Democrats want?

They want the ability to tax every American into poverty. Only then can they achieve equality. Remember, equality doesn't mean equally rich. It means equally poor. And that's how they want to achieve it. Just take everybody's money until we're all the same. We're all homeless, on the streets, starving to death, eating out of trash cans, and soup kitchens. Oh, finally, equality has been achieved, justice has been served. And just to top it off with more insanity, what will they do with all those homes that are confiscated from all the American people who can no longer afford to pay the taxes on those homes? Oh, don't worry, the government will buy them and then they'll give them to the illegals. The new occupiers of America, the replacement crew, they're coming in to take your country, and they're going to take your home, take your property, and you will own nothing. That's the plan. And now you see the mechanism by which this can happen.

Frequently askNutrient in meat, dairy found to fight cancer – just make sure it comes from clean animals.ed question example

New research out of The University of Chicago has found that meat and dairy are much more nutritious than many people think.

👀click to read👀

Rich in a nutrient called trans-vaccenic acid, or TVA, meat and dairy products can actually be beneficial for cancer patients because of TVA's anti-cancer properties.

According to the findings, TVA infiltrates tumors and kills cancer cells. Cancer patients with high levels of TVA in their blood were found to respond much better to treatment than cancer patients without it.

Vegans and vegetarians consume very little TVA, which makes these diets not as effective, at least in this particular sense.

Interestingly, fattier cuts of beef and lamb were found to contain much higher levels of TVA than lean cuts, suggesting that the anti-cancer power of meat and dairy is found in their saturated fat, which has been demonized by the government for decades.

"The anti-cancer power of the dairy-derived fatty acid comes from its ability to turbocharge certain immune cells known as T cells, which recognize foreign invaders and prompt the immune system to kill them," a report about the study explains.

"Researchers said that eating foods rich in this compound or giving it to cancer patients as a supplement could have measurable benefits in decreasing the size of tumors."

Just make sure your meat and

dairies are clean and unprocessed.

Commenting on the findings, study author Dr. Jing Chen noted that she and her team combed through a database of around 700 different meat and dairy metabolites – these are the substances the body produces when breaking down food. They then compiled a library of "blood nutrient" compounds consisting of 235 different molecules derived from food nutrients.

Chen et al. then analyzed each one of these blood nutrient compounds to identify its ability to influence the activation of CD8+ T cells, narrowing it down to just six candidates in both human and mouse cells showing that TVA is the most effective at giving a jumpstart to immune cells.

After zeroing in on TVA, Chen et al. fed test mice a diet rich in the compound. They discovered afterwards that TVA helped reduce the potential for melanoma and colon cancer in the rodents compared to mice fed a control diet.

"By focusing on nutrients that can activate T cell responses, we found one that actually enhances anti-tumor immunity by activating an important immune pathway," Dr. Chen said.

To learn how TVA does all this, the team conducted a series of tests using a new genetic sequencing technique. This test showed that TVA can deactivate a receptor on the surface of a cell called GPR43.

"GPR43 is activated by short-chain fatty acids that are produced by bacteria in the gut when fiber is fermented in the colon," reports explain.

"TVA was able to inactivate GPR43 and instead activate the CREB pathway which is involved in a variety of physiological processes including cell growth and the function of different genes."

In addition to TVA, meat and dairy are loaded with many other nutrients such as complete protein, choline, creatine, taurine and various other vitamins and minerals that are not easily obtained, if at all, from "plant-based" foods.

Just remember that the best meat and dairy comes from animals that roam on clean pasture lands and that are not fed genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or given vaccines. When consuming dairy, it is also best to have it raw if milk or cream or cultured like yoghurt and kefir from an organic source.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Now Trying to Stop the Flow of Illegals into the City by

Suing Bus Companies

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has thought up a new plan to stop the flow of illegal border crossers into the city. He is suing the bus companies that are transporting them.

He cannot simply call out the Biden administration for their open border policy, so he is going after the people who are driving the illegals to his city. It’s a completely backwards idea that essentially lets Biden off the hook.

The bus companies are not the root of this problem.

FOX News reports:

Chicago mayor launches lawsuits against companies transporting ‘rogue buses’ of migrants to city.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has begun filing dozens of lawsuits against “rogue” bus companies transporting migrants from the southern border.

In an effort to show the seriousness of the migrant crisis, some Republican governors have sent buses of migrants to Democrat-controlled states and sanctuary cities. These Republicans argue the action is necessary to show the rest of the country what border states are dealing with due to the surge of migrants.

The Chicago Tribune (The Tribune) went into detail about how Johnson’s administration has begun filing lawsuits against those behind the transportation of migrants.

“The care of more than 24,400 migrants who have arrived in Chicago since August 2022 has taken on heightened urgency as winter sets in, and tested the limits of how welcoming the city can be,” The Tribune reported. “The city has filed 55 lawsuits since it implemented new rules about when and where buses can arrive in mid-November, the Law Department said. The lawsuits address 77 total buses accused of violating the rules, and public records show at least some cases are seeking fines against the bus companies.”

Mayor’s office spokesman Cassio Mendoza, in a statement to The Tribune, slammed “rogue, uncoordinated” buses, claiming they are endangering the lives of migrants, and called for bus companies to be held accountable.

Jazz Shaw of Hot Air makes a good point about this:

What Johnson is attempting here is a sort of economic warfare, or perhaps economic civil war. He can’t stop Abbott from sending the buses to Chicago, so he’s threatening economic punishment on the bussing companies that are simply performing their normal function. He apparently feels that if he can frighten or damage the companies enough, they will begin refusing to provide service in Texas.

We’re talking about basic transportation and the freedom of movement here. Certainly, the illegal migrants shouldn’t be free to move about in the first place and should really have been sent back to Mexico. But once they’ve been caught and released, they are being given that freedom by the Biden administration and they’re taking advantage of it. Many of them have heard that Chicago is a “sanctuary” city, so they want to head north to take them up on their offer. Abbott’s buses offer a free and easy way to make the trip.

At the end of the day, this is all about the Biden administration, not bus companies.

Brandon Johnson is just too weak to lay the blame at Biden’s feet.

Women should “learn to lose gracefully” to trans athletes, says Democrat witness who doesn’t even know what a woman is.

Rather than simply keeping men out of women's sports entirely, Graves believes the preferable option is for women to embrace their fake-female competitors who possess manly strength due to their male biology.

👀READ👀

At a recent Title IX hearing in the United States House of Representatives, National Women's Law Center head Fatima Goss Graves offered her solution to female athletes who lose to male "transgender" athletes: Learn to "lose gracefully."

Rather than simply keeping men out of women's sports entirely, Graves believes the preferable option is for women to embrace their fake-female competitors who possess manly strength due to their male biology.

"The reality is that, like their peers, trans girls and women, they sometimes lose at sports and sometimes they win," Graves told the room full of legislators. "And success in school sports depends on a whole range of factors including how hard you work and coaching and access to really good resources and facilities."

Graves, by the way, is married to Matthew Graves, one of the key prosecutors in the January 6 "insurrection" cases. She also helped co-found the group Times Up, which exists to hold high-profile men to account for sexual misconduct.

"And trans students participate in sports for the same reason as other kids, because it is fun because it creates belonging and community because it teaches so much about persistence and leadership and discipline," Graves continued in her testimony.

"Unless they learn to lose gracefully, hopefully. And often they learn to win with dignity, hopefully. They learn to do the sort of work that means you have higher grades and stay connected to school. I want every kid to have that chance to have the chance to play."

What about naked boys showering in girls' locker rooms?

Graves conveniently remained silent about the problem of boys and girls showering together naked in girls' locker rooms, or boys and girls dressing and undressing with one another in the locker area. She also ignored addressing what female athletes are supposed to do when they lose opportunities to advance due to "trans women" taking their place.

Keep in mind that this is the same Fatima Goss Graves who previously indicated that she has no idea what a woman even is.

"Since you're the president of the National Women's Law Center, I was hoping that you could define what a woman is for us in this committee hearing," Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) stated to Graves at a July 2022 hearing.

"What I'll tell you is: I am a woman," was Graves' response. "That's how I identify. I wonder, however, if in part, the reason that you're asking the question is that you're trying to suggest ..."

Before Graves could finish the above statement, Clyde interjected that he simply wanted an answer, yes or now.

"Okay," Graves then responded. "We're not going to go there."

"I was hoping maybe you would say something that maybe we learned in high school biology," Clyde retorted. "It has to do with X and Y chromosomes ... which define male and female, but I guess we're not going to get there."

The latest hearing at which Graves told female athletes to "lose gracefully" was held to consider making changes to Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to prevent schools from enforcing women's or girls-only sports.

"It would bring a new understanding and interpretation of Title IX, removing protections for women and girls and changing that to protection against discrimination for gender identity as a protected class," The Post Millennial reported about the proposed changes.

China's Economy in Turmoil: Steepest Consumer Price Decline in 3 Years Adds to Growing Deflationary Pressures in 2024

China’s economic troubles deepen as consumer prices experience the sharpest decline in three years, highlighting growing deflationary pressures amid weak domestic demand. The consumer price index (CPI) dropped 0.5% year-on-year and month-on-month in November, exceeding forecasts and marking the steepest year-on-year decline since November 2020.

1 Out Of Every 5 U.S. Children Does Not Have Enough Food to Eat as The Global Food Crisis Intensifies

We tend to think of the global food crisis as something that is happening on the other side of the world.  And it is certainly true that there are vast hordes of impoverished people that are desperate for food in other areas of the planet right now, because hunger is spreading like wildfire in poor countries.  But the truth is that hunger is spreading rapidly in the United States as well.  According to a report that was just released by the USDA, a whopping 44 million Americans now live in “food insecure households”…

Rand Paul Slams Fauci For ‘Orchestrated Coverup’ During the Pandemic, Calls Out Visits with The CIA

Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul called out Dr. Anthony Fauci on Sunday for playing a part in an “orchestrated coverup” during the COVID-19 pandemic, questioning his visits to the CIA during the time.

Paul appeared on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo” to discuss his new book regarding Fauci’s role during the pandemic. Host Maria Bartiromo asked Paul if the American people can “even trust” government health officials now due to the “censorship” of information regarding COVID and the vaccines.

New Zealand whistleblower who courageously exposed data on COVID vaccines killing citizens now faces a 7 year prison sentence.

A New Zealand whistleblower, who exposed the mortality rate from individual COVID-19 vaccine lots, was arrested and faces an aggressive government retribution scheme that seeks to silence and punish him.

Journalist Liz Gunn was first to interview the whistleblower, whose name is Barry Young. He worked for the New Zealand government and had access to vaccine-related data from providers across the country. When he noticed that people were dying after vaccination, he decided to publicize the data.

This act of bravery has been met with cruel acts of totalitarianism.

Al Gore Warns: People Having Access to Non-Mainstream Information "Threatens Democracy."

Al Gore says that people having access to information outside of mainstream media sources is a threat to “democracy” and that social media algorithms “ought to be banned.”

👀READ👀

Yes, really.

Gore made the comments during an appearance at the Cop28 climate change hysteria conference in Dubai.

Gore whined that social media had “disrupted the balances that used to exist that made representative democracy work much better.”

The former Vice President said that functioning democracy relied on a “shared base of knowledge that serves as a basis for reasoning together collectively” but that “social media that is dominated by algorithms” upsets this balance.

According to Gore, people are being pulled down “rabbit holes” by algorithms that are “the digital equivalent of AR-15s – they ought to be banned, they really ought to be banned!”

Gore claimed, “It’s an abuse of the public forum” and that people were being sucked into echo chambers.

“If you spend too much time in the echo chamber, what’s weaponized is another form of AI, not artificial intelligence, artificial insanity! I’m serious!” he added.

Apparently, the only echo chamber that should be allowed to exist is Gore’s own rabbit hole, wherein the earth is constantly on the brink of destruction thanks to people not obeying his technocratic mandates.

Perhaps Gore is unhappy at his own misinformation being fact checked by individuals who have access to information not produced by corporate media sources that are friendly to him.

Gore infamously predicted that the north polar ice cap would be “ice free” within 5 to 7 years.

It never happened.

As Thomas Cartenacci documents, Gore has a storied history of making climate change predictions that turn out to be spectacularly wrong.

No wonder he wants to ban dissent.

NHS Under Fire: Whistleblower Claims Patients Were Unjustly Euthanized to Falsely Inflate COVID Pandemic Toll

An NHS whistleblower, who wishes to remain anonymous, has come forward with allegations that the NHS hospitals were not overwhelmed during the Covid-19 pandemic, as was reported by authorities and the mainstream media.

The whistleblower also confirmed that the little care given throughout the pandemic amounted to negligence, and that the government and NHS bosses essentially instructed staff to let people die, or in some cases kill them through the ‘End of Life Care’ programme and falsely label the deaths as being due to Covid-19.

An explosive new study describing unintended immune responses from mRNA injections has dropped a tactical nuke on Pfizer

Last Wednesday, The Telegraph published an article on a study that showed one in four who had Moderna or Pfizer Covid jabs experienced an unintended immune response.  This “unintended immune response,” The Telegraph reported, was created by a “glitch” in the way the vaccine was read by the body.

The Telegraph went on to say that “mRNA vaccines were affected by the glitch but no adverse effects were created, Cambridge researchers say.”

“If Kevin McKernan’s SV40 monkey-virus discovery tossed a hand-grenade into Pfizer’s machine-gun bunker, this carefully-written study dropped a tactical nuke on Pfizer’s Pacific Fleet anchoring at Hawaii,” Jeff Childers wrote.

George Santos was expelled from the House — what happens next?

Santos' expulsion is effective immediately. There are now 434 members of the House.

👀click to read👀

WASHINGTON — The House voted Friday to expel George Santos from Congress, making the New York Republican just the sixth member of the House ever to be expelled and the first in more than 20 years.

Here’s what you need to know about expulsion and what happens next:

What is the process to expel a member from the House?

There is no guide for what behavior rises to the level of expulsion. The Constitution gives each chamber of Congress the power to set its own rules and the power to punish members. The only requirement outlined in the Constitution is that an expulsion vote requires two-thirds support of the House to pass, which is currently 290 out of 435 members.

A two-thirds vote is a higher threshold than the simple majority that most legislation requires to pass. During the 1787 Constitutional Convention, Gouverneur Morris argued that a majority vote would be satisfactory. But James Madison pushed back, saying expulsion “was too important to be exercised by a bare majority of a quorum” and “might be dangerously abused.” Madison’s stance won out, and the two-thirds requirement was put in the Constitution.

What happens now that Santos is expelled?

Santos was immediately stripped of his position as a member of Congress. The House speaker then directed the clerk to notify the governor of New York of the expulsion. That is the practice the House followed in 1980 and 2002.

New York’s 3rd Congressional District would not have a member representing it during votes until a replacement is elected, but Santos’ staff would continue helping with constituent casework.

A little after 3 p.m. ET, an Architect of the Capitol worker took down the sign in front of Santos’ office. It was replaced with one reading: “Office of the Third Congressional District of New York.”

How often are members expelled?

The House has expelled only five members throughout history, three of them in 1861 for disloyalty to the Union during the Civil War by fighting for the Confederacy: John B. Clark, John W. Reid and Henry C. Burnett.

The first member to be expelled post-Civil War was Michael J. “Ozzie” Myers, D-Pa., who was voted out in October 1980 after he was convicted of bribery and corruption in the Abscam FBI sting operation.

Democrat James Traficant of Ohio is the most recent member to have been expelled, on an overwhelming 420 to 1 vote in 2002. He had been convicted of racketeering, bribery, obstruction of justice and tax evasion.

Expelled

Only five members of the House have been expelled. Many more chose to resign first or were not reelected.

The Senate, meanwhile, has expelled 15 members: 14 for supporting the Confederacy and one for treason in 1789.

What happens to Santos’ congressional office and staff now that he is expelled?

While Santos must now pack up his belongings, his congressional staff will continue working. According to House rules, the House clerk is responsible for supervising the staff and managing the office of any member who dies or resigns or is expelled until a successor is elected.

The clerk, Kevin McCumber, will have the authority to hire and fire staff members for the office with approval from the House Administration Committee.

When could a successor be elected?

New York law gives the governor 10 days to schedule a special election in the event of a congressional vacancy. It must occur 70 to 80 days after the governor’s proclamation is issued.

The special election is expected to be competitive for both parties — and expensive.

Could Santos run for office again?

While Santos has said he is not seeking re-election in 2024, he could run in the future even if he is expelled. After Myers was expelled in October 1980, he stayed in the race for his former seat but lost that November.

Traficant continued running for his seat from prison as an independent in 2002, losing to his former aide Tim Ryan. He attempted a comeback in 2010 but lost again to Ryan.

Exclusive – Don Jr: Republican Establishment  Trying to Make Haley  ‘Last Hope’ Trump Alternative

Donald Trump Jr. told Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Saturday entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy “basically ended” former Gov. Nikki Haley’s (R-SC) “political career” during Wednesday’s debate, and the Republican establishment is trying to prop up Haley as a “last hope” alternative to former President Donald Trump.

👀READ👀

Trump Jr. joined guest host and Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow for nearly 30 minutes during Saturday’s show, in which Marlow asked him for his reaction to the debate at the top of the program, noting that he himself “was not overly impressed with what” he observed.

“Yeah, listen, honestly, the only one who was impressive on there was Vivek, frankly. I think he basically ended Nikki Haley’s political career,” Trump Jr. said before taking aim at Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL).

“DeSantis has shown in long-form he’s just not any good at these things. When he made a surge when he was sort of running for a year by having an influencer campaign kind of create an image and a persona that doesn’t actually exist, people were like, ‘Are you not worried Don? Aren’t you worried?’ I go, ‘No, because I’ve done 30 events with him.’… He’s too awkward. It’s never gonna flow. He doesn’t resonate with people. He doesn’t understand people,” Trump Jr. said.

He emphasized that he was not complimenting Ramaswamy.

“That’s not a compliment to Vivek necessarily, because I like what he’s saying, but I also think he’s the smartest guy on that stage, and I also think he’s smart enough to tell us perhaps what we want to hear,” Trump Jr. said of the 38-year-old. “You know, I don’t know where he was politically – I understand what he was trying to do business-wise – but I don’t know where he was politically in ’16 or ’18 or ’20 or even ’22. That’s not an endorsement; it’s a, you know, ‘Hey, I like what he’s saying. He’s smart enough to read that room and figure out what the people actually want,’ which is actually an accomplishment in conservative politics, where most of D.C. doesn’t actually understand that, or they do, and they just don’t care, and they do the opposite. It was pretty lackluster, other than that.”

Marlow followed up, asking what these debates accomplish, considering Trump holds commanding leads over his challengers in the primary. Notably, Trump has 60.3 percent of support in the RealClearPolitics GOP primary polling average, leading his nearest opponent, DeSantis, by 47.6 percentage points. Marlow also noted that, in his view, DeSantis “missed his moment,” and “Haley is running as a sort of establishmentarian.”

“The Republican establishment, which does not represent the Republican or at least the conservative base in America anymore, they want an alternative [to] Trump because they want that control,” Trump Jr. said. “They want to be able to do nothing. They want to not be able to deliver; they want to be soft on China, because there’s a couple of the billionaire donors are saying, ‘Oh, you know, we can be tough on China and in name only, but it’s going to cost us half a cent on our widget if we actually make something in America or support American manufacturing, so we can’t actually do that.'”

Trump Jr. added that establishment donors have “flipped over to Haley” in a last-ditch effort to stop Trump and retain control.

“And so, you see it, it’s controlled by the donor base,” he said. “The same people that used to support DeSantis because they thought he was the guy to take out Trump so that they can have their dancing monkey in the White House – someone who needs them, who needs their dollars – they flipped over to Nikki Haley, and they’re trying to make that the last hope so that they can have that kind of control. It’s really sad, because that’s what this is about.”

Notably, the New York Times reported in December that billionaire mega-donor Reid Hoffman, who has admittedly been to convicted sex offender Jeffry Epstein’s islanddonated $250,000 to the pro-Haley PAC Stand for America Fund, as Breitbart News noted. Hoffman, who has previously donated to the Democrat Party and President Joe Biden, made the donation solely to stop Trump.

This comes as Haley has also received an endorsement from Americans for Prosperity Action, which is linked to establishment conservative mega-donor Charles Koch and his late brother David. ABC News Chief Washington Correspondent Jonathan Karl reported the group plans to spend tens of millions in the primary to stop Trump.

US Marshal Accused of Sexually Assaulting Female Passenger on Flight

A deputy U.S. Marshal has been accused of sexually assaulting a passenger on board a transatlantic flight.

The incident allegedly took place while the man was travelling to London as one of two deputies responsible for extraditing a criminal defendant.

WNBC reports that the man is currently in custody after a woman complained that she had been unwillingly assaulted during a Delta Air Lines flight from New York JFK to London Heathrow.

The arrest has since been confirmed by Delta.

House Republicans eye Wednesday vote to approve impeachment inquiry into Biden.

In Washington, House Republicans are contemplating a vote this Wednesday to formalize the impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden, according to sources familiar with the matter. On Tuesday, the House Rules Committee will review a resolution to authorize the inquiry, even as the GOP has yet to produce direct evidenhttps://www.nbcnews.com/hunter-bidence of wrongdoing by Biden.

Another resolution before the Rules Committee seeks to treat subpoenas issued after former Speaker Kevin McCarthy's declaration of the impeachment inquiry on Sept. 27th, but before this week's full House vote, with equal legal weight as those issued after the vote.

The Republican Party faces a precarious situation, requiring near-unanimity for success. With Democrats voting against and full Republican presence, they can only afford three defections for the inquiry to pass. This margin decreased by one after the recent expulsion of former Rep. George Santos, R-N.Y.

This impending vote poses a challenge for the 17 Republicans representing districts won by Biden. Some, including center-right GOP members, are cautious about advancing the inquiry. Speaker Mike Johnson acknowledges this skepticism within his party and frames the upcoming vote as a means to bolster the investigation.

However, not all Republicans are in agreement. Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., plans to vote against the inquiry, appearing to stand alone among his party members.

In response, Democrats swiftly criticized the move on Monday. A spokesperson from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee pointed out public disinterest in what they term a "sham impeachment," emphasizing the public's desire for action on critical issues.

Coinciding with Wednesday's scheduled vote, the House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed Hunter Biden for a closed-door testimony. While Hunter Biden offered to testify in an open hearing, Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., insists on an initial closed-door deposition. The certainty of Hunter Biden's appearance remains uncertain.

Father of American Citizen Journalist Jailed in Ukraine Accuses Biden Administration of ‘Complicity.’

Before his latest jailing, Lira made similar accusations against the Biden administration, claiming that the White House does not care about his case because “I’m not a black lesbian druggie, or a transgender grifter. Besides, (Under Secretary of State) Victoria Nuland hates my guts, or so I’m told.”

👀READ👀

The father of American citizen journalist Gonzalo Lira has accused the Biden administration of “complicity” in his son’s imprisonment in Ukraine and refuted claims made by the State Department to Breitbart News that they were “assisting” Mr. Lira.

In an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson on X, Gonzalo Lira Sr laid the blame on President Biden and the U.S. State Department for his son languishing in a Ukrainian prison after criticizing the Zelensky government in Kyiv, the West’s response to the Russian invasion, and President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

His son, Gonzalo Lira, 56, a dual citizen of Chile and the United States, was living in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv at the time of the invasion last year. The former ‘red pill’ YouTube dating coach began to post videos online giving his on-the-ground perspective of the war, which he attributed to Western antagonism towards Moscow and attempts to expand NATO into Ukraine.

Apparently, as a result of his public opinions as a citizen journalist, Lira has been arrested multiple times, and his father claims that he has in total spent seven months behind bars without trial. After being released earlier this year, Lira attempted in July to cross the border of Ukraine and seek asylum in Hungary.

However, he was detained and imprisoned yet again. He is reportedly facing multiple years in prison under Ukraine’s wartime propaganda laws, being accused of having “criminal intent aimed at the manufacture, distribution materials containing justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014, as well as justification, recognition as legitimate of the temporary occupation of part of Ukraine territory.”

He is also accused of publishing videos with the faces of Ukrainian soldiers, despite many such videos being freely available online and published by news outlets. There has been no claim that Lira was an agent of the Russian government or that he engaged in any criminal activities other than his public comments or the videos he filmed. “The charges against me are just because of my opinion about this conflict, I did no harm to anyone,” Lira claimed before his latest imprisonment.

In September, the U.S. State Department confirmed to Breitbart News that it was aware of Lira being imprisoned in Ukraine, saying: “We are aware of the detention of Mr. Lira in Ukraine. We take our role in assisting U.S. citizens abroad seriously and are providing all appropriate assistance.

“We are monitoring the situation but have no further comment at this time. We reiterate our message that U.S. citizens should not travel to Ukraine due to the active armed conflict.”

However, his father told Tucker Carlson on Saturday that the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has “not done a thing” to help Lira, claiming that they have refused to answer his inquiries about his son and have not offered a defense lawyer, leaving Lira with only a “court attorney” provided by the Ukrainian government who does not even speak English.

“The embassy has just burned-out Gonzalo. An American citizen by birth is in jail because he was exercising his right of freedom of speech,” Lira’s father said.

“The U.S.A. government, with its silence in the face of this scandalous incident, suggests a degree of complicity, or at least tacit approval of Gonzalo’s arrest since nothing else explains the conspicuous lack of response,” he continued.

Perhaps the most incendiary claim made by Lira’s father was that he believes one of the times his son was arrested in Ukraine was a result of a video in which he criticized President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, whom Lira branded as “stupid”.

“Isn’t it odd that four days later after condemning Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Gonzalo was arrested? Why wasn’t he detained earlier?”

“Did the State Department give Zelensky the green light to put my son in jail?” he questioned.

“My son is a victim of this Biden government and his relationship with that puppet Zelensky,” adding: “He is a brave man, telling the truth all along, from day one he predicted what would happen, that Ukraine would never win a war with Russia and that the U.S.A., and the NATO countries would bleed with armaments, support them to kingdom come, but what is the cost now?”

He has also said that the Chilean embassy has done more to look out for his wellbeing than the American embassy, while claiming to have suffered physical abuse inside Ukrainian prisons, alleging that prison guards “outsource” violence to other inmates who act on their behalf.

Following the publication of the interview with Lira’s father, X boss Elon Musk questioned how it was possible that “an American citizen is in prison in Ukraine after we sent over a $100 billion”.

“Is there more to this story than simply criticizing Zelensky? If that’s all it is, then we have [a] serious problem here,” Musk added.

Musk’s comments echoed those made by Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) in response to Breitbart News’ report on Lira in September: “Ukraine is holding an American journalist hostage. This is a disgrace. And why is the Biden admin opening up the checkbook without any accountability?”

The Biden administration is currently trying to convince Congress to approve an additional $60 billion in funding for Ukraine. So far, President Biden has not publicly acknowledged Lira’s imprisonment.

Elizabeth Warren's gun legislation would deal a blow to the Second Amendment

In an alarming move, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) have reintroduced a legislative monster, the Gun Violence Prevention and Community Safety Act, under the guise of public safety. This bill is not a mere regulation; it is a sledgehammer to the Second Amendment, threatening to crush the constitutional rights that have been a cornerstone of American liberty.

By imposing extensive bans on various firearms and accessories, mandating prolonged waiting periods, and introducing onerous licensing and registration requirements, the bill significantly impedes the fundamental right to bear arms. Provisions such as banning "military-style" firearms and subjective bans on firearm accessories set a dangerous precedent of ambiguity and overreach.

Additionally, raising the minimum age for firearm purchases to 21 creates an illogical paradox where young adults can serve in the military or law enforcement but are denied the right to own firearms for self-defense or recreational use.

The act’s expansion of red flag laws poses a significant threat to individual rights, allowing for gun confiscation without due process. The establishment of a federal gun licensing and registration system, coupled with the bolstered authority and funding of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, mirrors the tactics of an oppressive regime rather than a democratic government, infringing upon the constitutional rights enshrined in the Second Amendment.

Here We Go: CDC Issues Health Alert Over Deadly, Fast-Spreading Strain of Monkeypox

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a health alert on Thursday to inform clinicians and health departments nationwide about the emergence and spread of a deadly subtype of the monkeypox virus, known as Clade, I, predominantly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

This health advisory, part of the CDC’s Health Alert Network (HAN), underscores the necessity for heightened vigilance, particularly among travelers returning from the DRC. Clade I, distinguished as a distinct genetic grouping of the monkeypox virus, has not been reported in the United States to date, according to the health alert.

There is currently an outbreak of deadly monkeypox in 22 out of 26 provinces, including urban areas in Congo.

Soros Son Meets Zelensky as Globalists Circle Wagons Around Ukraine

The scion of the globalist George Soros Open Society Foundations network of international influence schemes, travelled to Kyiv this weekend to reaffirm his support for the Zelensky government as the largest independent financier of Ukraine.

👀READ👀

The scion of the globalist George Soros Open Society Foundations network of international influence schemes, travelled to Kyiv this weekend to reaffirm his support for the Zelensky government as the largest independent financier of Ukraine.

While there is growing weariness in the West of the war in Ukraine as it approaches two years since the Russian invasion was launched, with hundreds of thousands of casualties and hundreds of billions spent for what at best could be described as a stalemate, it appears that globalist agenda setters are intent on doubling down on their support for Ukraine.

Alexander Soros, 38, who took over as the head of operations for his father’s Open Society Foundations earlier this year, travelled to Kyiv on Saturday, meeting with First Lady Olena Zelenska and later joining President Zelensky to speak at a meeting concerning the thousands of Ukrainian children currently in Russian occupied territory.

During his trip, the Soros heir committed $1 million to First Lady Zelenska’s charity and announced a partnership with the Open Society Foundations.

Since the fall of the Soviet Union, the Soros influence empire has deeply embedded itself within Ukraine, establishing the International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) in Kyiv in 1990.

The Soros network claims that the IRF has been the “largest independent funder of Ukraine’s vibrant array of civil society and citizen’s groups for more than three decades.”

Over the past decade, the Open Society has sent over $230 million in grants to various organizations in the country, focusing heavily on the education system and media, including helping launch the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine in 2015.

“The foundation has supported the development of independent media outlets in Ukraine and has supported a range of fact-checking initiatives and other efforts to counter disinformation and promote informed public debate,” Open Society said last month.

The Soros empire has long been an advocate for Ukraine joining the European Union and George Soros admitted to having played an “important part” in supporting the 2014 Euromaidan protests that toppled the democratically elected government of Viktor Yanukovych in a coup over the former Ukrainian leader’s insistence on not completely cutting off ties with Russia in favor of the EU.

Shortly after the coup of Yanukovych, Russia invaded and annexed Crimea and has been in an on-and-off conflict with Ukraine since.

The Open Society is not the only globalist institution to be exerting its influence over Ukraine, with Wall Street financial giants such as BlackRock and JPMorgan reportedly set to “mobilize capital from private and public sector investors toward rebuilding the Ukrainian economy” in what is expected to be a lucrative windfall when the reconstruction efforts begin after the war.

President Zelensky had already claimed over a year ago that the rebuilding of his country would be more than one trillion dollars.

Leo Hohmann: Enjoy this Christmas Season It May Be the Last One We Have to Celebrate in Normal Times WEF Warns 2024 Likely to Bring Cataclysmic Changes

World War III, cyber-attacks, and economic meltdowns could change life forever; all three scenarios are simmering and ready to explode.

Chanukah is underway and Christmas is just a couple of weeks off. Another year will go by the wayside.

As we approach December 31, you will hear people chirping on social media that they are glad such a bad year is fading into the rearview mirror and how much they are looking forward to brighter times in 2024.

These people are not awake. Don’t get lulled into their fantasyland.

It’s more likely that we will look back on 2023 as perhaps the last year in which we enjoyed a somewhat normal life here in America, still perched atop the global order and enjoying all the benefits of that status. Our dollars still buy food for our Christmas table and energy to heat our homes, even if it’s more expensive than in previous years.

California's long-term subsidization of corruption, crime, and laziness has fostered these issues. Ultimately, relying on external funds reaches a tipping point – a lesson in the finite nature of resources.

...'MERIKA... WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T VOTE NEWSOM FOR PRESIDENT.

California faces a historic budget deficit of $68 billion due to unexpectedly low tax revenues over several months. This shortfall, projected by the nonpartisan Legislative Analyst’s Office and disclosed recently, surpasses the earlier $14.3 billion estimate from June. The immense deficit, the largest in dollar terms, though not in percentage relative to overall spending, poses a significant challenge. Governor Gavin Newsom and legislators will be compelled to enact substantial spending cuts, a task of unprecedented magnitude for term-limited officials in Sacramento, potentially reshaping the upcoming legislative year.

San Francisco homeless, drug problems won't be 'solved by government', Larry Elder said in an article Published May 20, 2019.:

The drug abuse and homeless problems in cities like San Francisco will not be solved by government intervention because they are "moral" and "spiritual" issues, conservative radio host Larry Elder said.

Elder made the comments Monday on "Hannity." Sean Hannity, the host, said there are tens of thousands of homeless people in San Francisco, even some a short distance from the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

He told Elder that there are issues with human feces in public places and "needles everywhere." He said Pelosi and other wealthy San Francisco residents should "chip in" to get the affected people "counseling [and] a warm meal."

"They're only generous with our money, I guess," Hannity said.

On Feb. 15, 2022, a picture with the headline "'California is a shithole' starter pack" was posted to the r/JoeRogan subreddit on Reddit. The post was given dozens of awards that were bought with Reddit coins, a currency that can be purchased with real money.

The subreddit functions as a platform for discussing The Joe Rogan Experience podcast and all things related to Rogan's realm. Allegedly, the image aimed to protect California from ridicule by residents of other states. Specifically, the targeted states included Mississippi, Louisiana, West Virginia, and Alabama.

ACLU Announces It Will Represent the NRA In Supreme Court Case.

👀click to read👀

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) announced on Saturday that it will represent the National Rifle Association (NRA) at the Supreme Court in an upcoming First Amendment case.

In NRA v. Vullo, the group sued former superintendent of the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) Maria Vullo for allegedly violating the First Amendment by pressuring insurers to stop servicing them. The ACLU announced on Twitter that it would represent the NRA, despite disagreeing with them on other issues.

“We don’t support the NRA’s mission or its viewpoints on gun rights, and we don’t agree with their goals, strategies, or tactics,” the ACLU wrote. “But we both know that government officials can’t punish organizations because they disapprove of their views.”

The case began in 2018 when the NRA sued Vullo for allegedly warning insurance companies against doing business with the group.

“Vullo…warned regulated institutions that doing business…posed ‘reputational risk’ of concern to DFS; secretly offered leniency to insurers for unrelated infractions if they dropped the NRA; and extracted highly-publicized and over-reaching consent orders, and multi-million dollar penalties, from firms that formerly served the NRA,” the NRA’s petition for a writ of certiorari in the case reads.

After filing suit, the NRA’s lawsuit was dismissed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City in 2022, which ruled Vullo’s actions were reasonable and did not stifle their First Amendment rights. The NRA’s petition for certiorari was granted on Nov. 3.

The case has attracted significant attention. Several Republican-led states and conservative organizations — including the states of Montana and Texas, Gun Owners of America, Inc. and the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression — have filed amicus briefs in the case, according to SCOTUSBlog.

“If the Supreme Court doesn’t intervene, it will create a dangerous playbook for state regulatory agencies across the country to blacklist or punish any viewpoint-based organizations — from abortion rights groups to environmental groups or even ACLU affiliates,” the ACLU wrote.

“The ACLU joining as counsel underscores the importance of this First Amendment case and the NRA’s position that government officials cannot use intimidation tactics to silence those with whom those officials disagree,” William A. Brewer III, partner at Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors and counsel for the NRA, in a statement from the organization told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The ACLU is a leading voice on legal and constitutional issues and is a welcome addition to this advocacy.”

“We have no comment,” Neal Katyal, the former acting U.S. solicitor general and attorney for the respondent, told the DCNF regarding the ACLU’s announcement.

UPenn donor withdraws $100M donation after president's congressional testimony on antisemitism.

A major donor to the University of Pennsylvania is withdrawing a nearly $100 million donation in protest over the college's handling of anti-Semitism on campus and the UPenn president's controversial testimony on the subject.

Ross Stevens, founder and CEO of Stone Ridge Asset Management, donated to Penn in 2017, a gift that included partnership units in the firm, now worth about $100 million, to help the university establish a center for financial innovation.

Stevens' attorneys sent a letter to the university indicating that the school had violated Stone Ridge's limited partnership agreement through its failure to follow anti-discrimination and anti-harassment rules.

This news was first reported by Axios.

The letter said Stevens and Stone Ridge are "appalled by the university's stance on anti-Semitism on campus."

It states that Penn's "hate speech calling for violence against Jews and a cavalier attitude toward harassment and discrimination against Jewish students would violate any of the policies that prohibit harassment and discrimination on the basis of religion, including Stone Ridge." Let's stop it."

White House scrambles to distance itself from Islamic group after leader's praise for Hamas attack

The White House is trying to distance itself from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) after its leader appeared to say that he was concerned about seeing Palestinians in Gaza "breaking the siege" during Hamas' deadly October 7 terrorist attack. He was "happy". Against Israel.

CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad is seen making the comments in a video going viral on social media.

"The people of Gaza only decided to break down the walls of the siege, the torture camp, on October 7," Awad says in the video, which quickly went viral on social media. “And yes, I am happy to see people breaking the siege and breaking the shackles of their land and moving freely on their lands where they were not allowed to go.”

The Wrong Man for the Job.

👀READ👀

The recent uproar surrounding New York City Mayor Eric Adams has sparked considerable discontent among liberals, notably following a historic dip in his approval ratings.

A Quinnipiac University survey unveiled a stunning 28% job performance score for Adams, marking the lowest approval rating in the poll's history, which dates back to 1996. This unsettling revelation has left Democrats disillusioned, with some eyeing alternatives for the 2025 election while others gear up to oppose his recent budget cuts.

Ana María Archila, co-director of the left-leaning New York Working Families Party, conveyed a widening rift in sentiments, stating, "The last several weeks have shown that this mayor is not only not strong and not popular, but he might not be the mayor for his whole term."

The mayor's woes compounded following accusations of sexual assault lodged in a late November court filing, alongside an FBI investigation probing potential illegal campaign donations from Turkey.

Adams' budget slashes, impacting the police department, public education, and other city-funded services, have not resonated well with constituents. The reduction in spending has sparked concern among voters, fearing disruption to their daily lives.

City Council member Carmen De La Rosa expressed distress, deeming the cuts "devastating" and unnecessary, particularly in public education.

Amid ongoing FBI scrutiny, the mayor faces allegations of exerting pressure to greenlight Turkey's new consulate despite safety concerns, raising further doubts among the electorate.

The community's primary concerns, as per the poll, revolve around affordable housing and crime, with voters highlighting Adams' contribution to a narrative of high crime, fostering fear among New Yorkers.

Responding to the Quinnipiac poll, the mayor's office maintained a positive stance, emphasizing reduced crime rates, increased employment, and economic boosts for the working populace.

Despite this, the Jim Owles Liberal Democratic Club is actively seeking potential challengers to contest Adams in the 2025 primaries, a move indicative of growing dissatisfaction within left-wing circles.

Speculations swirl around the potential entry of former Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo, who resigned in 2021 amid allegations of sexual harassment, contemplating a challenge against Adams. The brewing discontent underscores the pressing need for accountability and honesty in public office.

‘Untouchable’: Former Trump Official Says Indictment Will Keep Hunter Out of Reach of House Investigators.

👀click to read👀

Fox Business host Larry Kudlow said Friday that Hunter Biden’s indictment made him “untouchable” from House investigators seeking to depose him on Wednesday.

Special counsel David Weiss secured a nine-count indictment against Hunter Biden Thursday for violations of federal tax laws. “Hunter is going to use this as an excuse to avoid any private deposition under oath before any of the congressional oversight or judicial or ways and means committees, or worst case, he’ll take the fifth if he has to go up there” Kudlow said.

“What he will not be forced to do is to reveal all the details of the alleged influence peddling and bribery crimes that might just happen to come up in a discussion about his failure to register as a foreign agent,” Kudlow continued. “Let me italicize that foreign agent part, because the Weiss indictment didn’t include that for some reason, maybe an oversight. The whole world knows that papa Biden was involved with his son’s business.”

Hunter Biden was subpoenaed by the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees on Nov. 8. Republican Reps. James Comer of Kentucky and Jim Jordan of Ohio, who chair the committees, threatened to initiate contempt of Congress proceedings if Biden did not appear for the deposition scheduled for Wednesday.

“He’s going to plead the Fifth because he now has a criminal charge in California,” former United States Attorney Brett Tolman told Fox News host Jesse Watters in a Thursday appearance.

Kudlow questioned whether Weiss secured the indictment to prevent Hunter Biden from testifying. “My nonlegal suspicion is that this whole series of events actually brings GOP oversight investigators further away from Joe Biden because Hunter’s going to be untouchable for quite some time,” Kudlow said. “And if I were really a cynic, I would say the special counsel, David Weiss – who has zero credibility – decided to put Hunter on ice for exactly this reason.”

“The fact is that this is a circle that is getting tighter around the president,” George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told Fox News host Sean Hannity Thursday. “It is clear that the president has lied. He obviously lied during the first campaign when he said he had no knowledge of these dealings. Hunter himself contradicted that. Hunter’s associate said it was utter nonsense in recent statements after his testimony. He also said that his son didn’t make any money in China. That obviously is not true.”

Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Zeigler testified about interference with the investigation into Biden during a July 19 hearing held by the House Oversight Committee.

Investigations say Israeli tank shells struck and killed Reuters journalist in Lebanon in October

An investigation by two news organizations and two human rights groups made public on Thursday says an Israeli tank shell killed Reuters videographer Issam Abdullah and wounded six other journalists in southern Lebanon in October.

Reports by Reuters, AFP, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch were based on forensic analysis, witness testimony, and interviews with government officials, lawyers, and medical professionals.

The findings are consistent with CNN's analysis of events at the time. The CNN team present in southern Lebanon at that time reported that the shell that attacked the journalists on October 13 had come from Israel.

CNN has asked the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for comment on the allegations.

Israeli government spokesman Ilon Levy said Thursday that he was "not familiar" with the new reports.

"The guiding principle in Israel's campaign against Hamas is that we uphold the principles of international law with respect to proportionality, necessity, distinction," he said. "We target Hamas, we do not target civilians."

AFP and HRW claimed in their reports that the attack was a "deliberate" targeted attack on journalists by Israel. "We do not target journalists," Hecht said in a statement to Reuters. He gave no further comment, the news agency reported.

The former Fox News host has suggested that he would need a directive from God to become the ex-president’s running mate.

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has stopped short of ruling out becoming former US President Donald Trump’s vice-presidential running mate in 2024, suggesting that he would need a directive from God to take the job if it’s offered to him.

Carlson, who has attracted millions of viewers to his channel on X (formerly Twitter) since being fired by Fox in April, made his comments on Thursday night in response to a media report that he was the potential VP candidate favored by former First Lady Melania Trump. Asked about the report after he gave a speech at an event in Washington, Carlson said, “God would have to yell at me very loud” to accept such an offer.

Independent media outlet Semafor was first to report on Carlson’s response. The political commentator noted that he doesn’t really know the first lady. He has repeatedly insisted that he has no interest in running for elected office. “To go from being, like, a well-paid street corner schizophrenic to, like, a politician – it’s just kind of hard to envision,” he said on Thursday. However, Semafor reported, there were cheers from the audience when he didn’t fully rule out joining Trump’s 2024 ticket.

Axios reported on Thursday that the former first lady was advocating for her husband to pick Carlson as his running mate. “She thinks Carlson would make a powerful onstage extension of her husband,” the outlet said, citing an unidentified person close to Trump.

Trump is polling as, far and away, the leading Republican candidate to face Democrat incumbent Joe Biden in next year’s presidential election. He also faces 91 felony charges in four separate criminal cases filed by prosecutors in Washington, New York, Florida, and Georgia.

Carlson has said that he became an avid Trump supporter after the FBI raided the former president’s home in Florida last summer. He has vowed to vote for Trump and lead protests if the ex-president is convicted of a crime and jailed: “You cannot allow the regime, the president of the United States, the Justice Department, to knock the frontrunner out of the race. You can’t do that.”

Other potential Trump VP candidates include Senator J.D. Vance, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, Representative Byron Donalds, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake, according to the Axios report.

Biden Administration Announces Another Student Loan Forgiveness Giveaway

The Biden administration announced nearly $5 billion in student loan forgiveness for more than 80,000 people Wednesday, according to a press release.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in June that the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness program for non-Pell Grant and Pell Grant recipients was unconstitutional, and on June 30 the Department of Education (ED) announced another plan to expand income-driven repayment plans, potentially costing American taxpayers billions. The White House announced that borrowers who have been in repayment for at least 20 years but didn’t get credit for payments will have their debt relieved through Public Service Loan Forgiveness, according to a White House press release.

“Today my Administration is approving another $4.8 billion in student debt cancellation for 80,300 people. This relief is thanks to my Administration’s efforts to fix Public Service Loan Forgiveness, so teachers, members of the military, nurses, and other public service workers get the relief they have earned,” the press release reads.

The Biden administration has forgiven billions in student debt cancellation for more than 3.6 million borrowers, according to the White House press release. It has forgiven nearly $51 billion for 715,000 through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness, nearly $42 billion for 855,000 borrowers through income-driven repayment, and $11.7 billion for nearly 513,000 borrowers with disabilities.

The Supreme Court ruled in June that the secretary of Education did not have the power to cancel $10,000 in student loan debt for non-Pell Grant recipients and up to $20,000 for Pell Grant recipients. ED later announced that the department would use the Higher Education Act to forgive student loans. The new plan would cut payments for persons making $32,800 or less annually to $0.

Apple and some Linux distros are open to Bluetooth attack.

A years-old Bluetooth authentication bypass vulnerability allows miscreants to connect to Apple, Android and Linux devices and inject keystrokes to run arbitrary commands, according to a software engineer at drone technology firm SkySafe.

The bug, tracked as CVE-2023-45866, doesn't require any special hardware to exploit, and the attack can be pulled off from a Linux machine using a regular Bluetooth adapter, says Marc Newlin, who found the flaw and reported it to Apple, Google, Canonical, and Bluetooth SIG.

Newlin says he'll provide vulnerability details and proof-of-concept code at an upcoming conference but wants to hold off until everything is patched. The attack allows a nearby intruder to inject keystrokes and execute malicious actions on victims' devices, as long as they don't require a password or biometric authentication.

You Can Almost Hear a Pin Drop the Moment John Kennedy Asks Wall Street CEOs One Single, Blunt Question

A Senate hearing was dead silent after Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy asked JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon about a government regulation.

Kennedy asked Dimon during an oversight hearing whether his bank ever had more liabilities than assets, with Dimon answering no.

Kennedy then noted that three other banks did face that situation and went under this year.

“In my judgment, they went broke because their management did really stupid stuff. And because the FDIC and the regulators who were in charge of keeping them from doing stupid stuff sat there, like bumps on a log, sucking on their teeth, and watched them do stupid stuff. And in many cases, had to turn to you to clean up the mess,” Kennedy said.

“Now, in fairness to the FDIC, it may have been that the people in charge of watching those banks, at the FDIC, were too busy urinating off the top of a hotel, or abusing young women who went to work for the FDIC. The FDIC chairman told us recently, yes, he knew about it, it happened, but he wasn’t the chairman yet and didn’t have the authority to stop it.”

Kennedy was referring to the FDIC’s plan to overhaul how banks operate and manage their capital using standards created in Basel, Switzerland. The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision is a panel aimed at ensuring regulators globally apply the same standards to capital so that banks worldwide can withstand financial turmoil.

You Can Almost Hear a Pin Drop the Moment John Kennedy Asks Wall Street CEOs One Single, Blunt Question | Women System (womensystems.com)

“Mr. Dimon, don’t you find it ironic, the FDIC is now turning to you and saying, ‘you know our track record, which is blemished at the FDIC, your bank isn’t broken but we’re going to tell you how to fix it.’ Do you find that ironic? They’re going to tell you how to fix it based on standards put together by bureaucrats in Basel, Switzerland, not by the United States Congress. Do you find it ironic that they’re telling you this and proposing this, isn’t that kind of like being given gun safety advice by Alec Baldwin?”

Dimon appeared confused as to whether he should answer the question, leaving a long moment of silence before he asked, while laughing, “Should I answer the question?”

Pier Paolo Pasolini, the creative force behind the contentious film "Salo or the 120 Days of Sodom," remains an enigmatic figure in cinematic history. Pasolini embodies an artist unafraid to confront corruption head-on. His unwavering convictions, principled stance, and values were unyielding—so much so that he ultimately paid the ultimate price for them. His unflinching courage and sacrifice are truly admirable.

 Saint Nicholas Becomes a Myth

First of all, Saint Nicholas was dead. On December 6, 343, to be precise, in Myra, in present-day Turkey. But as is the case with saints, death was no hindrance to miracles. Actually, it was an accelerator. Myrrh started flowing from his tomb from the moment of his funeral. solving problems, giving gifts; This is what he did. It is said that he once saved three daughters of a poor man from prostitution by throwing gold from his windows at night to give them as dowry.

The 11th century was particularly fruitful. In a span of 60 years, 50 places of worship were dedicated to him in France and Germany alone. In 1087, Nicholas's remains were stolen from Myra and brought to Bari in Norman Apulia, a stopping-off point for pilgrims to the Holy Land. Even before the arrival of Nicholas's bones, there were five churches dedicated to Nicholas in Bari. A raiding party of 62 people – merchants, sailors, priests – set out for Myra, then in the Seljuk Empire, to affect a defense.

Is it possible that Nicholas never lived? Pope Paul VI thought so. In 1969 Paul canceled his feast day due to a similar technicality. But of course, that makes Nicholas' strange lifestyle as Santa Claus all the more miraculous. A gift if you like.

They Are Calling This Layoff Season

Is your job safe?  According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were more than 13 million layoffs and discharges in the United States during the first nine months of 2023, and now “layoff season” has arrived.  As the end of the year approaches, companies start taking a hard look at the bottom line, and that can result in harsh job cuts.  When I was growing up, most large companies would at least wait until after the holiday season to shove workers into the street, but these days they just don’t care.  The moment you are no longer considered to be an asset, they will throw you aside like a rotten fish.  We live in a cold, cruel world, and that isn’t going to change any time soon.

Buggy app for insulin-delivery device puts diabetes patients at risk of hypoglycemia

The maker of the Omnipod 5 insulin-delivery system is warning customers that its controller device isn't registering decimal points in every case, potentially leading to dangerous doses being administered.

Insulet says it received two reports of "adverse events" directly related to the issue, without detailing exactly what these were. It has written to customers to highlight that delivery of the wrong dose can lead to "severe hypoglycemia." The company is developing a fix, although it is not yet available.

Why The Past Smelled Absolutely Horrible

It's time to face facts: people are disgusting. It's not that you are a lazy or unhygienic person, it's just that the human body is a garbage and nothing can be done about it. As gross as our bodies are now, they were worse throughout history, which means the past smelled a lot worse. If you went back in time, you wouldn't be friends with George Washington or party with Marie Antoinette at Versailles. You'll turn away from the smell (and probably kill everyone with all your modern bacteria). Take, for example.

NRA blasts doctor who testified before Congress in gun violence hearing: 'Gun control extremist.'

NRA spokesperson calls attacks on guns an attempt to 'destroy the Second Amendment.'

The National Rifle Association (NRA) hit back at Yale School of Public Health Dean Megan Rainey's claims during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing last week that Republican-controlled areas are hardest hit by shootings compared to blue cities like Chicago.

"The labeling of firearm ownership as a 'public health crisis' by gun control extremists is an old and tired concept," NRA spokesperson Billy McLaughlin told Fox News Digital.

McLaughlin said, "It aims to erode Second Amendment rights through coordinated action between the government and gun control lobbying groups." "This strategy was on full display in Dr. Megan Rainey's testimony before Congress."

In Israel's fight for survival against tech savvy Hamas terrorists Biden seeks to micromanage the war

HAMAS HAS INCREASED ITS TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES SO MUCH THAT IT ACTS LIKE A REGULAR MILITARY FORCE - BECAUSE MAYBE IT IS. - TBT

As the Israeli Defense Forces resumed military operations last Friday to eliminate the terrorist threat from Hamas, the Biden administration is inserting itself into Israel's war planning process, teaching the Israelis—who for decades have Fighting for survival – how to conduct the conflict properly.

Washington war "experts" – who arguably have not achieved a single clear military victory since 1945 – insist that Israeli military strategists must adapt their war tactics to make their combat operations more targeted and their attacks more precise. Make changes to plans to minimize casualties, especially civilian casualties.

Quadruple murder suspect accused of killing 1-year-old at Dallas home commits suicide during police chase

Police found 21-year-old Byron Carrillo shot himself about 200 miles south of the crime scene.

The man suspected of killing four people, including a 1-year-old boy, and wounding a 15-year-old girl in a shooting at a Dallas home shot himself during a chase with law enforcement, police said Monday.

Dallas police said 21-year-old Byron Carrillo fled the home after the shooting Sunday afternoon and then stole a vehicle. When law enforcement officers were pursuing Carrillo in the Austin area, about 195 miles south of Dallas, he drove the vehicle into a ditch and fled, police said.

When officers approached Carrillo, he shot himself in the head, police said. Police said that he died on the spot.

Biden admin opposes bill that prevents federal lands from being turned into MIGRANT CAMPS.

👀click to read👀

The Biden administration has expressed opposition to a bill that prevents federal lands from being turned into migrant camps for illegal immigrants.

In a Nov. 27 statement, the White House strongly opposed HR 5283 – formally titled "Protecting our Communities from Failure to Secure the Border Act." Under the measure, "the use of federal funds to provide temporary shelter" to illegal immigrants would be prohibited.

HR 5283 would encompass lands falling under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service (NPS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). The first three agencies are under the Department of the Interior (DOI), while the last one is under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

"The administration opposes this legislation because it would significantly restrict the ability of the DOI and the USDA to make decisions regarding the appropriate uses of their lands and resources, even in emergency or other situations," the statement claimed.

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) introduced HR 5283 in August, and the House Committee on Natural Resources approved it in October. In a post on the X platform, she confirmed the committee's approval of her draft bill. Malliotakis also noted in her post that HR 5283 will prevent the Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn and Fort Wadsworth in Staten Island from being converted into housing for illegals.

The historic Floyd Bennett Field was New York City's (NYC) first municipal airport. It was later used by the Coast Guard and the Navy during World War II.

Today, the field serves as one of the largest open spaces in the city – making it ideal for biking fishing, camping and hiking for New Yorkers. Floyd Bennett Field is managed by the NPS and is surrounded by residential communities.

However, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and NYC Mayor Eric Adams received federal approval from the Biden administration to utilize the field for migrant housing. Under the scheme, hundreds – and potentially thousands – of unlawful border crossers will be transported there as the Big Apple yields to the migrant crisis.

Illegals prefer COMFY HOTELS over tent cities.

New Yorkers did not receive the decision to house migrants at the Floyd Bennett Field warmly, with some voicing out their frustration. Moreover, the illegals heading to the Big Apple appear to prefer hotels in the posh Manhattan borough over tent cities, the Daily Mail noted.

The British tabloid shared an instance where Democrat Assemblywoman Jaime Williams managed to film one such incident that happened on Nov. 12. A group of illegal aliens was transported to the Floyd Bennett Field, which is expected to hold 2,000 people.

However, the furious illegals were immediately loaded on a bus back to Manhattan. They complained that they had jobs back in the city, and their kids had schools to attend. Williams, who represents the 59th district in the New York State Assembly, was left stunned.

She then approached a health worker about what just transpired. "When I asked him why did they leave immediately like that, he said the people … were scared," Williams recounted. "They weren't sure what they were doing here; they don't want to be here, and they asked to leave."

The state representative also noted the tent city's distance between where migrants worked and where their children attended school. "They said, 'It's so isolated; how could I possibly get back and forth to work?' or 'Getting my children to school from here would be insane.' So they all asked to leave," said Williams.

One migrant said he was going back to the Roosevelt Hotel, which NYC Mayor Eric Adams turned into a migrant shelter following its 2020 closure. "We didn't know we were coming here; they just said they were taking us to a shelter," he said. "I cannot stay here, this is crazy."

Another migrant who brought his family with him also expressed his intent to return to Manhattan. He told the New York Post: "I work in the Bronx; my kids go to school in the Bronx. For us to live out here is ridiculous."

Equity rally driven by deficit spending and rate cut expectations may face challenges as bond markets awake.

The coming months are looking to be very positive for equity markets as rate cuts are expected to occur in the context of significant deficit spending.

n the modern financial system, Treasuries are money-like assets, so deficit spending is comparable to a form of money creation. As interest rates decline, Treasuries become less attractive, and investors tend to rebalance into riskier assets.

Joe Rogan SEES THE TRUTH.

How pitiful is a President who can't tout his achievements but resorts to tactics of a banana republic, arresting a vastly superior former President? The term "far right" seems to label anyone with common sense challenging the norm. It's ironic that even a convicted felon can vie for the presidency or run a campaign from jail. Regardless of their actions, our vote is reserved for Trump.

The meanings of "far right," "racist," "homophobe," and "anti-Semite" have been diluted to encompass anyone even slightly right of Mao in the eyes of these extremists.

Under Trump's tenure, my savings flourished, my wages soared, businesses thrived, bonuses were unprecedented, and the costs of gas and groceries remained low. We yearn for his return.

At 63, I've never witnessed such relentless attacks on a former President. Vote for the man who sacrificed wealth for his country, not the one who traded his country for wealth!

The truth is evident to anyone sane or incorruptible. It's plain to see.

Tucker Carlson Destroys John Kerry and Climate Change Zealots with Facts (VIDEO)

“Another half-demented 80-year-old yelling about things he doesn’t understand. These are our leaders. They don’t care about our future because they don’t have one of their own,” Tucker said of Biden’s Climate Envoy John Kerry.

Tucker Carlson destroyed John Kerry and the climate change zealots with facts on Monday night’s episode.

“There might be no one in the country who cares less about the future of the United States than climate czar John Kerry who turns 80 next week,” Tucker said. “Kerry turned up at a conference in the Middle East the other day and announced that at his advanced age, he’s become a “militant” of coal-fired electricity plants,” Tucker said as he played a video of John Kerry at this year’s COP28 climate conference.

The vegan eco-terrorists are waging a war on meat and demanding first-world countries reduce meat consumption to reduce carbon emissions.

The United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO) rolled out its food guidance for first-world countries at this year’s COP28 in Dubai.

If the climate change zealots succeed with their ‘net zero plan,’ the world will go dark and there will be famine.

Journalist and author Michael Shellenberger also joined Tucker Carlson to discuss the global effort to force only certain countries to reduce carbon emissions.

Shellenberger pointed out that China and India have both increased their coal usage while the United States is being forced to increasingly rely on wind turbines and solar panels.

“You can’t maintain civilization without cheap energy,” Shellenberger said. “The attack on cheap energy is truly an attack on modern civilization and it should frighten us, and we should be aware to it and alive to it.”

Thompson also told the AP that Mattel should have considered moccasins instead of black shoes and included symbols on the basket.

The Orwellian Reality:

Ireland's Unprecedented Political Landscape

Ireland is treading an unexpected path, one that echoes eerie sentiments from George Orwell's "1984." The recent rhetoric surrounding restricting citizens' rights in the name of the greater good is unsettling. No trustworthy government would openly endorse such limitations.

The relevance of "1984," penned almost 74 years ago, rings alarmingly true today. This classic should be compulsory reading for every Westerner, as its warnings resonate louder than ever.

The urgency of the situation in Ireland demands a firm stance against electing any Democrat or RINO into government positions. The focus must shift to supporting the native population and reclaiming the country for its people.

The disconnect between Irish politicians and their constituents is glaring. There's a call for a resurgence of fear among politicians toward the people they represent.

As an American, solidarity stands with the Irish people in their time of need. The plea isn't for assistance for immigrants but for the native population struggling to regain control of their homeland.

Ireland is urged to awaken and resist compliance with the authoritarian dictates of the current political regime. It's time to oust these woke policymakers who embody cultural Marxism in the Irish parliament.

The proposed legislation criminalizing "deep discomfort" sets a worrying precedent. The vagueness of such language reeks of an Orwellian nightmare, signaling a dangerous shift towards authoritarian rule.

China is experiencing more debt and property problems.

👀click to read👀

As 2023 developed we saw rather a divergence between our view of the Chinese economy and the media or mainstream one. Their view was one of economic recovery whereas we continued with the theme of the consequences of the bursting of the property bubble. Indeed, in something of a theme for today there was a Japanese style theme as we noted the risks of a balance sheet style economic slowing. So let us start with the property market.

(Yicai) Nov. 29 — At least 16 Chinese metropolises are rolling out more measures, such as cutting taxes and offering subsidies, to help people sell their second-hand properties in order to buy a new one and bolster the sluggish newly built housing market.

So, we can start with something similar to what the western capitalist imperialists try as I think of my own country having a Stamp Duty holiday. Although there is more in the nuance as China seems a little desperate to boost the sales of new housing.

The emphasis is mine and in the words of Taylor Swift it suggests “Trouble, Trouble, Trouble”. The economic situation is not helping either.

A lot of potential buyers of second-hand homes have an unstable income amid the economic slowdown and are very cautious about buying a house, so it is difficult to make a sale, Zhang Hongwei, founder of Jingjian Consulting, told Yicai.

So, times are a lot tougher in the housing market. Also, as Michael Pettis points out below renting looks relatively attractive.

This is an important constraint: rental yields are so low that it makes more sense to rent an apartment than to buy one, unless you expect property prices to rise rapidly. This implies that the only way to prevent prices from declining further is to re-inflate the bubble.

So, the Chinese authorities are in rather a Damned if you do and Damned if you don’t position. This is very significant when we recall how much of Chinese economic activity and GDP was based on the property sector and its boom.

Also, the Yical article has another issue.

“For local governments to buy second-hand properties they need to be in a strong financial position, so this is only a tentative approach and is unlikely to be adopted widely,” Zhang said.

As we have looked at the situation over the past couple of years, we have seen local and regional authorities already with debt issues. On that subject I notice this from Bloomberg yesterday.

That’s prompted successive waves of support from central and local authorities, but some economists have argued that government debt is now too concentrated at the local level.

The article went further.

China’s regulator wants provinces to come up with their own plans to handle financial risks, according to a report, about a month after officials pledged to set up a mechanism to resolve local debt issues.

So local and regional governments are not in a position to help the property sector much and some will be heading in the opposite direction as they try to deal with their own debt issues. Some of which have come from the property sector.

Thus, we see what we are expecting which is a type of balance sheet economic slowdown and hence the Turning Japanese theme. Not everything is the same as I note the local government involvement, but the direction of travel is.

The balance sheet recession theme really rather leapt off the pages of the Financial Times yesterday.

Defaults by Chinese borrowers have surged to a record high since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, highlighting the depth of the country’s economic downturn and the obstacles to a full recovery.

Okay, so how many?

A total of 8.54mn people, most of them between the ages of 18 and 59, are officially blacklisted by authorities after missing payments on everything from home mortgages to business loans, according to local courts.
That figure, equivalent to about 1 per cent of working-age Chinese adults, is up from 5.7mn defaulters in early 2020, as pandemic lockdowns and other restrictions hobbled economic growth and gutted household incomes.

The rules on bankruptcy are rather strict in China.

Under Chinese law, blacklisted defaulters are blocked from a range of economic activities, including purchasing airplane tickets and making payments through mobile apps such as Alipay and WeChat Pay, representing a further drag on an economy plagued by a property sector slowdown and lagging consumer confidence. The blacklisting process is triggered after a borrower is sued by creditors, such as banks, and then misses a subsequent payment deadline.

Rather curiously that will drive demand for the cash economy. But at a time when China was supposed to be emphasizing consumption as a vehicle for economic growth this will be a brake on it. The consequences can be very severe.

Jane Zhang, owner of an advertising company in south-eastern Jiangxi province who defaulted on a bank loan, said she panicked when a local court banned her in May from using WeChat Pay to buy meals for her toddler.

“I thought my son was going to starve since I didn’t have any cash at hand and all my daily purchases were made through WeChat,” said Zhang, who later persuaded the court to drop the mobile payment ban while keeping other punishments in place.

In the modern world restrictions on electronic payments are more and more significant. Indeed, in this instance they put not only a brake on economic activity but any realistic way of settling the debt.

With little hope of relief, many blacklisted borrowers have given up on restoring their financial health. Zhang decided to close her advertising business after losing accounts from local government departments, which are banned from working with blacklisted companies.

So, we see the situation developing and worsening from another angle. Plus, there appears to be an issue with workers not being paid according to Caixin Global.

White House warns Congress the US is out of money, nearly out of time to avoid kneecap to Ukraine

The Biden administration on Monday sent Congress an urgent warning about the need to approve tens of billions of dollars in military and economic assistance to Ukraine, saying Kyiv’s war effort to defend itself from Russia’s invasion may grind to a halt without it.

In a letter to House and Senate leaders and also released publicly, Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young warned the US will run out of funding to send weapons and assistance to Ukraine by the end of the year, saying that would “kneecap” Ukraine on the battlefield.

She added that the US already has run out of money that it has used to prop up Ukraine’s economy, and “if Ukraine’s economy collapses, they will not be able to keep fighting, full stop.”

“We are out of money — and nearly out of time,” she wrote.

LEGO Leaves San Francisco Before Christmas as Retail Flight Continues

The LEGO store in the San Francisco Centre mall has officially closed, right in the middle of the Christmas retail season, joining a retail exodus from the city that is driven by crime, homelessness, drugs, and the nation’s slowest post-pandemic recovery.

As Breitbart News has noted, Westfield stopped making mortgage payments on the San Francisco Centre mall in June, after losing Nordstrom, which was its anchor tenant. Many other retail businesses, small and large, boutique and chain, have left.

LEGO is the latest to go. The San Francisco Chronicle‘s Jessica Flores reported Sunday:

The Lego store inside San Francisco Centre permanently closed its doors Thursday, according to a company official, the latest retailer to leave the troubled mall.

“We are always reviewing our store portfolio to ensure that we can provide the best LEGO experience for shoppers and fans. As a result, we recently made the decision to close our LEGO Store in the San Francisco Centre,” LEGO spokesperson Colleen Arons said in an email to the Chronicle.

A Constant State Of Sticker Shock Here Is Proof That Inflation In The U.S. Is Wildly Out Of Control

Do you believe the politicians in Washington, or do you believe your own eyes?  The politicians keep telling us that “inflation is low”, but everyone can see that everything sure does cost a lot more than it once did.  Our standard of living just keeps going down, and even JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is admitting that “inflation is hurting people”

But how can inflation be “hurting people” if it is under control?  Of course, the truth is that it isn’t under control.  If the official rate of inflation was still measured using the formula that was in place in 1980, it would be well into double digit territory right now.  Prices have been rising much faster than paychecks have, and that is putting an extraordinary amount of financial stress on the more than 60 percent of U.S. adults that currently live paycheck to paycheck.

Vox is a website that leans very far to the left, and even they are complaining about inflation.

In fact, a recent article posted on Vox boldly declared that life in 2023 “means being in a constant state of sticker shock”

Federal Court Delivers Historic Decision This Ruling Is Terrible News for Illegals

Since 2021, the United States has struggled with a massive influx of illegal immigration. An estimated 5 million migrants have entered the country illegally.

Border states have become overwhelmed, claiming the federal government refuses to help.

Some states are taking matters into their own hands. They are even looking for ways to deport the most dangerous of these border jumpers. And a new federal court ruling could eliminate a major hurdle.

From Just the News:
A panel of the Ninth Circuit Court ruled Miranda rights don’t apply to warrant-backed civil immigration arrests, holding up an order to deport a Mexican citizen who had argued he was coerced into admitting his illegal status under an administrative warrant. Miranda rights are the formal warning given by law enforcement to individuals in custody of their right to silence and an attorney.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decided that Miranda rights are not applicable to arrests involving illegal immigrants. A Mexican citizen tried to get out of a deportation order, claiming he was coerced into admitting his illegal status while being questioned by law enforcement.

But the court decided that, because he was facing a “civil deportation proceeding” and not a “criminal trial,” the Miranda warnings do not apply.

Congresswoman released ad telling supporters to vote on the wrong day

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), who is running for Mayor of Houston, released a campaign advertisement urging supporters to vote, except the advertisement had the wrong day.

Jackson Lee is running in the runoff election to replace Mayor Sylvester Turner (D), which takes place Saturday, Dec. 9. Her advertisement, which has been confirmed by Mediaite to have aired on Houston’s television markets, tells voters to head to the polls “on or before Dec. 7th.”

Woke Disney's New Kids Christmas Film Features Homosexual Parents, Sexually Charged Dialogue

The flailing Disney Corporation is still digging that woke hole to bury itself in and its latest Christmas movie aimed at teens is just another example of its continuing obsession to jam radical LGBT themes in every movie and TV show it makes for kids.

If you thought you might be tuning in to see its newest holiday flick, “The Naughty Nine,” to see a fun Christmas romp, you’ll instead be confronted with a family headed by a pair of gay dads and another scene where two young boys are confiding in each other about who they think is a male “hottie.”

“The Naughty Nine” was release on Nov. 22 on the Disney Channel and features the story of nine young kids who ended up on Santa’s naughty list and who venture to the North Pole to steal back the gifts that they missed on Christmas.

The film is supposed to be a funny film in the heist-style of films about scheming, oddball kids who set out to rob Santa, but learn some lessons along the way.

However, instead of lighthearted fare, viewers are once again treated to Disney’s political agenda and its need to pump the gay lifestyle into every project. And this particular film is rated TV-PG!

Reconsidering the Wisdom of an Article V Convention of the States

The fact that there has never been a convention of the states called to propose amendments to the Constitution means that most Americans are unaware that we the people have this power and need not rely on Congress to initiate the amendment process. The grassroots Convention of the States Foundation seeks to remedy that problem by calling “a convention for proposing amendments” limited to three subject areas: fiscal restraints on the federal government; limits on the jurisdiction of the federal legislative, executive, or judicial branches; and term limits for members of the federal legislative or judicial branches. Such a convention would send a powerful message to Washington that the people are prepared to reclaim power if it is abused.

Donald Trump's Proposal to Monitor Voters Sparks Concerns

Donald Trump's call for people to "guard the vote" in 2024 has sparked concern about potential violence in next year's election.

The former president, the frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination, repeated his unfounded claims of widespread voter fraud in 2020 at a rally in Ankeny, Iowa, on Saturday.

He used those claims as a justification for the call, telling supporters to "go into" Democratic-run cities that he has previously disparaged to "guard the vote" in 2024.

"The most important part of what's coming up is to guard the vote," he told his supporters. "You should go into Detroit and you should go into Philadelphia and you should go into some of these places, Atlanta, and you should go into some of these places and we've got to watch those votes when they come in."

TBT: Looks like DEEP STATE is worried they won't be able to steal the 2024 election!

SCOTUS set to hear arguments over $6BILLION nationwide settlement with OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma that would shield members of the Sackler family from civil lawsuits

Supreme Court justices are set to hear a challenge by Joe Biden's administration against a controversial $6 billion bankruptcy deal for opioid producer Purdue Pharma.

The OxyContin maker's nationwide insolvency settlement would shield its wealthy owners, the Sackler family, from civil lawsuits over their role in the narcotics epidemic, which has seen at least 80,000 people fatally overdose in recent years.

Described as 'a watershed moment in the opioid crisis' by victims' lawyers, the deal involves Purdue Pharma donating up to $6 billion for drug treatment and prevention causes, while $750 million would be shared between individual victims.

This multi-billion payment amounts to half the Sackler family's estimated collective fortune - which is largely held offshore. In return, the company would emerge from bankruptcy as a different entity, called Knoa.

Please do NOT use a toaster to heat your electric vehicle battery: Danish police issue plea after motorist sparks blaze that destroys a vehicle and damages a house.

Danish police have urged motorists not to use toasters to heat the batteries of electric vehicles after a driver destroyed their car and damaged a nearby house in southern Denmark.

Police said on Monday they 'strongly discourage' people from using kitchen appliances to warm up EV batteries, which are highly-sensitive to temperature and can become less efficient in the cold.

House Republicans Have 10 Days to Launch Impeachment Investigations into Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas Before Going on Christmas Break for a Month

The US House of Representatives is set to go on Christmas vacation for nearly a month next week. Congress will break on December 14th and not return until January 9th.

House Republicans were not able to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for opening the border to nearly 10 million illegals and for his serial lying under oath that the “border is secure.”

But Republicans did expel a fellow Republican, George Santos, because he was indicted for a crime something Democrats would NEVER dream of.

Now Republicans have a “buffer” of three votes in their majority to launch an impeachment investigation of Joe Biden – for millions and millions of dollars in shady pay-for-play schemes with foreign governments. This should have happened the first week they took the gavel from Pelosi.

Authorities in Tennessee said they uncovered "the largest marijuana grow in the county's history" at a former church.

The Stewart County Sheriff's Office announced the development on Friday after deputies executed a search warrant amid a three-week investigation.

"When the search was conducted approximately 2000 plants were found in a very sophisticated growing environment," the sheriff's office noted on social media.

Whipping Post: A Brutal Chapter in Punitive History

In American history, the term "flogging" brings to mind a harsh and fearful punishment of the past. It was a cruel practice that left physical and emotional scars on countless people.

Flogging is the act of beating the human body with special instruments such as whips, rods, switches, cat o' nine tails, sjambok, knots, etc.

Flogging was a common form of punishment during the early colonial period in America. English colonists brought with them a legal tradition that included flogging as a means of disciplining criminals.

It was used for a variety of crimes including theft, public drunkenness and insubordination. The severity of punishment varies depending on the nature of the crime and local laws.

Perhaps one of the most disturbing aspects of whipping in American history was its widespread use as a means of controlling enslaved people.

Enslaved persons could be subjected to brutal whippings for the slightest perceived infraction or acts of resistance.

Flogging was not only a means of physical punishment, but also a tool of psychological terror, used to subdue the slave population and maintain control over them.

ITS THE MOUSES HOUSE: How Disney Captured Local Government With Perks Akin to Bribes

The Walt Disney Co. effectively controlled the local government around the site of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, for decades in what an extensive review by the state government calls “the most egregious exhibition of corporate cronyism in modern American history.”

After Disney bought the land that would become its massive amusement park and resort, it received permission from the Florida Legislature and governor in 1967 to create a local government, the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

From that time until Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill Feb. 27 abolishing the Reedy Creek district, Disney heavily influenced the local government to its advantage, according to a new report Monday from the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District.

The legislation signed into law by DeSantis, a Republican, transformed the Reedy Creek district into the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, which aims to root out what critics see as Disney’s corrupt hold over the local government.

US Congressmen: we WILL be at war with China within five years!

In the Western world, there’s a growing fear and loathing towards China. This is entirely appropriate, since China is bad and evil: she keeps invading and bombing other nations and setting up military bases all over the world. China has no regard for freedom or democracy, and consistently infringes on human rights, especially those of Uyghur Muslim population. In the West, we are nothing if not extremely keen on the human rights of Muslim populations.

We know how bad China is because our media dutifully informs us about it: every day, all the time. Here are a few recent examples:

NATO chief admits Ukrainian failure

Increasingly, military leaders are admitting Ukraine’s inability to carry out the fight under its current military circumstances. In a recent statement, the head of the alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, stated that the West needs to be prepared to receive “bad news” from Ukraine, belatedly recognizing the reality that many analysts had already reported before.

Stoltenberg made pessimistic comments, lamenting Ukraine’s poor military progress. According to him, Moscow has a great advantage in the conflict, in addition to accumulating a large number of weapons for the military scenario in the winter. The secretary stated that the Russian defense industry is producing weapons “on war footing”, operating in an accelerated manner in order to achieve the country’s military results.

He also said that the front lines have remained almost unchanged in recent months, but that it is necessary to be prepared for bad news regarding Ukrainian positions. However, for him, support for Ukraine is vital and must be maintained, even if expectations are negative.

“We have to be prepared for bad news. Wars move in phases, but we must stand by Ukraine in good and in bad times alike”, he said.

Another interesting topic commented on by Stoltenberg was the inability of Western countries to produce enough weapons to support Ukraine. He admitted that the West is weakened industrially, unable to meet Ukrainian demands.

Doug Burgum Formally Suspends Presidential Campaign

North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum on Monday formally suspended his presidential campaign, six weeks ahead of the Iowa caucus.

“We launched our campaign for President on June 7 clear-eyed about our mission: bring a business leader and proven governor’s voice to the fight for the best of America,” Burgum’s campaign statement reads.

“We are a nation built on freedom, liberty, and personal responsibility. A nation where neighbors help neighbors, and where innovation, not regulation, lifts us all to reach our highest potential,” it continued.

‘Out Of Control’: Oregon Decriminalized Drugs — Now It’s Having Second Thoughts

Oregon residents voted in 2020 to decriminalize drugs, but just three years later many businesses, citizens and lawmakers are having second thoughts amid a spike in overdose deaths and drug use.

More than 60% of Oregon voters polled think that Measure 110, which decriminalized the possession of small amounts of drugs in November 2020, “has made drug addiction, homelessness, and crime worse,” according to DHM Research, and 56% of Oregon voters polled believe that the measure should be repealed entirely, according to an Emerson College poll. A coalition of cities, police groups, and prosecutors called on the state to recriminalize drug possession, and businesses who spoke to the DCNF say they’re struggling with the drug crisis in the state.

“This has really spread across Oregon. It’s not just a Portland problem,” Oregon House Republican Leader Jeff Helfrich, a former Portland police office, told the DCNF. “It’s just out of control, I’ve never seen it this bad.”

Drug overdoses surged in Oregon between 2020 and 2022, and nearly 3% of Portland residents left the city in the same time frame. Over 600 people died of overdoses in 2019 in Oregon, and that number nearly doubled to 1,200 in 2022.

A Constant State Of Sticker Shock Here Is Proof That Inflation In The U.S. Is Wildly Out Of Control

Do you believe the politicians in Washington or do you believe your own eyes?  The politicians keep telling us that “inflation is low”, but everyone can see that everything sure does cost a lot more than it once did.  Our standard of living just keeps going down, and even JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is admitting that “inflation is hurting people”.

Banned Movies That Upset Sensitive Audiences

Today, hardly a day goes by when there is no controversy or public debate over whether various films or other programs have crossed the limits of what is acceptable to portray on film. Debates like these consume huge amounts of the public's collective consciousness, and sometimes it feels like we do it all. However, it's easy to forget that such debates are as old as film itself.

Many films over the past decades have been controversial for their portrayal of various things. The use of excessive violence, sexual content and questionable language in films has been the focus of public debate around their appropriateness in being shown and whether they offend society through being shown. This list is a trip back in time and an examination of some of the movies of yesterday that fit that description.

The 1950s Cigarette Psychology: 9 Ways of Holding Your Cigarette and Their Meaning

Some people hold them firmly between their thumb and forefinger, while others choose to hold them more loosely between the index and middle finger.

But could these seemingly mundane choices actually reveal something about their personality? You're on to something there.

Reportedly, the way a person holds their cigarette, their body language, such as how they walk, sit, or use their hands, can be a revealing window into their inner self.

In 1959, an article by Dr. William Neutra appeared in Kepper Magazine that explored personality analysis through cigarette holding styles. According to him, this method not only uncovers but also provides important clues for effective patient treatment.

Dr. Neutra's research delivered not just one insight, but a collection of seven fascinating discoveries about men, along with two specific ways women handle their cigarettes.

Biden Admin Rule Would Withhold Lunch Money from Schools That Reject Woke Agenda

A new Biden administration rule that seeks to withhold lunch money funds from public schools that refuse to accept or comply with new far-left mandates regarding sexuality and gender is likely to outrage parents anew.

As reported by The Center Square, failure to comply with the White House’s leftist school agenda could result in the loss of federal tax funds administered through the Department of Agriculture.

The controversy began after the USDA announced in May 2022 that “it would change its longstanding interpretation of Title IX, the law broadly governing discrimination protections in education,” the outlet reported. “USDA said it would expand its previous prohibition against discriminating based on sex ‘to include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.'”

Funding for school lunches goes through the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service.

Joe Biden’s Department of Veterans Affairs Processed 161,000 Medical and Dental Claims for

ILLEGALS in 2022 while Delaying Service to US VETERANS (VIDEO)

I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE REST OF YOU, BUT THIS ADMINISTRATION MAKES ME SICK.
LET'S GO BRANDON.  IMPEACH THE ENTIRE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION! -- TBT

Joe Biden’s Department of Veterans Affairs processed 161,000 medical and dental claims for illegal aliens in 2022 while delaying service to US veterans who served their country.

Pete Hegseth exposed this shocking abuse on FOX News.

Concerned Veterans for America and senior adviser Darin Selnick is calling on lawmakers to investigate this horrible abuse by the Biden regime.

Darin Selnick: Hey, Pete, thanks for having me on your show. Yeah, it’s happening. And I gotta tell you, when I found out about this a few weeks ago, it made me mad. And everyone I’ve talked to who is a veteran, it makes them mad. The VA’s mission is to serve veterans. It’s not to help ICE and the Border Patrol – which we have the documents, which on your websites and from a memo – it’s not to help them go ahead and process medical claims and pay medical claims and make it easy for the unauthorized migrants to get healthcare and dental care.

So what is happening is and look, as someone who’s a former senior advisor in the Trump administration at the VA and advisor at the White House, I would have stopped this. We would have stopped this because it’s not right. The mission of the VA is to serve veterans, not to serve unauthorized migrants. And so, what’s happening is, and we have this from the undersecretary health he’s put out in a video which I’ve seen, hey, make it hard for veterans. Make it hard for veterans to go ahead and get community care. But at the same time, they are processing for 2022, 161,000 medical claims and paying those claims for unauthorized migrants.

Meanwhile, veterans are having a hard time getting health care. They’re literally dying because they can’t get mental health in a timely manner. They can’t get cancer treatment. Bills are being sent to them because they’re not paying the providers on time. So it makes it hard for veterans. They’ve told the staff to do that only default to the VA community care when you have to. At the same time, they’re helping border Patrol and ICE make it easy button. Easy button for unauthorized migrants. Hard button for veterans. It’s got to stop. Congress needs to investigate this. Last year, Mayorkas said in testimony that they were working with the VA to go ahead and expand this, possibly in medical centers. We don’t know exactly how deep this is. It’s got to be investigated.

Pete Hegseth: It’s insane.

And to think, the Republican members of Congress could not even impeach Alejandro Mayorkas!

And, they’re not even focusing on the open borders and destruction of our country and its sovereignty under Joe Biden. They wanted to expel George Santos instead.

Now look at how US veterans who fought for our country are treated.

Man Arrested in Plot to Kill Elon Musk, Cause ‘Mass Casualty Event’ At Tesla Cybertruck Launch, Officials Say.

A Florida man was arrested near a Tesla Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, after allegedly threatening a mass casualty shooting there.

The man told police that “I was going to shoot up Elon Musk and the plant” during Thursday’s Cybertruck delivery event, Austin CBS outlet KEYE-TV reported.

The man, identified as Paul Overeem, 28, was booked at the Travis County Jail on a charge of making a terroristic threat — a third-degree felony.

The news outlet reported that a Tesla security official told police that Overeem made multiple threats of violence in Instagram messages on Nov. 9, including:

  • “I sure am crazy though.”
  • “But yeah so at the Tesla event I’m planning an attach so up to you guys to stop me.”
  • “I plan on killing people at that even ok November 30th and I would like you to do something about it so I don’t have to.”
  • “I wanna die.”
  • “I need to be stopped.”
  • “If I’m saying I’m gonna kill people then you should take this seriously.”

NBC News reported Overeem used the name “ufotnoitalumis” in the Instragram chat group.

The network news outlet said an arrest warrant quoted him as complaining about modern technology, saying, “My thoughts haven’t been free for over a year. All the electronics around me.”

Investigators used a phone number supplied by Instagram to trace Overeem, who was located in Austin the day before the event he had threatened to attack, said NBC, citing an affidavit.

Overeem told police that he intended to harm Elon Musk and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, with whom Musk had twins in 2021, because he believed the two “were watching him through camera systems and tracking him,” KEYE reported.

Tesla was notified of the threats on Nov. 10, KVUE-TV reported. The Travis County Sheriff’s Office began investigating Tuesday, two days before the Tesla event, after learning that no formal police report had been filed.

“That same morning, Overeem’s 2015 black Chevrolet Tahoe was spotted by traffic cameras on Highway 290 in southwest Austin,” the TV station reported.

The next morning, his phone pinged in west Austin, KVUE said.

“Authorities believe Overeem, who has no ties to Travis County, drove from Florida to Austin to potentially carry out the attack.”

KEYE reported that a SWAT team stopped the suspect in a McDonald’s parking lot and arrested him.

“He told officers that he had weapons in his car and said he was planning on committing suicide before he could be arrested,” the outlet reported.

Five People Shot in Vegas Homeless Encampment —

During Same Week LAPD Arrested Suspected

Serial Killer Targeting Vagrants

One person is dead, and four are injured after

a gunman opened fire inside

a Las Vegas homeless encampment on Friday.

The shooting took place during the same week that the Los Angeles Police Department arrested a suspected serial killer who had taken the lives of three homeless people in the city last week.

Las Vegas police Lt. Jason Johansson said at a press conference on Friday evening that the shooting occurred at around 5:35 p.m. near the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Honolulu Street.

The man who was killed was in his 50s, but his name has not been released to the public at this time.

“The four other injured victims include three men in their 30s; one is in critical condition while two are in stable condition. A male adult teenager is also in stable condition, he said. The victims have not been identified,” Fox News reports. The suspect has been described as a black man in a hoodie who fled the scene in a black sedan. In Los Angeles, the police department announced an arrest in their case on Saturday.

The suspect, Jerrid Joseph Powell, 33, was already in custody for the home robbery and murder of county worker Nicholas Simbolon, 42, in San Dimas on Tuesday.

In all three homeless murders, the suspect was wearing a hoodie

and walked up, shot the victim, and left.

While the killings are similar, it appears Powell was already in custody by the time of the Las Vegas shooting. The LAPD does not believe that the murders are related.

In a post to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, the LAPD said that detectives seek info on possible additional victims.  The Las Vegas Police Department is still trying to determine the motive and if the shooting was an isolated incident.

Congressman Tim Burchett: Over 100,000 Kids Are Missing That Have Come Over Our Border [VIDEO]

Marxist democrats have committed crimes against humanity for years and years. Abortion, pedophilia, drag queens, mutilating children's perfectly formed body parts on behalf of gender identity, indoctrination of the mental illness of gender dysphoria aka gender identity ideology, open air drug use which keeps the addicted controlled by drugs. In other words, Marist democrats do not care about America's children or criminal illegal alien children. Any American voting for Marxist democrat candidates, hate themselves, their children, and America.

Behind the Sacraments: The Untold Secrets of the Catholic Church

Although exorcism may often be associated with horror movies and the distant past, it remains a practice in the Catholic Church today. Father Gabriel Amorth, the Vatican's former chief exorcist, served in this role for an impressive 60 years and is estimated to have performed approximately 160,000 exorcisms during his tenure. It is worth noting that the exorcism ritual is not limited to Father Amorth alone; Various Popes throughout history have also performed exorcisms. In fact, in 2018, the Vatican hosted an annual workshop where 250 priests from around the world gathered for this purpose, as the BBC reported.
