Many people all over the world would never want to hear the word “vaccine” again after the COVID-19 vaccine debacle. For most adults, the word never came up in conversation before 2020. Now we are besieged with fearful news report and a swift answer in a new vaccine.
I had a chance to sit down with senior journalist Frank Gaffney on Securing America and we reviewed the news story about laboratories working on Disease X. Disease X is a placeholder name that was adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO) in February 2018 on their shortlist of blueprint priority diseases to represent a hypothetical, unknown pathogen that could cause a future epidemic.
Tahir et al published in 2021 on Disease X: “Richard Hatchett, chief executive officer (CEO) of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), said about Disease X, “It might sound like science fiction, but Disease X is something we must prepare for.”2 In a list of diseases that the WHO considers high priority in terms of research and development, Disease X occupies a spot among diseases such as Ebola, Zika, and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).1 Unexpected outbreaks of infectious disease (Disease X) have repeatedly rocked the medical confidence and have taken the medical world by surprise.3
Some experts have even commented that COVID-19, caused by severe acute respiratory coronavirus virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), met the standards to be considered the first Disease X,4 while some authors have called Zika a Disease X.5
However, one unfortunate possibility is that COVID-19 and other recent pandemics might have been milder versions of what will eventually be the most prominent Disease X.
Disease X is supposed to be caused by a “pathogen X.” Such a pathogen is expected to be a zoonosis, most likely an RNA virus, emerging from an area where the right mix of risk factors highly promotes the risk for sustained transmission.6”

We have 25 years of evidence. It’s all either supportive of Hypothesis A or B.
It is a colossal failure of evidence-based medicine and the medical community that they cannot figure out which bucket all the evidence is consistent with.
The answer is so simple because all the studies cited as the strongest evidence on their side are all deeply flawed and can be easily disproven. It is astonishing to me that so many smart people cannot figure this out.

Fruit With Potentially Deadly Bacteria Recalled In A Dozen States
Green organic kiwifruit is now under recall in 14 states due to a potentially deadly listeria contamination, according to an announcement posted on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website.
David Oppenheimer and Company said it is voluntarily recalling some of its clamshell packages of kiwi after testing found Listeria monocytogenes in some of the products, according to the notice. The bacteria can cause listeriosis, a sometimes severe and fatal infection.
The company traced the contamination back to two grower lots in New Zealand. The recalled kiwi, repackaged locally for sale in 1-pound clear plastic clamshells has the Zespri brand and UPC code 8 18849 02009 3, and it has fruit with a sticker featuring a GTIN bar code of 9400 9552.
The recalled products were shipped between June 14, 2023, and July 7, 2023, and were sold in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection to the products, according to the notice. No other products from David Oppenheimer and Company are subject to the recall.
NATO Suggests For First Time Ukraine Could Cede Territory
A NATO official has suggested Ukraine could cede some territory to Russia in exchange for joining the Western military alliance.
The comments were made on Tuesday by Stian Jenssen, chief of staff for NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, and reported by the Norwegian newspaper VG. "I think that a solution could be for Ukraine to give up territory, and get NATO membership in return," he said, adding that it should be up to Ukraine when and on what terms to negotiate.
On Friday, August 13, 1971, President Richard Nixon ventured to Camp David for a clandestine policy meeting with the chairman of the Federal Reserve, his Treasury Secretary, and several additional top White House officials. Nixon and his cohorts agreed that the Bretton Woods system (which guaranteed a fixed exchange rate for dollar to gold convertibility) was harming the value of the dollar, and they planned to blow the whole thing to smithereens.

Nixon and his advisers were central planners through and through, and they did not predict or care for the unequal wealth distribution that would occur as a result of turning the dollar into a full-blown fiat currency. Unsurprisingly, they failed to fix the American economy through their top-down firebomb against the gold standard.
TBT: The main reason that Nixon ended gold convertibility is that the Federal Reserve had promised at the Bretton Woods conference that there would be no more Federal Reserve Notes in circulation than there was gold to redeem them. Then France, which had huge stockpiles of those notes, wanted to redeem them for gold. That was when they realized they had more notes than gold.

Fear Tactics

Yesterday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average took a tumble of 361 points by the closing bell. Numerous headlines attributed the big decline to a weakening economy in China. But the actual trigger for angst among traders was a headline at 5:30 a.m. EDT yesterday at CNBC. The headline read: “Fitch warns it may be forced to downgrade dozens of banks, including JPMorgan Chase.”
JPMorgan Chase is not just the biggest bank in the United States in terms of assets and deposits. It is the biggest bank in terms of its derivative exposure. According to the federal regulator of national banks (those operating across state lines), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), as of March 31, 2023, JPMorgan Chase Bank had assets of $3.2 trillion and derivative exposure of more than $59 trillion notional (face amount).
The OCC report also makes the following frightening statement: “A small group of large financial institutions continues to dominate trading and derivatives activity in the U.S. commercial banking system.
During the first quarter of 2023, four large commercial banks represented 89.0 percent of the total banking industry notional amounts and 66.5 percent of industry net current credit exposure (NCCE).”
And now Fitch is sending a message to the market that it may have to downgrade those big four banks. What could possibly go wrong?
Socialist Scholar Cornel West Owes $500,000 In Taxes
Socialist professor and presidential candidate Cornel West wants “massive investments” including “free college tuition” and “Medicare for All” as part of his presidential campaign.
Just don’t expect him to chip in on the bill.
According to the Daily Beast, and confirmed by West, the Union Theological Seminary professor owes over half a million dollars in taxes.
The Green Party candidate has “more than $500,000 in outstanding federal tax liens lodged against him in two states” dating back to 2005, according to the liberal news outlet.
He explained, when asked on Monday by commentator Charlamagne Tha God, that not paying taxes is part of his “gangster proclivities.”
“They’re not wasting no time attacking you because now they’re saying you owe a half a million dollars in taxes and they’re trying to say it’s hypocrisy on your part,” the commentator said.
“Because you spent so much of your life advocating for higher taxes on the wealthy. I’m like ‘I ain’t never heard any of this about Dr. Cornel West before but now all of a sudden, he’s running for president,’” he said. “Everything’s coming out the woodwork,” another host said.
Niger: Niamey residents support call for mass recruitment of volunteers into army
Residents of Niger's capital, Niamey, are calling for the mass recruitment of volunteers to assist the army in the face of a growing threat by the West African regional bloc, ECOWAS, which says it will use military force if the junta doesn’t reinstate deposed President Mohamed Bazoum.
ECOWAS has activated a “standby force” to restore order in Niger after the junta ignored a deadline to release and reinstate Bazoum.
"We do not give a damn about ECOWAS. ECOWAS has been tailor-made for the presidents in power. And we do not need it" says Omar Amadou, a Niamey resident. "Whether ECOWAS intervenes or not, Niger is ready for all options. We are ready. Whatever ECOWAS decides, we are ready" Amadou stressed.
Niger is now preparing for a possible invasion by countries in the region, three weeks after mutinous soldiers ousted the nation’s democratically elected president.
Azerbaijan military assistance waiver delayed as review drags on
The Biden administration appears to be slow walking the renewal of a long-standing military assistance program to Azerbaijan amid growing warnings of ethnic cleansing in the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Every year since 2002, the White House has issued a waiver to provide aid to Azerbaijan despite its campaign against Nagorno-Karabakh. That waiver has previously been completed before the summer, but this year it is still pending halfway through August.
Officials have offered no explanation for the delay. However, it coincides with increasing concern within the international community that Azerbaijan is responsible for a worsening humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan has hardened its stance against the ethnic Armenian population there in recent months,
-blocking the entry of commercial and humanitarian vehicles and shutting off the region’s access to gas and electricity. The U.N. Security Council will consider an appeal from Armenia to respond to the worsening situation Wednesday.

Europe's Self-Imposed Sky-High LNG Prices Putting Lights Off in Poorer Nations
An industry expert told Sputnik on Wednesday that Europe’s strategy for pressuring Russia with an energy boycott was causing chaos around the globe, driving gas prices higher and depriving poorer nations of much-needed fuel.
Renewed talk of a strike at Australia’s largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) production facility has triggered a sharp spike in LNG prices, including a whopping 40% rise on the European market.
It’s unclear if Woodside employees at the Northwest Shelf liquefaction facility, Australia’s largest, or Chevron employees at the nearby Gorgon facility, the country’s second-largest LNG operation, will strike, even though a strike has been authorized. However, Europe’s self-imposed LNG shortage, caused by its boycott of Russian energy exports, has driven prices sky-high and put such pressure on markets around the world that the mere threat of a supply disruption on the other side of the planet has destabilized markets.
Thierry Bros, professor at the Paris Institute of Political Studies and a contributor to the independent specialized website Natural Gas World, told Sputnik that while European governments will be inconvenienced by the higher prices, the greatest sufferers will be developing nations who are priced out by European buyers.
“We shouldn't be complacent. The crisis is ongoing, and we've put €800 billion in subsidies to help our people and industry last year alone,” he said of the European Union’s efforts. “We haven't so far signed new long-term contracts in a massive way. So, what we are facing is the fact that because of the IEA [International Energy Association] net-zero scenario in 2021, we've viewed oil and gas as bad, which is why we are in this situation. And so, we need this to change. It's changing slightly. I mean, you've seen US President Biden asking the oil industry in the US to produce more oil. You've seen Norway in the beginning of this year, launching a new concession in the Arctic. You've seen two weeks ago; the UK was going to offer new oil and gas concessions.”

The U.S. government’s disdain for international law as expressed in the United Nations Charter, the Geneva Conventions, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was made plain during the Global War on Terror, through its offensive military invasions and its programmatic torture and summary execution of suspects.
The willingness to defy global opinion on these conventions has come to the forefront again with the announcement that cluster bomb munitions, the use of which by Russia was denounced by the Biden administration as criminal in 2022, are now being sent to Ukraine in 2023. The primary reason why 123 countries have committed to banning the use, production, transfer, and sale of cluster bombs is that they are indiscriminate weapons which are likely to harm entirely innocent persons, whether during wartime or years later, in what appears to be peacetime.
These highly lethal devices disperse explosive elements radially, by the dozens or even hundreds, and some of the “bomblets” do not explode on impact but instead become embedded in the soil, serving effectively as landmines. The 1997 Ottawa Treaty (or Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction) has been ratified and signed or acceded to by 164 countries.
After years of oscillating on landmines, even the U.S. government committed in 2022 to ending their use anywhere beyond the Korean peninsula. Because the unexploded bomblets of cluster munitions function as de facto landmines, the Biden administration is arguably reneging on its own pledge in providing such weapons for use in Ukraine.
RUSSIA BEGINS PROCESS TO WITHDRAW FROM W.T.O. AND W.H.O
The Russian government is starting the process of unilaterally withdrawing from a series of international bodies, including the World Trade Organization and the World Health Organization, the Russian Duma’s Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy said on Tuesday.
"We have work to revise our international obligations, treaties that today bring no benefit, but instead directly harm our country. The Foreign Ministry sent a list of such agreements to the State Duma,” Tolstoy said. “Together with the Federation Council, we plan to analyze them and to propose to withdraw," he added.
Tolstoy singled out the international trade and health organizations, saying that "the next step is to withdraw from the WTO and the WHO, which have neglected all obligations towards our country."
Saudi stockpile of US government debt shrinks to six-year low
Saudi Arabia sold more than $3 billion in US government debt in June, dumping the securities for a third consecutive month and bringing its holdings to a six-year low of $108.1 billion, according to US Treasury Department data reviewed by Bloomberg on 16 August.
Neighboring UAE also sold nearly $4 billion in US Treasuries during the same month; China also followed suit, dumping $11.3 billion of their holdings in June, bringing them to the lowest level since 2009.
The US has the world’s highest national debt, with $30.1 trillion owed to creditors as of the first quarter of 2023. The largest holder of these treasuries is Japan, which owns $1.08 trillion of the US debt, followed by China with $870 billion, and the UK with holdings of $699 billion.
The sell-off by Riyadh and Abu Dhabi comes as Gulf states search for new avenues for investment that provide more significant returns. Furthermore, over the past year, Saudi and Emirati officials have been steadily moving away from the US dollar hegemony by opening up avenues to settle trade with Global South nations in local currencies.

The Israel Police commissioner and the police minister publicly sparred Wednesday over the question of who is the ultimate boss of the Israel Police — the elected government or the law.
That question isn’t entirely theoretical, as the High Court of Justice is set to hold hearings next month on petitions demanding that two laws passed by the current hard-right government be nullified, and there are growing calls within the coalition arguing that the political leadership should not obey a potential ruling striking down the legislation.

How the Red Cross Raised Half a Billion Dollars for Haiti and Built Six Homes
In late 2011, the Red Cross launched a multimillion-dollar project to transform the desperately poor area, which was hit hard by the earthquake that struck Haiti the year before. The main focus of the project — called LAMIKA, an acronym in Creole for “A Better Life in My Neighborhood” — was building hundreds of permanent homes.
Today, not one home has been built in Campeche. Many residents live in shacks made of rusty sheet metal, without access to drinkable water, electricity or basic sanitation. When it rains, their homes flood and residents bail out mud and water.
The Red Cross received an outpouring of donations after the quake, nearly half a billion dollars.
The group has publicly celebrated its work. But in fact, the Red Cross has repeatedly failed on the ground in Haiti. Confidential memos, emails from worried top officers, and accounts of a dozen frustrated and disappointed insiders show the charity has broken promises, squandered donations, and made dubious claims of success.
The Red Cross says it has provided homes to more than 130,000 people. But the actual number of permanent homes the group has built in all of Haiti: six.
I’ve written two columns about the late Calvin Coolidge this month (here and here) in honor of the 100th anniversary of him being sworn in as President. Engaging with the thirtieth President again these few days, I’ve been particularly impressed by his thrift. Public thrift, that is: every year Coolidge was in office the federal budget shrank, so that when he left the White House in 1929 it was lower by almost a third than when he’d taken office—a very unusual thing with American Presidents.

Former legal counsel for Al Gore, Alan Dershowitz, has criticized the pending indictment against Donald Trump, claiming that Trump's actions are "very similar" to Gore's legal strategy in the Bush v. Gore case that decided the 2000 presidential election.
Dershowitz argues that challenging election results and seeking legal remedies should not be considered a crime. Speaking to Fox News Digital, Dershowitz stated, "We challenged the election, and we did much of the things that are being done today and people praised us.
Now they're making it a crime." He also compared Trump's phone call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to Gore's legal strategy in 2000, stating that both involved seeking additional votes. Dershowitz emphasized that he believes the 2000 election was stolen from Gore by Bush.
Lawmaker: New Democrat Supreme judge could face impeachment
A Democrat judge in Wisconsin, newly elected to the state Supreme Court, giving leftists the majority for the first time in years, could be facing impeachment if she refuses to recuse herself from election cases.
That's according to a statement from Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos.
"If there is any semblance of honor on the state Supreme Court left, you cannot have a person who runs for the court prejudging a case and being open about it, and then acting on the case as if you're an impartial observer," Vos said, according to a report from the Washington Examiner.
WND recently reported how the chief justice of the court described as "shameful" the actions of the new liberal majority.
Those four, without consulting the other three members of the court, fired the court administrator.
"The court's action today violates the Wisconsin Constitution which endows the chief justice with administrative authority. The authority of the chief justice is being undermined and eroded unlike any time in this court's history. … This lack of respect for longstanding institutional process is reckless," said Chief Justice Annette Ziegler in a statement after the four liberals voted, without consulting anyone else, to fire Randy Koschnick, the director of the state courts.

On Tuesday, a federal appeals court determined that the government of Washington, D.C. displayed bias by issuing much harsher punishments against pro-life protesters than it did against Black Lives Matter rioters.
As Just The News reports, the court wrote in its decision that “in the summer of 2020, thousands of protesters flooded the streets of the District to proclaim ‘Black Lives Matter.’ Over several weeks, the protesters covered streets, sidewalks, and storefronts with paint and chalk.”
“The markings were ubiquitous and in open violation of the District’s defacement ordinance,” the court continued, “yet none of the protesters was arrested.”
But in August of the same year, two pro-life protesters who simply wrote “Black Pre-Born Lives Matter” in chalk “on a public sidewalk” were arrested and charged under the city’s “defacement” ordinances. The lawsuit was filed on the activists’ behalf by the Frederick Douglass Foundation and Students for Life of America.

Report: Top Fox News Anchors Looking to Bail and Join Tucker Carlson
Several media reports indicate that a few present Fox News personalities have entertained the idea of leaving the network to join former highly rated host Tucker Carlson, who has been posting a version of his show on Twitter for months despite warnings from Fox.

At present, Carlson remains under contract with Fox for a purported $20 million per year. As such, he’s not free to sign up with another network. Reports said his contract doesn’t expire until after the 2024 election, in January 2025.

U.S. Reaches Deal With Iran to Free Americans for Jailed Iranians and Funds
The United States and Iran have reached an agreement to win the freedom of five imprisoned Americans in exchange for several jailed Iranians and the unfreezing of about $6 billion in Iranian oil revenue, according to several people familiar with the deal.
As a first step in the agreement, which comes after more than two years of quiet negotiations, Iran has released into house arrest five Iranian American dual citizens, according to the lawyer for one of the prisoners.
The prisoners are Siamak Namazi, Emad Sharghi and Morad Tahbaz, who had all been imprisoned on unsubstantiated charges of spying, as well as two others whose families withheld their names. One of the unnamed Americans is a scientist, and the other is a businessman, according to two people briefed on the arrangements of the release.
The three named prisoners and one other person were transferred on Thursday from Evin Prison, one of the most notorious detention centers in Iran, to a hotel in Tehran, the capital, where they will be held for several weeks until they are allowed to board an airplane, said Jared Genser, the lawyer for Mr. Namazi. One other prisoner, an American woman, had been released into house arrest earlier, according to several people familiar with the arrangements.

Proterra, an electric bus manufacturing company promoted by the Biden administration, had everything it needed to succeed - and failed anyway.
As the Washington Free Beacon’s Chuck Ross reported:
Proterra cited "various market and macroeconomic headwinds" in a Chapter 11 filing on Monday, which came after the California-based firm cut hundreds of jobs earlier this year and restructured hundreds of millions of dollars in outstanding debt.
Proterra stood to rake in millions from Biden's infrastructure and green energy initiatives, the former of which included at least $5 billion in spending on electric buses alone. Biden's flagship climate bill, the Inflation Reduction Act, also includes spending to help cities convert from diesel buses to electric buses, a major incentive for companies like Proterra.
JoAnn Covington, Proterra's chief legal officer, acknowledged last year that tax credits and federal grants under Biden's bills were a major incentive for the company. Grants to purchase electric buses and to create electric vehicle charging infrastructure would "open up opportunities to accelerate adoption of battery-electric and zero-emissions vehicles to all the other commercial segments on the cusp of being electrified," Covington said.

Over a dozen men have been charged with sex crimes in Australia following an American FBI investigation that proved fatal for two agents. Officials announced Tuesday that 19 men had been arrested and charged with a combined 138 offenses in connection to an international pedophile ring.
“We will allege that these men were members of a technologically sophisticated online child abuse network that was operating across the country,” Australian Federal Police Commander Helen Schneider told news outlets. Two of the suspects have already been convicted and sentenced, according to authorities. Those convicted are set to serve approximately 15 years in the Australian Capital Territory and five years in New South Wales.

The figures come from an audit conducted by the Financial Conduct Authority, the U.K.'s main financial regulatory body, and published through a freedom of information request. The audit found that just over 45,000 accounts were shut down by banks from 2016 to 2017, amounting to around 170 accounts shut down per business day. False Alarm or Exercise?
Asserting that he was armed with both an AR-15 rifle and a pipe bomb, and that two other pipe bombs were in place near Providence City Hall and in front of a nearby garage, an anonymous caller triggered a false alarm emergency Tuesday afternoon in the heart of Providence, according to Providence police. The call fielded just before 3 p.m., fueled tension downtown as police closed streets near city hall, and the Providence police department's Special Response Unit, a tactical team, swept through.
"All those locations ... were cleared methodically," Providence's police Chief. Col. Oscar L. Perez Jr., said at a news conference at 4:30 p.m.
According to Josh Estrella, spokesperson for Providence Mayor Brett Smiley, said city hall was evacuated around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon due to a threat. An investigation into the call was underway. The threatening call was taken by communications staff, Perez said, adding that the caller appeared agitated.
"We found out there was nothing," Perez said.
"When these high-risk calls come in, we have to take it seriously, we immediately have to act on it," he said.
Fountain Street and Washington Street had been shut down for about an hour as officers with guns drawn were seen in the area of the Biltmore Parking Garage at 51 Washington Street. At 4:09 p.m., the City of Providence's tweeted that the area had been cleared and no threats were found.

UN Expert Demands Christians Comply with Leftist Ideology
A United Nations “expert” adviser on sexual orientation has issued a new report demanding that Christians comply with radical leftist ideology.
In his report, UN “expert” Victor Madrigal-Borloz expresses the idea that religious freedom is “not incompatible” with LGBT ideology.
However, a report from Washington Stand explains that compatibility comes only when faith standards are “subservient” to the sexual-political agenda embraced by LGBT organizations.
Madrigal-Borloz reported to the 53rd Session of the U.N. Human Rights Council that religious freedom can be “compatible” with the LGBT agenda if Christians and other religious groups comply with leftist ideology.
Complying with Madrigal-Borloz’s idea of compatibility will be accomplished through making “long-held religious beliefs and traditions … subservient” to the “woke” agenda, the Washington Stand notes.
The forces are mounting that will eventually overwhelm most Americans and send their standard of living to unknown depths.

NYC Health Official: Illegal Immigration Bringing Tuberculosis, Polio to New York
New York City Health Commissioner Ashwin Vasan announced that illegal immigration has been ushering a new wave of tuberculosis and polio to the city.
In a citywide letter to physicians and healthcare administrators last week, Vasan said that the more than 50,000 illegal immigrants that have come to New York City since last year caused a spike in contagious diseases like tuberculosis and polio.
“Many people who recently arrived in NYC have lived in or traveled through countries with high rates of TB,” he wrote, as reported by the New York Post.
Tuberculosis can be cured with antibiotics and generally takes six to nine months to fully recover. According to the Post, the city’s TB rate is now more than double the national rate with 6.1 cases per 100,000.
“Close to nine out of 10 (88%) of these TB cases are people born outside the United States,” it noted. “Every neighborhood in the city has had at least one case.”

Father Drowns After Saving His 3 Children
A man drowned Wednesday after rescuing his three children from the Millstone River in central New Jersey, according to CBS News.
The 42-year-old father followed his 8, 11, and 13-year-old children into the water after noticing they were in danger, the outlet reported.
“The victim went into the water to help, pulled his children to the shallow water, but struggled to maintain his balance,” the Franklin Township Police Department said in a statement.
Emergency responders arrived shortly after a bystander dialed 911 around 2:13 p.m. The father could not be found, and authorities eventually recovered his body from the river around 5:30 p.m., following a thorough search by divers.
The children were treated at the scene and did not require further medical attention, police confirmed.
This tragic incident comes in the wake of several recent drownings, including a man who drowned in Lake Michigan on July 4 while trying to rescue a child.
“Oftentimes would-be rescuers also become a drowning victim as well,” Great Lakes Surf Rescue Project Executive Director Dave Benjamin told the CBS affiliate that reported on the incident.

Three University of Kansas professors, historian Kent Blansett, biologist Raymond Pierotti and geographer Jay Johnson, now have been accused of fraudulently representing themselves as Native Americans.
Blansett (pictured, left) was accused of misrepresenting his lineage by journalist Jacqueline Keeler, who investigates those who falsely claim Native American ancestry, as well as by Ancestor Stealing, a website that publishes research on the subject, The College Fix reported earlier this month.
On the heels of that article, The Kansas City Star recently reported that “some Native grassroots groups and researchers allege [Professor] Raymond Pierotti in the department of ecology and evolutionary biology and [Professor] Jay Johnson in the department of geography and atmospheric science are also ‘pretendians’ – slang to designate someone faking Native American heritage.”
These accusers “say, based on independent research of the men’s family trees, that the professors are white, and white only, and that they’ve built careers and profits off of a lie,” according to the Star.

Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael Erdos said Trump’s immunity covered a tweet he issued and comments he made remotely from the White House during a Pennsylvania state Senate committee hearing in November 2020. The statements, made without evidence, claimed fraud in Pennsylvania’s election tabulations.
“Other legal proceedings may examine the propriety of his statements and actions while he was the President and whether, as the plaintiffs in this and other cases contend, it was this conduct which served as the actual threat to our democracy,” Erdos ruled. “But this case is not the proper place to do so. Here, Trump is entitled to Presidential immunity.”
James Savage, a Pennsylvania voting machine supervisor in the 2020 election, filed two lawsuits — which have since been consolidated — alleging that Trump, Rudy Giuliani, two poll watchers and others conspired to defame him. Savage says their statements led him to receive death threats and suffer two heart attacks.
New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office announced Tuesday that it is ready to proceed with a trial in a massive $250 million lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, two of his children, and his company. The lawsuit alleges that they engaged in widespread fraud over several years.
“The case is ready for trial,” wrote Kevin Wallace, senior enforcement counsel for the office, in a filing Monday, according to CBS News.
The case is scheduled to go to trial on Oct. 2, with Justice Arthur Engoron of the state Supreme Court in Manhattan as the presiding judge. Trump’s lawyers have repeatedly asked Engoron to extend the deadline, but he has refused.
The lawsuit, filed in September 2022, targets the Trump family and Trump Organization executives, alleging an extensive fraudulent scheme related to property valuations and Trump’s personal financial statements.

Hunter Biden put Zlochevsky and Pozharski on a call with “D.C.,” Archer said, noting he was not part of the phone call so couldn’t possibly know who exactly was on the other end of the line.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed another 90-day extension of the country's state of emergency, potentially leading to the cancellation of the Ukrainian parliament's elections. According to the TV actor-turned-president, his proposal centers on his belief that "elections need to happen in a time of peace [and] when there is no fighting." This, he added, ensures that democratic processes can function properly. "The [Ukrainian] constitution prohibits any elections during martial law," Zelensky announced back in May.

It has come to light that Elon Musk's Tesla corporation is secretly suppressing thousands of driving range complaints from customers who say the distance their battery-powered heaps of junk can travel on a single charge does not come anywhere close to the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer's claims.
Back in March, a man named Alexandre Ponsin set out on a family road trip from Colorado to California in his newly purchased Tesla, a used 2021 Model 3, that supposedly lasts 353 miles on a single charge. In reality, Ponsin's Model 3 only traveled about half that distance before failing.

Irony: Jack Smiths Team Admits Incorrectly Telling Court DOJ Turned Over All Materials
Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team admitted in a federal court filing in Miami this week that the government had not, in fact, given all of its evidence to the court for President Donald Trump’s defense team to review — the same thing Trump is alleged to have done.
Smith has charged Trump with 40 counts in the so-called “documents” case. Among them is the accusation that Trump caused his lawyers to tell the government that they had handed over all of the documents the government wanted, when in fact they had not.
The indictment against Trump alleges that he conspired with his staff to move boxes of documents, and to attempt to delete some video footage, without telling his attorneys, so that the final delivery of documents and video to the government was incomplete.
But in an ironic twist, Smith’s team had to admit to the court in a July 31 filing that it had not, in fact, uploaded all of the video footage that it had taken from Trump’s residence in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, to a platform established by the court for the defense to review it.

Conservatives Call for the Deportation of Rep. Omar After Racist Comment About White Men
Conservatives are intensifying their calls for the deportation of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after the congresswoman made racist comments during an interview.
During a resurfaced interview with Al-Jazeera, Rep. Omar said, “I would say our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country.”
The interview, which was initially conducted in February 2018, gained viral popularity over the week. In the wake of the controversial statement, some have even gone as far as demanding Omar’s deportation.

There’s just one small problem with Hunter’s statement: Connecticut records show the 53-year-old was suspended from practicing law in Connecticut more than two years ago.
Judicial Branch spokeswoman told the Daily Mail that Hunter is “currently not in good standing” after failing to pay his $75 annual fees since 2018.
Joe Rogan suggested that the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was a set-up by the US government’s intelligence agencies to take down former President Donald Trump.

In an unprecedented move, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a letter to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, suggesting that Devon Archer, a business associate of Hunter Biden, be ordered to surrender and begin his term of imprisonment.
This development comes amidst Archer’s ongoing appeal and just before his scheduled testimony about the criminal activities involving the Biden crime family.
The letter requests that the court set a date and time for Archer to report to a facility chosen by the Bureau of Prisons.
“In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment,” DOJ said.
“The Government has conferred with counsel for the defendant about this request and asked that counsel propose a date for the defendant’s surrender,” the agency added.
However, Archer’s counsel responded, “Mr. Archer believes it is premature to set a report date in light of his anticipated continuing appeal as well as the newly discovered sentencing error that the government has now conceded. Counsel for Mr. Archer will put in a response to the Government’s request by Wednesday.”
